Adobe XD

Предоставил доступ к облачному файлу коллеге, которая сидит на Windows 10, где как выяснилось вышла уже 45 версия, когда у меня на Mac OS 42 и возможности обновиться там просто нет. В итоге я сижу как идиот, не имея доступ к своему облачному файлу, где очень часто виду работу. Самое бесячее, нет возможности как то откатиться, так как если это делать через "историю файла" на ее компьтере, он сохраняет в 45 версии. В облаке / UI, этого функционала вообще просто нет. 

Hello, I can't find any explanation of this problem anywhere and I really need help. Adobe XD showed me this one specific notification second time in a few weeks (first time was maybe a day or two after Google crash which happened recently (I don't know if this can be related) and the second time was just now). It says "Conflict detected   Changes were made on another device. Save as a new document to keep your work, or accept the changes to continue." and gives me two options, either to "Save as..." or "Accept Remote Changes". What really concerns me is that I use (and always used) XD only on one device and so far only I should have access to my work (no shared work, no links or anything, only saving to the cloud but nothing should be public or accesable to others). Why XD keeps showing me that notification? Is it possible that someone is remotely changing or stealing my work? And if so - how? What should I do about this? It's a huge safety concern since I've been working on

File Syncing error, I could not share with our customer I tried below steps but still it's not working 1. sign out, then sign in again.2. Changed folder location.3. Re-started my Macplease help me how to resolve this issue 

I am trying to go from screen A to screen B, where screen A has a toast that says "Successful removal!" and screen B is the same screen without the toast.The other specifications include: same layer names, same layer levels on the artboard, Auto-Animate, Ease In-Out, and a duration of 0.6s.The transition ONLY works if I do not add a delay (if I add a delay of anything other than "0.0 s", it doesn't transition!)I have updated XD, restarted the app, my computer, and it's still the same.HELP! When I try to open any apllication it says "Sorry, your sign-in doesn't match the IP range of your assigned lab. Please contact you IT Administrator." I couldn't figure it out why. I deleted all of the Adobe Files and installed again. But it still giving the same error. Can you please help me.

Hi all, I have 2 questions regarding hover states. 1. Is there any way to create custom shape bounding boxes? As you can see in the example below, I have a button with a unusual shape and I have a hover state on it. I was the hover to be activated only on the shape area. Is there a way to adjust the shape of the bounding box instead of just a rectangle? 2. I also have a chat function overlapping the buttons underneath when activated (with a tap) -see example below- Button underneath have a hover state and the chat is only tap activated. But I don't want the button's hover to activate when it is under the chat box. Is there a way to mask the bounding box temporarily?  I am using the latest version of XD. Thanks in advance!

Hello. I'm new to XD (from Figma) and am trying to have a fixed bottom navigation when scrolling. I've acheieved this, but the way it's configured doesn't seem correct; is more of a work-around method especailly compared to Figma. Specifcially, is the fixed bottom nav supposed to overlap the scrollable content? If so... why? It makes designing very difficult as unable to accuracy see the page as a whole. Hopefully there's a proper method I'm missing, otherwise I may need to switch back to Figma...

Hello, Version XD : 45.1.62Système d'exploitation : MAC OS MacBook Pro (13 pouces, M1, 2020) 16 Go J'ai un problème, depuis la mise à jour l'application est inutilisable car elle lag, et toute l'application bouge au ralenti. Cela se produit sur plusieurs fichiers. J'ai essayé sur des docs Cloud et des fichiers XD en local et le résultat est le même. Toutes les fonctionnalités sont ralenties(clic, zoom, défilement, etc.). Voici un screen du moniteur d'activité avec l'utilisation du processeur pendant une action de dézoom et qui lag bien sûr. 👇

