Adobe XD

Hi all,  I'm having an issue where I look in previous versions of my XD files on Box and they all look like the current version. I used to be able to look at older versions if I needed to revive an old screen or something, but now they all appear to be lost forever. Is this a particular issue with XD? Anyone know how to fix it so I can see my old versions? 

Hi everyone,Ive just noticed that the same HTML codes from an RGB .AI doc do not match in XD (they are coming in desaturated) and am a bit flummoxed. Pretty sure my colour management is all set up correctly. Any ideas?Thank you

Hi Community,I'm facing the strangest issue with Xd today.1 artboard, 2 groups. 1 of the groups can't be moved forward?

When I import some vector file (which have gradient), it imports fine. But when I try to change gradient angle, it became too difficult because the line used for changing angle is too far from the object as I have shown in the screenshot. And when I try to change the angle it misbehave.Please suggest how to fix this.

I was handed a slew of .psd files from my dev team that need to be converted to XD. I'm able to import them, but when I do, all the fonts sizes change. For example going from 11px in Photoshop to 19.53 in XD.Is there any way I can make this consistent? Maybe changing pixel size or resolution in photoshop or some kind of setting change? My dev team is going to be looking at the development link and expect the font sizes to be the same as they were in the psds. Any way to do this?

i can not install and update xd in my laptop. I did download other software they work fine but xd got proble.

I recently discovered a MASSIVE bug that can potentially destroy a whole design system. I spent 2 sessions over several hours with Adobe support until they finally acknowledged that it was indeed a bug. Basically, when applying colours from the saved colour assets, XD often applies a SLIGHTLY DIFFERENT COLOUR.For example, if you right-click on a character style and choose edit, then apply a new colour by selecting with the eyedropper tool from a swatch of your saved colours, the applied colour will be WRONG.#75E6A9 becomes #6AE29F, #E05B43becomes #DC503B etc... The difference in colour is not instantly obvious so this can potentially wreck a whole design system as it happened to me. A workaround is to use the eyedropper on an element that is already on the artboard, NOT the saved swatch. I've only been able to recreate the bug when applying colours to character styles but when I shared my design I noticed loads of duplicate colours. Hello All, I apologize if this is silly, but I have looked over tutorials to understand how to add a name to a color to make it a design token. However, I'm unable to do so because my panel looks different. It does not include any name only a swatches palette. Since last update (drop high sierra support) i cannot name/rename assets on export, and it was a feature and every front-end developer needs, why do did you dropped this?    Since we work as a team, all the time we need to export and code (html, css) from another designer creation, if that person does not name his assets, layers, whatever, manage his library, we need to rename it on a semantic way on export, i dont want to rename every component in library or exported folder after export, i need to rename it right on export dialog. Hi 2 of my recent documents are not being loaded, it returns an error: Something went wrong sorry we can't open this document, Access this documents history... in https://assets.adobe.com/cloud-documents... it says download failed for any version that I tried. My company needs these prototypes right now, what should I do?!!

I have no Button where I can import my own Fonts into the Creative Cloud. I can only use the Adobe Fonts which are installed or install the fonts from the webiste!Thank you for your help!

Hello,I've build a relatively complex XD project with 102 artboards interlinked with interactions in a single flow. Every artboard has several linked components (I use a separate XD document for Style Guide and Components Library) with multiple states and I make extensive use of Stack and Padding functionalities.I work only on cloud documents.I have several issues and the more the file get's bigger the more problems I encounter.These includes:Just opening the file takes about 3-5 minutesAlmost every change is laggy and introduce waiting time for XD to perform the change. This includes very basic features like moving from one artboard to another, zooming, copy elements, etc. This get's worst when the changes includes linked components.The RAM consumption only for have this file open is around 10GB.The public link publishing takes 3-5 minutesThe link published is also laggy to navigate. Hi, I have just updated the latest version of Adobe Xd.  Current function "Apply Character Style" from Document Assets is not working for text ( bellow image ) I want to apply the installed font style ( Roboto 20pt ) for text small, but when I click it's not working.Any solution to this problem. Thanks.

I cant seem to find any infomation about how to create in XD a drag and drop feature where the user of the app can drag and drop infomation from one box to another. Any help or video links would be much appreicated. 

Hey, I'm not sure if this is a bug or the behavour has changed?   Previously if you created a Cloud (design system) document containing 'saved' assets, from another document you could 'link' this as a design system via the Document Assets panel and ALL the assets from the Cloud (design system) document would be displayed and linked. Then if any changes were made to the assets in the Cloud document, you would be notifed and and could update them one by one or all using the blue "Update" button.   Now it looks like you access the Cloud (design system) assets via the Libraries panel but none of the assets are linked to the document when used? I the assets in the Cloud document are updated, they will update in the other documents Library side panel but will not update any styling used on the Artboards.   It looks like only used styles are copied (and linked) into Document Assets once the Library has been editted ...is that correct??   If so that's fine I guess, I just w

Would really appreciate any help. This issue has become incredibly frustrating. I'm using the latest iOS version 14.3. The problem is not with opening the Adobe XD iPhone app, it's a problem with opening files that I've created on Adobe XD on my MacBook pro (MacOS Big Sur X v11.1. 

"Shared with You" in cloud, I can see share files in the assets.adobe.comBut there are no share files in the "Shared with You" XD app on iPad.Plz help!

Hello,   I am struggling with a possible bug of components not updating properly to match master component. I had to do some some rework on my master components, where I deleted some features and added in new. My master component looks just as it should, however when I place the component from the asset list, it now has has all the new features, but also the old ones, like they would've never been removed at all..!?   Here's an example, the one on the left is the master component, as you can see from the selection box. The one on the right is the same component placed from the assets list. It has two plus sign overlapping, the old one I have removed from the master component, and the new updated sign. I've tried everything to "refresh" the asset list but I just can't make it work. This is happening with many of the components simultaneously. I think the only way is to remove the component completely and then creating it again. However this is quite a big effort since I have
