Adobe XD

Desintalé e instalé innumerables veces la app pero siempre que la abro me aparece el mismo error, no me deja utilizarla y no encuentro solución. El resto de las aplicaciónes de mi pack se instalan y funcionan perfectamente.

I am using a desktop and a laptop.  The latter is newer than the former.  The former will not upgrade to MacOS 14.  But your automatic upgrade of XD has meant that I cannot work with my documents on both machines.  I spent a bunch of time working on something on my laptop which I now need to open on my desktop.  Are there any workarounds or ways of doing it?I would happily roll back the upgrade on my laptop rather than be forced to replace a very good desktop (powerful but old) prematurely.  Any suggestions?

Just realised, after the XD update i cannot rearrange my folders, i have to manually click to arrange and send it to back, it's impossible to work like that. 

I have just starting using Adobe XD and I realized it's really slow when used with a graphic tablet. I use a Wacom pro 3 tablet as my mouse as I also so some graphics. I tried dragging an object just across the screen and it moved really slowly and/or execute at least 3 seconds later. Just moving around the cursor was also very painful. It got better than I used the trackpad but it still isn't the same as I would normally move my cursor across my screen. Is anyone experiencing the same issue when using a graphic tablet?

Hello Adobe community, I have a problem in which my sign up, overlay page keeps appearing in the home page.  I had timed it to appear, but when I click "X" to close the sign up page, the sign up keeps coming back on seconds later.  It is annoying and I don't know how to get it to appear just once.  Please help!  I've attached images below to help explain what I mean.  🙂

Is there an option to publish the preview in subpages or folders for a better overview, as it comes in figma?For example: preview ABC / Basic elements / subpagespreview ABC / Components / subpagespreview ABC / Design / subpagesNow you have all pages in ONE dashboard. Hi there,I have a 190MB XD file that lags when working in file, mainly editing certain components. It is lagging when saving, opening and creating share links. Share link load is painfully slow. I have tried to copy and paste the design into a new document, but that didn't remedy.

Why is there no topmenu on the Windows version of Adobe XD?Im talking about this part "File Edit Object View Window Help".Its just an empty space..

hay adobe xd is not working for windows 10 after jan 2021 update when i  saveing files it shows try again or quit xd this is getting serious  to solve this issue i have to sign-out and sign-in again & againin adobe creative cloud so please help me to solve this issue

Hi, I'm getting really frustrated because XD is lagging, everywhere. I didn't 2 months ago I think. I have the latest updates, I have all the latest drivers for my computer, I have tried reinstall it and rebooted my computer many times. The window itself for XD is lagging if I change its size, all tools and menus are lagging when I hover my mouse over them, for example creating a square is lagging too, typing text etc... Even the small animation in the main start menu is lagging. My relevant specs are:Ryzen 5600xGeforce RTX 307016 gb ram I have uploaded a log file and here's a screenshot of what my service manager shows: 

Hi! I am trying to create a link to share my prototype but the creation stops at 50% and Adobe Xd spits out error 49:5 and want's me to open the document again, after doing so same error occurs again. Any solutions? Thanks!

Hello, I've met a similar problem but error 44:49 I can't share any link through XD. Things I've tried:1. uninstall and reinstall Adobe XD2. Restart my mac3. I cannot add new Colors, Character Styles or Components on the Document Assets bar. The plus icon buttons are not working, as if they aren't buttons at all. Initially was using an unsaved document, tried saving to the cloud and restarting the app and neither had any effect.All other elements on the Document Assets bar are working (filter, list/grid view toggle, search, expand/collapse chevron toggles)Could someone please try to replicate this (using the same XD version as below) so i can see if it is just mine?Version: 36.0.32.10, Creative Cloud Sync 4.3.71.1

Has anyone figured out how to link two XD files together in some way so that for large projects that are beyond the current canvas limiations that a more unified user expereince can be created.  We are building separate UX designs for phone and tablets for a specific client and we are running out of canvas space quickly with our work around the iPad Pro specs.  Beying able to link to open files together in Preview might be a solution for the canvas issue many of us face. Thanks JD Osborn

MacOS MojaveWhen previewing my prototypes the preview sometimes crashes when transitioning between two screens I have attached an example where the overlay is not shown completely. The screen gets stuck and I have to close the preview window.

Hey, I'm quite a beginner here. So little help would be much appreciated.Actually I'm stuck at the part of placing a component within a component ( nested components). I will explain my problem here more by inserting few pictures below. My problem is that whenever I try to place this icon as a component in the master component it instead replaces all the components and this icon become a component itself. Whenever I try to place it inside the main component's box alongside the email text, it instead replaces it into the icon.

Hello everyone, The collaboration feature is quite impressive and in the team, we love to work together on common documents. However, constant compatibility issues drive me mad! Almost every week, at least one document is blocked because "it has been created in an older version of Xd". There's no way around it (it is not possible to e.g. duplicate the document) — you just can't open it and period 🙎 I have to contact my teammate, ask them to stop what they're doing, and update to the new version so I can open the document. Even with automatic updates enabled, it's impossible to have everyone on the team to have the same version of the software, especially if there's a new version almost every week or so (very often). Does anyone share my feelings about this issue? It should be fixed ASAP.