Today, thanks to the fact that you decided to shoot yourself in the foot and remove the free subscription, I had to redo my design into figma. Because the trial version that a layout designer can arrange for himself is limited to 7 days. Are you seriously ? In order to pick up a file and typeset it, would you like a person to buy a subscription? What a shot in the foot.Do you have a huge competitor who does not sleep and you remove the opportunity to work with adob xd from the client and developers who need a file and not a plug in the form of a web interface?I want to work with adob xd, but thanks to you, I will not work in adob xd, because I don’t want to use adob xd so that later I would redo everything into figma, but if this is a 10-20 page project. Each one is transferred by a developer who cannot open the file in figma. No thanks.Take away the idiotic decision to make a subscription for everyone. And get back a free subscription that any client, any developer, and any programmer

Hey Everyone, I am on version 45.1.62.3 of Adobe XD and the 3d transform button dissapears when in componet groups.  Here are two pictures. One is me selecting the whole componet group and you can see the 3D transform button. The second is within the componet group and the 3d transform button dissapears. Any tips would be appreciated! Thanks!

Hi there, I'm looking for the best way to import an existing Wordpress website (or rather, its main pages/visual design) into XD to be able to prototype and forward those prototypes afterwards. Usually people try and take the other route, which makes searching for the topic online almost impossible. Any ideas on how to best go about this?I obviously know that I could "start from scratch" in XD but this is going to be very timeconsuming obviously, especially since I don't work with XD regularly. Help is much appreciated!

Hello first sorry if this is the wrong place to ask because im totally newbie in this field, so my problem is whenver i open the apple ui kit (ios 15) i found these icons missing like the back button and the icons in the indicator in the bottom i tried download it multiple times but the same problem so does anyone faced this problem and what is the solution and thanks!!

On a current project we're runing into a problem of having enough space to fit all the art boards we need on the same file. I was wondering if there is the ability to expand the size of the file? Sketch offers virtually unlimited space alongside seperate pages within a file to help organize. Is there something similar XD offers or a feature to help with large file sizes?

I am having trouble oepning Xd with this error message. I have uninstalled and re-installed the programme and still get the same message. Seen this to help but my computer can not find gpedit.msc when I try and search for it.I can not create a new user either.Open Local Group Policy Editor Using RunPress the Windows key + R to open the Run box.Type gpedit.msc and press Enter.If prompted by UAC, click on Yes.Go to User Configuration > Administrative Templates > SystemDisable Download missing COM componentsLaunch XD, if it fails then try after rebooting the machine.If it still fails, try disabling the Download missing COM components from Computer Configuration also. Any help would be fantastic thankyou!

Hi, I have a problem with adobe XD with error code 5719. I have reinstall then install but the problem persists. If anyone has a solution help me, because I have to present my prototype tomorrow

Adobe HD stopped running. Writes error 5719. You debited money and it stopped starting. You either bake it or give it back. How do I get my job back? How do I sign in to my account? This position of the matter is unacceptable!

- When updating a publishing link of a cloud document I get the "Error Code 52".- It gives me this website to learn more: https://helpx.adobe.com/xd/kb/cannot-use-share-feature.html- I checked the status.adobe.com to confirm if Adobe Publish Online functionality is experiencing any issues. The green status indicated that the service is operating fine.- I assured all my artboard's sizes are significantly smaller than "8000 x 8000"- I enjoyed the dark ux patterns of Adobe's customer support experience- And now I'm curious if anybody else experienced this error code before 🙂Any help would be greatly appreciated.Best,Chris

Need help. I'm trying to move all my cloud documents and libraries (Adobe XD) from personal account to a company account (with the same email). It's a nightmare.   First, I downloaded all files manually one by one form Web UI, then uploaded them via CC desktop app to company profile. I still can't upload some files due to unknown error. The only workaround I've found – open those files in XD and save as cloud documents.   Moreover, I can't properly use my personal libraries via my company profile. I tried to share libraries, copy, reupload, republish, move to team. The result is always the same: I see libraries in company profile, I can even use assets, but:- I don't have access to edit the master file- All my linked assets links are broken with no way to relink them.     {Title Renamed by MOD}

My Adobe XD is having problems opening, and when it opens it only shows the grey area, and don't matter what I do, the artboards don't appear.I have tried to uninstall and reinstall, and erasing the preferences, but nothing seems to be working.I read that maybe updating the graphic drivers might help, but I'm having troubles with the last macOS update, does anybody know another solution? Thanks for any help.
