Adobe XD

I have the all apps plan. But I am now no longer allowed to open XD. When and why did this one app get removed from the 'all apps' plan? And why didn't I get some kind of notice about it being removed? This is really really annoying.

Hi - first time poster and amateur XD user, appreciate any help.Our designer created the files using Adobe account with HER account -- but we need the ownership of the files transferred to OUR adobe account. I want to take ownership of XD files so that we can continue to make updates to the XD files without breaking the existing URL links in the cloud becasue we have inserted those URLs across so much of our documentatio. I want to take ownership of that file so that I can make updates to that file in MY account and publish them to that SAME URL? Any ideas? Thank you!

Hi, I'm making a mobile app prototype for a uni project and it's based on recipes. A common feature of recipe apps is the collection/save/heart feature. Before I try I'd like to know if it's actually possible to create a save option to store 'recipe' artboards on a 'collections' artboards? As you can see the + icon would act as a way to save recipes, would be pressed, and then saved into the 'Collections' artboard and featured there as an icon (similarly to the Icons displaying each recipe on the welcome page). Any help would be appreciated, thanks. 

How do I hide the Share button that is above the artboard?  

I installed the 'archivo' font from adobe fonts, but on XD I only find it in the BLACK version and not regular, thin, etc. etc.What should I do? Probably use figma...?

BugAfter switching windows with "alt + tab" and then returning to Adobe XD "alt" seems to stuck.Then when I try to move any element, currently selected or not, it duplicates itself. Note: no matter if I'll return to Adobe XD via "alt+tab" or by picking an icon on my taskbar.Also, this happens not every time. There is like an 80-90% chance. It stops, when I "undo" or edit some text...do whatever else than click&move. Windows 10 ProAdobe XD 34.3.12.1

Will Adobe cancel the Adobe XD program in the near future and rely on the Figma program

Hi all, I am using adobe XD to make a running app that records your data and I was looking in plugins to try to find a plugin to track your data by using something like Google Maps. I am wondering if there is another way of doing this so it can track the kilometers you have ran. 

Recently, a co-worker has been unable to access any links shared with him from anyone. He can still access links that were shared with him prior to some point, but now if we remove and re-share those same pages from the exact same link, he will lose access. Others seem to still have access to these links both new and old, and it is just a specific person who can't. This is the message he is getting."You can't request access to this link contact your administrator"What is causing this and how can we fix it? 

After updating my XD to version 57.1.12.2 I'm seeing a lot of empty frames with "Loading..." instead of the images that I had in my files... Does anybody know how to restore them?

Opening an XD file that uses "Noto Sans CJK JP" as its text font and hovering over an artboard causes Adobe XD to crash immediately. The crash does not occur if "Noto Sans CJK JP" is not installed via Adobe Fonts. Since "Noto Sans CJK JP" installs automatically, the app crashes on every subsequent launch. Hi everyone,With support for Adobe XD coming to an end, I'm trying to understand what that means for the shared cloud files my team has been using. We have years' worth of projects in XD, and we're wondering about the need to back them up.Can anyone share details on when these files will no longer be available? Any timelines or advice on how to best preserve our work would be really helpful. Thanks a lot!

Hello,today i saw that the document history in a file doesn't work anymore.It shows this message:Yesterday it was working on this specific file.The problem doesn't seems to exist in other files, as the document history works.

I have a request regarding Adobe XD. When using components with text contained within a box, and setting up stacks to expand the box as text is entered, issues such as misalignment occur when utilizing Repeat Grids.I would appreciate it if you could make it possible for both components and Repeat Grids to be used together without causing any operational issues.

Hey guys,I was trying to edit the spacing between images for the Repeat Grid function. Right now, it automatically spaces it evenly but I need to align images in a grid in such a way that there are only 4 images in each row and the spacing is larger than the default even spacing Xd has assigned. Is there a way to override that once the grid is in place. Otherwise, my 4 images don't n align with my page border perfectly.Thanks! Appreciate the help.

I started transitioning to Figma and it's not great. XD has lots of things that speed up my workflow, and Figma seems like it was designed 10 years ago. Can you start up XD development again?

Hey Everyone,   I've been looking for a few days online and trying various methods but have had to bite the bullet and ask for help. I am not sure this is possible but i am trying to create an endless mountainous range with parallax scrolling, similar to one you might see gazing out a car window. I'm only using 3 layers of parallax shapes to achieve the effect but i'm having difficulty working out the animation logic to create a simple loop. Auto-animate always moves my mountain objects back to the starting X co-ordinate when using the prototype tool to complete the loop back to home page, meaning the animation goes backwards at that point.   Aside for expanding my grid group and repeating the mountain range a million times so it never runs out, i cannot figure out the correct way to achieve this. Any XD Xperts on here willing to share their troubleshooting tips? i'd be very eager to hear. Thanks in advanced.   <Title renamed by moderator>

Hi there! Every time two users with the same account open a file in Adobe XD, we want to send a report since a conflict detection dialog always appears. It continues as of right now.

Une fonctionnalité semble avoir été décommissionnée ces derniers mois... Avant, je pouvais par exemple :- me positionner sur "Epaisseur de la police"- appuyer sur "R" sur mon clavier, ce qui me permettait de sélecitonner "Regular" sans même avoir à utiliser la souris Idem pour les polices, très pratiques pour aller directement à la lettre "F" si on est actuellement sur la "T" par exemple, sans avoir à scroller indéfiniement.  Est-ce que quelqu'un sait pourquoi cette fonction a disparu ? Je suis démunie depuis... ^^ Merci d'avance !

In preview mode and shared links, stacked components overlap each other and the background to not extend to accommodate the expanded stack. However, when I click on the component states manually in XD the group stack behaves as intended. I didn't start having this issue until after the Adobe XD 31 update. There have been several updates since then and none of them have fixed this issue and this is not my first time posting about this problem.

I am trying to open a CC document in Adobe XD, and I get the error saying "Sorry, we can't open this document" I tried downloading it locally, duplicating it, making it offline, opening it through the CC desktop app, and trying to open it through the browser view. I am able to preview a low res version of the file, but I can't open it in XD. This is a cloud document. Can someone please help?
