Hi everyone,With support for Adobe XD coming to an end, I'm trying to understand what that means for the shared cloud files my team has been using. We have years' worth of projects in XD, and we're wondering about the need to back them up.Can anyone share details on when these files will no longer be available? Any timelines or advice on how to best preserve our work would be really helpful. Thanks a lot!

Hello,today i saw that the document history in a file doesn't work anymore.It shows this message:Yesterday it was working on this specific file.The problem doesn't seems to exist in other files, as the document history works.

I have a request regarding Adobe XD. When using components with text contained within a box, and setting up stacks to expand the box as text is entered, issues such as misalignment occur when utilizing Repeat Grids.I would appreciate it if you could make it possible for both components and Repeat Grids to be used together without causing any operational issues.

Hey guys,I was trying to edit the spacing between images for the Repeat Grid function. Right now, it automatically spaces it evenly but I need to align images in a grid in such a way that there are only 4 images in each row and the spacing is larger than the default even spacing Xd has assigned. Is there a way to override that once the grid is in place. Otherwise, my 4 images don't n align with my page border perfectly.Thanks! Appreciate the help.

I started transitioning to Figma and it's not great. XD has lots of things that speed up my workflow, and Figma seems like it was designed 10 years ago. Can you start up XD development again?

Hey Everyone,   I've been looking for a few days online and trying various methods but have had to bite the bullet and ask for help. I am not sure this is possible but i am trying to create an endless mountainous range with parallax scrolling, similar to one you might see gazing out a car window. I'm only using 3 layers of parallax shapes to achieve the effect but i'm having difficulty working out the animation logic to create a simple loop. Auto-animate always moves my mountain objects back to the starting X co-ordinate when using the prototype tool to complete the loop back to home page, meaning the animation goes backwards at that point.   Aside for expanding my grid group and repeating the mountain range a million times so it never runs out, i cannot figure out the correct way to achieve this. Any XD Xperts on here willing to share their troubleshooting tips? i'd be very eager to hear. Thanks in advanced.   <Title renamed by moderator>

Hi there! Every time two users with the same account open a file in Adobe XD, we want to send a report since a conflict detection dialog always appears. It continues as of right now.

Une fonctionnalité semble avoir été décommissionnée ces derniers mois... Avant, je pouvais par exemple :- me positionner sur "Epaisseur de la police"- appuyer sur "R" sur mon clavier, ce qui me permettait de sélecitonner "Regular" sans même avoir à utiliser la souris Idem pour les polices, très pratiques pour aller directement à la lettre "F" si on est actuellement sur la "T" par exemple, sans avoir à scroller indéfiniement.  Est-ce que quelqu'un sait pourquoi cette fonction a disparu ? Je suis démunie depuis... ^^ Merci d'avance !

In preview mode and shared links, stacked components overlap each other and the background to not extend to accommodate the expanded stack. However, when I click on the component states manually in XD the group stack behaves as intended. I didn't start having this issue until after the Adobe XD 31 update. There have been several updates since then and none of them have fixed this issue and this is not my first time posting about this problem.

I am trying to open a CC document in Adobe XD, and I get the error saying "Sorry, we can't open this document" I tried downloading it locally, duplicating it, making it offline, opening it through the CC desktop app, and trying to open it through the browser view. I am able to preview a low res version of the file, but I can't open it in XD. This is a cloud document. Can someone please help?  

Hi, I am getting the error message below when I am trying to load my Desktop Wireframe Developer Prototype link - it is bizarre because my developer prototype for the mobile wireframes is loading. Please advise - my app is up to date, i have tried making new links and even made a new file and protoype to troubleshoot and still same error. Really need this to work as my development team is waiting on the prototype.

I have some questions about the XD software1.Is it possible to turn the design I made into a website without knowledge of code?2.Is it possible to export a design with commands to code and give to a programmer?3.Is there an easy way to transfer the design to the programmer with as much data as possible for the programmer to have to work as little as possible?I would appreciate help and understanding on the subject, currently working with a programmer who only deals with the server

With the understanding that my prototypes are very large files with a lot of prototyping, I am suddenly encountering a lot of issues with XD freezing when I try to edit or import images, and then crashing altogether. Short of abandoning my prototypes completely, is there anything that can be done to fix this behavior? Did something change? Is anyone else encountering this?

Hi,I want to utilize Adobe XD journey Plug-in and followed the necessary steps to Install Adobe Creative Cloud and Adobe XD but whenever I am trying to launch the Plugin Marketplace in Adobe XD, below error pops up:"Please close and relaunch XD, then try opening the plugins in Marketplace again".I also followed the troubleshooting steps mentioned in https://helpx.adobe.com/xd/kb/issues-installing-xd-plugins.html but all to the vain. I still cannot load the marketplace.Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!

Hello, I'm unable to add a component to a CC library as a compoment, only as a graphic. At this video, it's clearly possible to add a compoment and not a graphic: https://youtu.be/GWuA1y79AT8?t=87 Whenever I try to add a component, all I can add is a graphic as per screenshot below I can add any other type asset: Fill Color, Character style or graphic, when I select non-component object (see below). Hi there, I am having an issue with XD where some of my text is being converted to symbols upon exporting the artboard to PDF, however other parts of the text are fine. Here is what it looks like in XD: And here is what it looks like after exporting to PDF in Adobe Acrobat Pro DC: I thought it was an issue with Acrobat, but when opening the PDF in a browser like Chrome, the same effect happens.  The problem seems to be with the font family. I am using Avenir Black for the text that gets corrupted, and Avenir Book for the text that is fine. These fonts are installed onto my computer, and work with other Adobe programs such as InDesign and Photoshop. Does anyone have any suggestions or am I forced to change to a different font? Thanks. For reference: OS: Windows 10 x64XD Ver: 43.0.12.14Font: Avenir Black & Heavy 

In XD I have selected an artboard. I select File > Export > Selected and choose to save as a PNG. I have used this previously dozens of times. As of yesterday, this has stopped working. I now get a modal stating There was a problem exporting your asset that provides a link to this community area. I have found several posts dating back a few years on this topic but none of them have a resolution.  I am using Adobe XD v57.1.12.2 x64 on a Mac (Sonoma 14.4.1)

I created a new file in XD 57 and set its profile to sRGB.In that file I created a square with its RGB code being #006EC2. In Illustrator, I created a document and set its color profile to SRGB IEC61966-2.1Now when I copy that square from XD to illustrator, the box in Illustrator has a code of #1E6EB7.The target colour is very different from XD, which can be seen on XD and Illustrator side-to-side.If in Illustrator I set the color manually to #006EC2, the result is even more different. My question is simple:How can I design something in XD and export assets to use in web desgin (sRGB profile)? I could not do it no matter what color profiles are used in XD.Or, simply put, what is the "normal sRGB" analogue of "XD sRGB" colour #006EC2?

I exported the image as usual. But an error occurred. 

I can't find adobeXD. I tried to find it in website and adobe CC. I need to use it because my task requires it. Can someone give me a link or file for me?

I tried right clicking, pressing delete, selecting it and pressing delete, but it's just stuck there. I just want to delete an individual ruler/guide that I clicked and dragged to the artboart. Please let me know how to delete the ruler/guide I created. Thank you.
