Adobe XD

  Issue: Trouble saving document to the cloud  When I try to save a document to the cloud, in hangs on "Saving...". If I close it and open it again, it allows to open my file as if it is a cloud file, but when I open it it still says "Saving..." and I cannot share it.If I open the Creative Cloud on the browser, it doens't list any documents. I've deleted all documents from the browser, and in the application it still shows several "cloud" documents to be opened.I actually have a suggestion: If I have a synced file it should be available by a single click to make it as a cloud document. I've managed to save this document as a synched file, but I still cannot share it.I wasted over 24h over this issue, I'm reaching the limits of my patience.Please, I need help. I've deleted, changed file names, updated all softwares and did everything I could think of.

I went to update a link I have been working with for months and today discovered that there was no longer an "Update Link" button and only gave me the option to "Manage Links" or create a "New Link". I went to manage my links and noticed that all my links (current and old links) are not on the "Your Work" published link page but the links do exist to visit still. I am still using the same computer and same files. I have not renamed or re-saved. Since using the 3D features in XD, I'm having some trouble with 3D transitions and choppiness. It's one component (well, one group with two of the same component) zooming in, tilting, and panning. A series of cards come up as well to flip through. Is there too much going on? Without the cards showing up after the move it was still a bit choppy. I understand why that may be, and my computer is not set up for any heavy graphics at the moment. Is there a way to pre-render or simplify the transitions so that a flow is fully set to be viewed and navigated without a whole lot of thinking? The link to view it is worse than natively, the recording still shows a bit of lag and skipping though. Is there anything to do about it as far as pre-rendering transitions? A setting in generating the link that simplifies the flow for better viewing? Thanks for any help, may just be too much going on, a slower computer, or other things. Before, I was able to make a portion of a sentence bolder or bigger or all caps, but something happened yesterday and I no longer can. The selected portion dissapears as soon as I click on any of the text change options. And change happens to the entire text box. How do I fix it?!

I'm a 12 grade student and im studying for universty exam.I do somethink and learn After Effects and Photoshop (I cant buy it because its so expensive and at the same time my country economy is bad :() And i want to go industrial design faculty and be a designer and i just see the xd and i searched for it . I don't know about this software's edges and i really want to know it . Firstly i want to suggest is how basic is this i mean ps is not that hard but in after effects you need to add some plugins what about this software ? .Secondly suggest is really what we can do on it i mean yes we can do web and ui design but can we product this i mean you know make the design to working think and how we can do it ? . The last think is the software free ? I don't know some sites about it says its free to use . Im suprised when i read this because i don't any free product from adobe . Thanks for the attention ! 🙂 

Hi everyone! Since last night I have been having these problems. From the Adobe Suite it shows me that the plugins are installed but they do not appear within the application to use. Regarding renaming the components, I can select and remove the original name but typing doesn't write anything.These problems are really stressful since I am finishing a UX design course and if they continue I will not be able to meet deadlines. I am paying for the student package and this happens, it is very sad! I hope you can help me, sorry for my english, I'm from Argentina. Very new to XD but trying to create a link from a button on the home page to a selection of 'portrait' photos (I'm a photographer) and then click on another button to a set of commercial images. The problem is that each button does go to the correct image to start with but despite putting a wire on the last image of each group that should link back to the home page ...it doesn't. Once all the portrait photos have been viewed  it carries on into the commercial photo and vice versa. How do I restrict the photos being shown by clicking on each button?

I have an issue with ‘edit in photo shop’ When I try to edit a photo I usually click ‘edit in photo shop’ then I edit in photo shop and save. as soon as I save the file in photo shop, the file is edited in XD.It worked with window but since I changed laptop which Is Mac saving part doesn’t work.I can edit photos and  save but its not changed in xd. Hi all,  I am trying to open an XD file, but keep getting an error message that the document was saved on the latest version of xd, and to update to the newset version. My CC says the version is up to date, even though it is not the latest version. I have tried logging out, uninstalling the app, and still get the same error and am stuck with the same version 41.1.12. Has anyone else encountered this issue?  Thanks!

Hi there,    I can't open XD error 5703. I read the conversations from the forum, it seems like it's an ongoing issue which has not been fixed to this day.   Hopefully experts from the Adobe team is seriously working on it. In yesterday, I update the newest version of Adobe XD(42.1.22), so I meet the same crashproblem as most people. I try to unstall the XD app and Creative Cloud, but it doesn't work. Butin today I saw an user’s post, he solved the problem by updating the graphics driver, so I tried this method and it solved the problem successfully.In my opinion, the crash problem should be that the old version of the graphics driver is backward, which leads to an error in the Windows.UI.Xaml.dll module, which causes the XD program to crash. Hope this method can help you!

It's getting worse after the latest update. I have a high end system with 16gb RAM, 500gb SSD, 4gb Graphics, AMD RYZEN-5.The software quits while the document is kept open for sometime and click on when we come againworking on a document and try to open another documentwhile pasting an element, anyway it already has the copy paste issue which is not fixed yetclicking on the home icon sometimeseven opening a documenthitting the preview buttonPlease provide a solution as soon as possible.

Hi. I have a problem typing Persian in Adobe XD. When using Text tool, The space between the letters is displayed correctly while typing, but as soon as I get out of typing mode and actually when the text is committed and applied, the space between the letters of the text I entered becomes irregular. How can this problem be solved?You can view the problem in the screenshots. 

I'm only using XD to view a sketch file that I'm told was created in InDesign. I would like to export an artboard as a single image. When I select the artboard, choses export selection, and chose web, I get a bunch of individuals files for the artboard components. The image is just for documentation purposes. I can just do a screen capture if need be. I'm just checking if there is a better way.

Hi, I can't use Adobe XD in my mac machine. I have a licenced version and still I am getting response as XD cannot open with the Mac OS. I have a Macbook with the macOS Catalina Version 10.15.6 . I have attached the screen shot of the response when I am trying to open Adobe XD. I request you to help to resolve this issue.

I have an issue with my account where I cannot access file syncing and cant send any of my Adobe XD files online to my class nor save any to the cloud. I bought my subscription through collegebuys and it had worked a few weeks ago, but now doesnt want to work for me anymore.I also had registered my bought account with the same account given to me by my school. The issue could be that they conflict with each other, but I am not sure. I hope I was informative with my situation.

Is there still no way to add a video to XD other than using the anima plugin? I mean I paid for the entire Adobe creative cloud all apps plan. I feel like this shouldn't be an issue.

I've been working with microinteractions and states for the first time, and I've run into a problem that I feel like shouldn't be an issue... Is it not possible to have a button component with an interaction (say, when you press it it changes color), and still be a link to another page? What I want:The ability to have a component button on a page that has a set interaction (such as changing color when tapped), but can still also be wired up to link to another page (eg: click button, button changes color, transitions to the linked other XD page). I've made a simple XD doc that shows how I'd like the button to link and then how I would like it to appear when pressed. Am I missing something? Thanks!

I want to cancel my XD free trial but am not given the option to cancel after following the instructions provided by Help.
