Adobe XD

Hi Team, My colleague and I are working on the same file together (him on a Windows machine, me on a Mac). We both updated to the latest available version but now get an error message (attachment) and can't work on the file at the same time. How can we fix this? Cheers

Hey guys, When I drag and drop an image into my XD ccanvas, from chrome for example, or from file explorer, the size of the image in XD is like half of the real size of the image. Why does it resize? How can I make XD stop resizing the images I drag and drop into the canvas? Thank you   <Title renamed by moderator>

some SVGs that i import use SVG gradient transformation, and importing them into XD has the color gradients messed up badly. there needs to be real support for this property, since many vectors i use have it, and therefore break in adobe XD   <Title renamed by moderator>

No support for reverting to previous version makes the new mandatory Library set-up pointless! You say you can't revert to a previous version of an XD file in your Versioning FAQ: How do I revert to earlier versions of a file?Note:You cannot revert an XD document to its previous version directly from the Creative Cloud website. To revert to a previous version from Adobe XD, open a version of the document from Document history, and copy and paste the content to your current version. You've just forced everyone over to using Libraries. This is something that should've been fixed/done before you did that. After today update i face some seriuos problems:1. Some Documents start autosaving after opening them and this take infinite time. I even can't run prototype from app because saving overlay disables entire app (img 1)2. from another documents "Publishing" stuck for infinite time randomly at 50 or 99% (img 2)3. Around 10-15 min ago assets.adobe.com showed message "can't load something something list please visit this page later" Can i roll back to prev XD version? i need all current project at work but i can't open them without auto-save or even worse publish prototypes.

Reporting an Issue (I'm using the latest version of xd on a Mac): If I convert a line or path to a component, I cannot select it to view its specs in an xd doc published for development. I also cannot hover over it to measure the distance between it and other objects. If I ungroup the line component so that it is no longer a component, I can then select it or hover over it in the published doc. I tested this with both a line made using the line tool and a line (path) made using the pen tool – both have the same issue. I hope this can be resolved soon. Thank you! P.S. Hi all,I have an artboard where on the bottom I show a bouncing arrow to explain users tthey can scroll (this arrow is above a sticky to bottom box). I'd like to have this additional behavior: if the user taps on the arrow the artboard will scroll a bit and simoultaneously the arrow will disappear. To achieve this I've added a new artboard without the arrow and with the content on the position I'd like to appear but the arrow is still visible. Appreciate if anyone has a solution to this Thanks a lot,Natalia

I created a scroll group with elements inside it and created a developer link to share with the developers of my team. It happens that the handoff link doesn't work well with scroll groups. When in COMMENT panel, the developer can navigate in the prototype and scroll the group down. When changing to SPECS panel and try to inspect the elements, the mouse pointer identify things in the original position. When changing back to COMMENT panel, the design get's back to the original state (scroll grupo reset at the top). Please fix this ASAP.   

Hey Team!I have a good config PC but still adobe xd lags after creating more than 3 artboards. How can I fix the lagging, I even uninstalled the creative cloud and used CC cleaner but still nothing changed.somehow am managing if this keeps on happening I have to switch to another software.My PC Config:AMD 260016GB Ram 3000mhz120GB SSDAsus RX480 GFX 4gb

We have a master document that is the source file for our published library of components - recently we noticed that a large number of components are listed with the "Element is missing" error and the red chain icon. What's the best way to resolve these? I'm not sure how XD got confused about the source library for these components (they all refer to another library that doesn't contain these components) - I tried using the "Make Local" option but when re-opening the document the error returns. What's odd is that when I use the "Reveal Components in Assets" option in the canvas, these components do get highlighted, and when I "Edit Main Component" it selects the same component in the asset list. So it appears to still be the master even though the error contradicts this.

