Adobe XD

Hi,I'm not able to record my XD prototype. Whenever I try to do so, the frames freeze or the next frame comes after a 1 or 2 seconds delay (which is not the part of the prototype) which doesn't look smooth. Already tried :- Clearing XD cache- Uninstalling and Re-installing creative cloudNone of these worked. System details :Mac Pro (16 inches, 2019, Big Sur 11.3)2.6 GHz 6-core Intel Core i7 processorRam - 32 GB 2667 Mhz DDR4 XD version: 40.0.22.12XD File size: Around 7 Mb Can Anyone please help? Thanks

Hi. on my computer is crashing adobe XD on startup version 41.0.12 I have windows 10 64bit version.It shows only screen with XD loho and accidentally crash. Help me please.

Hello! I'm looking to embed a live XD prototype into my website, and have it fit inside an iPhone 11 frame. I feel like I've seen this done on many portfolios showcasing UX/UI works, but am unsure how to get the skin on there since XD doesn't have an option to export it with any kind of device frame... I'm using the Creator plan on Readymag that allows me to insert custom code if that's the route I need to take. Has anybody here successfully uploaded a prototype this way, or have any advice on how best to achieve this? Any help/advice welcome, thank you! 

Do I need a surgeon's precision degree to select and move objects or there is an easy way to move around things? When I select text/icon/dot/coma/whatever and pres in the right corner of my selected object that is 0.234567 + 1/3456 x 2345 / 0.09 on Y value it will move if I'm not that precise  I can't move a thing? I can resize it, twist it, swirl it, make coffee with it,  mix drink but can't move it.  It's so frustrating that I screamed. Please please please help. 

I'd prototyping for a web application, and I'd like to have a side navigation drawer that contains a clickable, dropdown label that pushes the other labels down and up as it's interacted with. Trouble being that it seems to work in Design mode, but when I go to preview the interaction breaks. I have the entire menu as a component in one state, and have a dropdown component that starts as 1 label and goes back and forth between closed and expanded with an open state. The lables are vertically stacked. Can anyone help me diagnose this, or maybe with an easier alternative to my problem? Thank you in advance

This has been happening since the most recent update (XD41, June 7). Windows 10.0.19042Build 19042XD v41.0.12.11 The issue is happening in a local file, with linked components from other local files. I have a file containing linked components from a few different files. Every time I open the file, all of the linked components from one (not all) of these files have been disconnected/ link lost. Relinking them works fine, but it doesn't seem to stick. The components that lose their linkage changes every time I open this file, so it doesn't seem like a problem with one particular linked file. My coworker is having the same problem with linked components becoming unlinked, and she's working on a completely different set of files. While our files are "local," meaning they don't live in Adobe's cloud storage, they do reside in the cloud (OneDrive).

I have a source style guide document that I use when designing for my platform. This includes saved colours, and applied colours for character styles. My documents are all using the up-to-date library but there is a bug; there is one colour that shows correct hex code, but incorrect colour. How do I fix this when the code itself is correct in the source file?

Dear ADOBE XD team   Recently i switched from Sketch to XD , the Mobile View has so many problem .  1, I need to use USB to connect  2, the view from mobile is not refresh ... if you got discounnect .the view on the mobile always same  3, I NEED TO INSTALL SAME FONT ON THE MOBILE ???????  4, even I installed font .some font still doesnt work ...   ADOBE XD TEAM please fix this problem .SKETCH ,OR FIGMA all ok .If wasnt my client ask to use ADOBE XD I wont switch to this APP. and I HAVE TO PAY 10 Euro Per month for this kind Experince ...   AS An USER EXPERINCE software ,I have to say .you pretty much FAILED !!!!!!

Hi, recently I've updated my windows 10 and adobe xd is crashing while openning. I've tried several ways but nothing worked. I've realized there's something wrong with the windows, cause it gets suspended.  I really need to use it and i've been stuck for few days. any solutions?   <Title was renamed by moderator>

I have an XD document that links to another XD document (a style assets document). This was set up the old way before CC libraries were added to XD — as explained on this website: https://letsxd.com/videos/linked-assets. Basically the style library document is saved to the cloud, and then it can be set up as a linked document in another XD document, and all of its components and styles become available in the new document assets. The problem is that I cannot figure out how to un-link that document. I want to swap out the old style library for a new one. But I cannot delete any of the individual assets that are linked (including ones that were not used), nor can I find any way to unlink the whole linked document. It seems like there should be a "Remove linked asset library" control somewhere, but I cannot find it! I don't want to delete the source file, but rather remove the connection.

My team and I are unable to open a file provided by our client in the latest version.Our Creative Cloud application shows the Adobe XD version as 40.1.22.  Need a resolution to this issue. Thanks,Arvind

I put together a prototype and did everything consistently. But when I shared the XD link or previewed my prototype the links weren't working on a few of my elements and I couldn't figure out why because I could clearly see the link. Finally I figured out that a bunch fo them had changed to "Keys & Gamepad" as the trigger instead of "Tap." Did I do this accidentally via a shortcut....? I use things like "V" to get the select tool and "T" to get the text tool. How did this happen? I recently came across a shared file that prompted me to update my XD, but my CC app says I have the latest (40.0.22). My colleague has version 41.0.12.11. We have exact OS and Mac setups. I understand this latest update is for Jun 2021 (now), but is the release staggarded and I just need to wait? Or is there a way for me to update to the "real" latest version when my CC app says I'm already up-to-date?

Hi guys,I have a couple of nested components - everything is named neatly. When using auto-animate the animation happens between 2 random objects... wtf? What am I doing wrong? Or is this a bug? See Keyboard Normal and Keyboard Audio - please click on the mic icon. Animation should happen between the mic icons. Instead Animation happens between the "mic icon" and the "enter icon".   

I've been working with Xd for about 25minutes. Then out of the blue (while changing some gradients), Xd has crashed. My recovery file opened where it crashed, but I cannot save it in any way. When I try to close the program, I hit "save" on the modal window and nothing happens. What in the hell is this?! Secondly, when Xd crashed in the past and it recovered my file, when I'm trying to save it it again, Xd forces me to create a new file, instead of just saving to the old one! That means - new design links EVERY TIME!!! How in the world someone in the UX team came to conclusion this is a logical choice?! Guys, seriously, fix your software instead of adding new features. The amount of crashes and performance issues for the last year is pure downhill. I literally cannot use this software for longer then 30 minuteswithout some form of issues. I'm literally on the edge now.

XD不停的闪退都用不了

Hey guys, I've got Adobe XD 41.0.12.11 on macOS 11.4. The default language in the system is Russian. When I change the language to English in XD, it works well, but after restart the app it resets to Russian.Please fix. Thanks,Maxim
