Adobe XD

I just followed all the instructions from one post from someone else that is marked as resolved. But if it was resolved by the time, its not resolved anymore.  So I will post it here every time I have a control Z issue  or an issue with triggers not being saved / by the second I select another element on the screen.  Realize that I am doing that because I CANNOT WORK anymore because I made the mistake of trusting ADOBE XD as the tool to create my prototypes. I am losing about 15 minutes of my working time for every single crash files I need to post here. I need an answer and a fix for so many issues I am having. So I've been using Adobe XD since 2019 and I love it. I like creating prototypes and mockups of apps and operating systems. It's been working like a charm, until recently (after an update). The desktop preview loaded slowly (the app itself was still fast). Can it be checked, please?

I work with Adobe XD to do my designs but since this week 14-6 i cant even do a thing on the AdobeXD app. It's unusable in this state.  Is there a fix for this? Everything moving slow, cant even edit at all, takes too long to react. My computer is Ryzen2600X, 32gbRam, 1TB samsung revo, 1050TIGforce. Windows 10 

Hi there, I have not been able to rename any of my xd cloud files and always used save as instead.For some reason I don't get the rename option in the dropdown action menu as shown in Adobe XD User Guide. Is there an easy solution for this?Thanks, Anne

Hi there,I'm having a problem with my XD program right now. I cannot update the links in XD.It's updating up to only 50% and then it stops. If it's not my internet, What else could it be?Thank you!

Hi, There is a problem while i'm trying to copy and paste a element from other workspaces.However i can do that on the same workspace but not from others.I'm using Windows 10 and Adobe XD version 39.012.Both keyboard shortcuts(ctrl+c and ctrl+v) and the menu option doesn't work.Is there anyone know how to deal with this? Thanks. 

hey everyone, im new in Adobe XD, I would like to do a button that when i press it, the background image of my artboard will be replaced by another image. I tried with Overlay but the image was sent to the front and not to the back.. is there any way to control the layer that the Overlay would be placed?

I'm having issues launching my cloud document on Adobe XD. Everytime I try (either from CC app, Adobe XD app, CC website) it loads in Adobe Xd but never opens (it will either crash or freeze my system and I have to restart). I've tried a lot of different suggested solutions previously posted on the community.

the time duration stuck on 0.3s I can't change it every time I change the time or choose from the list it keeps stuck at 0,3s {Renamed By MOD}  

Publishing new link to share prototype is taking too long... Have been waiting for half hour to progress and it's still at 70%. Started happening after the new update. Please fix this, it is becoming very frustrating. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling XD in MacOS 10.15.1 still same issue. Hey There,When marking a component for export, the components usually are going to be exported once. Only the master component will be exportet, not all eventual instances of it allthough they are all marked for export.That's really handy because otherwise the assets export folder becomes just a mess.Unfortunately images which are components and marked for export ar going to be exported in every instance.So if I have a image component and use it 20 times over different artbords, currently I get 20 exported images if the instances are marked for export.I am not sure if that is intended or a bug but it is really messing up the assets folder.

Has anyone read this book and completed the examples? I like that this book is offline but there isn't a more modern version (coming fall 2021). XD has changed alot since this publication. I need some answers about the changes. *Any comments get liked and the answer added. My question(s) on this post: 1. Is there a way import Colors, Characters Styles, and Components in advance for client purposes? Building/configuring those things take hours. I would prefer to push that to the customer before I start work so I can just work to deliverables.

Hi, Anyone else experiencing problems importing SVG-files since the last update? I'm trying to import icons from Font Awesome, but all of them result in the error message:There was a problem importing your SVG asset because it contains invalid SVG markup.   However, I've been able to import these files prior to the latest update, so something seems to have happened. I've never experienced these problems before. I've also ran the files through a validator and they all pass without any failures.   Is it just me or is anyone else experiencing the same issue?   {Renamed By MOD}

When I tried to open XD file someone sent me, this messege came up. - 'range out of order in character class' Please help!

While 2 user are working on same file, XD is creating conflict copies for same file and second users changes are not updating.

XD Version 41.0.12.11Why isn't there an option for developers to export assets as a "jpg."? Shouldn't have package all the .jpg assets and send separately.

I dont see this feature with adobe XD and its pretty frustrating considering some people would like to export their entire wireframes showing the artboards with the links or allowing students to show their work for assignments.

\ I encounter an issue during my project. I have a file which is called “Mother 1” (I assume it as a Primitive file) and I created 3 files that link an asset from Mother 1 which is called the “Child” file. (Please see an attached photo of its outline.) I’d like to create a whole new project by duplicating a “Mother 1” file into a new file called “Mother 2” that I want to link with the "Child A" file (which is created from duplicating “Child 3” file). I want to change only at “Mother 2” and all of there child (In this case is only Child A) can change too. The problem is how can I do it?   I already tried to duplicate the child and change a link to Mother 2 and nothing changes. And I also tried to group all file in project 1 into a folder in Creative Cloud and duplicated too, but it seems doesn’t work as well.   Would you mind suggesting this problem, please?Please let me know as soon as possible. Why is there no iPad artboard more for selection on the start-up screen, just mobile? I have trouble understanding the iOS UI guidelines, since the templates provided by Apple do not match the dimensions of the devices when looking it up. I would feel "safer" designing on the Adobe XD iPad template that used to be there, but can now not be chosen in the latest version. Any thoughts on why that is? Thanks!
