Adobe XD

I am unable to update the developer link for my prototype – the only option I have is to create a new link. I am still using the same document and same screen as my home screen. I had saved a copy of the document (which is on a local drive) to the cloud, so I suspect this is when the problem occurred. It's pretty devastating as the original link contains hundreds of comments by both myself and development, so we can't just jump ship and start over with a new link. This is a critical issue at this point in our project so I'd be happy to receive any pointers as to how I might resolve the problem and update the original link.

When taking a screenshot and pasting it into XD the pasted image is 2X larger in dimensions than the original screenshot. EX I take a 1500x1000px screenshot on my mac, when I paste that image from the clipbaord into XD the image is 3000x2000. Is there a way I can paste the image true to size?

I am unable to download the free version of Adobe xd......

Just switched from Sketch to XD , then realize that I have to use USB to connect my phone ?  is possible to fix this ??? its 2021!!!!!!

 This pop up on occurs when I open Xd everytime, does anyone have this issue and how to solve it please?

Cloud sync is not working to working on shared co-editing files. All CC, XD & Mac OS versions are up-to-date. I logged out of CC and restarted the machine. It's still not working.  

Hiya. I'm new to XD. Is it possible to make an animation on a scroll group and make it work together? For example, I'm trying to make the circular progress bar work at the same time as the scroll group (see image below). Any help would be much appreciated 🙂 Anna. 

Please add the ability to upload an image in jpg for the developer. PNG format is too heavy.

in XD while updating the Share link its showing error 44;118, how to resolve

this file comes from the last designer ..i think this group used for share the review of the links . now i added some page but when i switch to share mode .still only choosed the old ones .how to cancel it ?? 

I'm a complete begginer in adobe XD just want to put that out there. So I have a button component with a hover state for a 1920 X 1080 web artboard. And i want to create the mobile version of my web i copied a bunch of things including the button and it turns out the button that i copy pasted from 1920 X 1080 shares the same hover state. it's like thisinstead of this how do i get rid of the instance hover state? cause i want my second button to have it's own hover state.Please help thank you in advance

Hi there,   I haven't opened Adobe XD in a while but tried to yesterday and today and have yet been unable to. The icon will bounce a few times then remain stuck in a "not responding" state (See attached screenshot). I'm wondering if I had too many files open or something? Maybe my mac can't load everything into memory that was open? I tried uninstalling, but it didn't help. I'm running MacOS 10.15.3. XD is version 28.4.12.3.   Any ideas? Wondering if I can somehow drop all the files that XD has open somehow?   EDIT: After letting it run for a while in that not responding state, it finally crashed. I added a screen cap of the crash report.     {Renamed By MOD}

Dear Team, FYI, I renewed my license this year Mar 2, 2021. I got the below error,"Your developer license has expired. To continue to use this app, please renew your license." My work is impacted because of this. Please look into this issues on priority and let me know. Thanks,Senthil

Hi, I've had this probelm a few times. Both in the XD sfotware and when exported the lettters stick together (see attachment). The "i" and the "r" are joined. THis happns randomly and with a varity of fonts.   is there any way to fix this please?Thanks 

I can't change a layer name when double clicking a layer to edit it's name. It exits the caption box immediately. Only workaround is to right click the layer and select rename in the contextual menu. Hi,as a paying user, i'm very disappointed with last Adobe XD releases, very few and poor quality features that seems to be incomplete... (sorry for this words, but i become crazy when my tools make me to loose a lot of times...) This time i have an issue with quick sharing new feature, that give the ability to quickly share one or more artboards, by selecting them and then click the share icon. The problem is that when a link of this kind is created, there is no way to get rid of it!! If i want to add otherartboards to the previous share there is no way, cannot creat a new link. Also if i delete shared links from the web view of shared prototypes, the links still persists in the XD file... The solution? Duplicate the shared artboards, delete the source artboards and create again a new link... Pleasetell me that this is a joke, that i'm wrong and that i miss some hidden function. 

Hello, a couple of versions ago this wasn't an issue when exporting SVG files but for some reason now when exporting them they're not responsive anymore in the browser. Is there a new (extra) setting that needs to be apply in order for this to work like it was?Thanks!

Hello everyone,A colleague is currently only using an Adobe XD trial subscription, in which he has already developed a few things.He would like to pass this development on to a colleague.He himself is leaving the company, so a licence would no longer be worthwhile for him.We would then buy a licence for the other colleague.How can he transfer his development to the colleague? Thanks in advance and stay healthyIngo 

At this point Adobe xD is a Joke. All the issues with the app and now i can add another one. I have my xD updated to the date but not seeing all new fetures (stroke, inner shadow, etc.).Can you please let me know what i'm doing wrong (if i'm doing).Thank you...

Hi everyone,    Let's try out some simple text effects that you can create using outline stroke.   ================================================== Step 1: Enter text then, apply border size (7 to 9) and increase the size of the text to make it readable         Step 2: Select the text and "Convert to path" and then apply "Outline stroke" Object > Path > Convert to path Object > Path > Outline stroke Step 3: Deselect fill and reduce border to 1 or 2          Step 4: Group both path and outline to scale Step 5:Change the colors to get variations in design         ===============================================         Some interesting facts: When you export these elements to SVG you get an option to select outline stroke at the time of export.               For more information on the outline strokes, please check this link.

Please let us save our XD file on an oldest version. Explaining my case:I had my prototype that was working properly. You guys made the update, now I can´t work.I noticed sometime later that my issue was the update. I tried to revert Adobe XD to the latest stable version.I cannot open my file there anymore because I saved it on an updated version. Now I have 2 options: Wait you guys to fix my issue.Redo my 7months prototype in another tool.  I wish I have a third option:Save my XD file in an older version and come back to work.