Hi,I have an issue with editing my paragraph styles. The Adobe XD help tells me, that is possible to edit paragraph styles I saved to my library globaly and apply it to all linked paragraphs on my artboards. https://helpx.adobe.com/de/xd/help/assets-symbols.html But unfortunately this is not working at my XD. So I have to create a new paragraph style and have to relink all paragraphs to it again on my art boards. Do anyone knows a solution to this?Kind regardsBenni   <Title renamed by moderator>

Hi there,   I've created a looping time-triggered animation with a series of 4 artboards. I'm trying to add a "Keys and Gamepad" triggered interaction to each of those 4 artboards so that at any point during the auto-animated loop, I can press the "S" key and transition to a different, specific artboard.   Strangely, when I preview the project, the animation plays through as intended, however the project does not respond to me pressing the "S" key—that is until I press either the left or right arrow to cycle through static artboards. Then the looping animation effetively stops, but I am able to press the "S" key to transition to the other specified artboard.   Please advise! Thank you!     {Renamed by MOD}

I need to use a custom font - which I need to install into the Creative Cloud Application.I have a company licence, though my admins cannot find the admin console as described in the adobe tutorial here https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/using/custom-fonts.htmlSo I tried to install the font myself...it seems to be working...but then next day...it is not.  I added them via "add fonts to creative cloud" - showing also the label "installed in cloud", but when I click "done" they won't appear in the "active font tab". But then, the font is available in XD. Ok "fine" I think...Next day, I open Creative Cloud App, I am still login the account...the font shows under "add fonts to creative cloud and shows it is installed", then open my XD document..."Font is missing" hooray  so probably the thing is, as I am not the admin, the font installation as I have done it, is not the proper way and therefore behaves as it does...?But then how can my admin install the fonts... they ca

XD has been updated this week and cloud error has occurred.There is an error that occurred while uploading documents to cloud storage, and synchronization is not working.All files in the existing cloud have been deleted.What are you going to do? Hi, I have a project ready in Adobe xd, which means we need to export the project to eg Xamarin. I saw that there is no problem when it comes to exporting to eg HTML and CSS. For that you could have Anima. How about C #? I am only interested in the name of the application / plugin / method if there is no dedicated tool for it. P.S. if you know a good book on this subject Adobe xd -> Xamarin, I will read it. Regards.

Hi Adobe, last time i launched XD, i saw all my latest projects diassapearing one after the other and there are nowhere to be found on my computer. Now all i'm left with are the preview links. I need my projects! Please advise

Hi I'm new using adobe xd I was working on a project and my habbit to save the work from the start was a life saver. While working, the adobe xd sometimes quits like a blink of an eye I would like to know whats the issue when the work load increases it also performs slow and, my artboard also frezes and no tools work (I found the solution for this but its annoying) like i press (CRL + -) so the artboard zooms out and it breaks the freze. can you please provide any solution for these 3 issues I explored while working. Thank you.

Hey everyone, I noticed the control Z or Y was not responding in XD, and when I clicked the edit option on the top left nav the Undo and Redo options were grayed out. Any solution?

Good afternoon everyone!, So I know you can create a hoverable dropdwon menu in Adobe XD, but is there a way to link those pages to the other pages like you can with the top navigation bar pages cause I have 11 screens and each one has a hoverable dropdown menu and it works but I was just wondering if there was a way to do that so if anyone knows a way to do that, please let me know    Hope to hear from someone soon!   Thanks!    Veda <Title renamed by moderator>

Please make"Export for Screens" in Illustratoravailable in Adobe XD.  After I set all things done in illustrator and exported the file to XD, I found that the assets I set in illustrator had not been saved in XD. Could you add this feature to XD to make the software recognise the assets as "Mark for Export"?        

Hello everyone in the community! I'm working in a project with several pages and tables. Recently I've received feedback, (add one more column to the table) and what looked like a tiny thing involved a lot of manual work as there are tables in different pages and also variants of the same table (with/without cta, longer, shorter...). So imagine adding one more column to all these cases.  I've started creating components to help me with that. But my question to you guys is: when do you think it's the right moment to do it? If you do it from the beginning it seems like a waste of time because after getting feedback probably some of the pieces will dissapear/change. If you do when the design is final it's not that useful as...well, you have already done all the changes manually previously. Any idea on this? Thank you in advance!Carlos
