Adobe XD

Hi there. I just started messing around with XD and my biggest problem is that my fonts are not working on here, and XD is really not cooperating with me. It says that all fonts are missing or unavailable, and when I click on the font menu, I just get a blank little rectangle. What can I do? I don't use a font manager, and most of my fonts are scattered throughout my downloads folder. Moving all of these to a fonts foler would take hours, and even after moving one to test it, it changed nothing.

I could not install any plugins in my adobe xd account. It was there before a month and now I open it after my vacation it is not there. I know plugins can be downloaded with + but i could not find it. Can anyone help me?

I can't insert an image by dragging it

Hi everyone,  I have an issue. I'm working with an XD file, on this file there is a section that includes some pictures. One of the pictures has white solid layer on top of it with its transparency to 75%. When I export the file as a pdf it looks good, like this:  However when I upload the file into the review platform we use in my agency or in dropbox, it looks like this: These are the settings this white layer currently has: Thank you 

XD crashes when more than one person opens the same shared file.

I have YEARS worth of work and more importantly prototype links in my account. Now that Adobe has moved to the "Business Profile" paradigm I've been informed that I have to migrate ALL of my content and that this will BREAK ALL THE LINKS FOR MY WORK. I have these links in controlled documentation at work for product development. I can migrate all my content then update all the links over YEARS of work, but really?  Did NO ONE at Adobe consider this? Frankly I'm shocked

Hi,I am retraining for a new career and cannot upgrade or share links without asking an administrator or contacting IT according to the error messages.  Even though I have updated my email it keeps showing my old email address.  I do not currently have administrators nor IT.  How can I upgrade or share links?

Hello I have created a homepage with Adobe Portfolio and embedded a few elements that I created with Adobe Xd. Unfortunately, I always get a security warning when I click on a hyperlink from an Adobe Xd element. - Here is an litte example: https://xd.adobe.com/view/e6ad3271-9fad-4787-badd-27a554d92083-b3fe/ A few weeks ago everything worked fine and now I get this error message for all links.Does anyone know why and where I can turn this off? Many thanks and regardsSven

I've been utilizing Adobe XD for several months, but lately, I've been experiencing issues with the application crashing and abruptly closing during my work. I'm uncertain of the cause, and I'm seeking an explanation for this. To provide some context, my PC is equipped with Windows 10 64-bit OS, an i5 processor, and 4GB of RAM.

Hello, I saw a discussion about a character styles bug in XD but I'm not sure if my issue is the same as others. So I wanted to bring it to Adobe's attention and see if there was any fix for this because it is driving me crazy. So my company has a master file set up as a template for our projects using the Character Styles and Components. I've never noticed this issue before today. When I opened up our new updated template file and went to the Character Styles on the left side and right-clicked to edit the font, it looks like it updates on all my boards but then it doesn't update within the Character Styles themselves. When I right-click to edit it again it's still showing the previous font and not updating it to the new font. Please let me know if you have heard of this issue and when it might be resolved or how I can resolve it on my end. Thank you so much!Ciara GaweckiUX/UI Designer

Hi,I want to add a sound to an interaction triggered by Gamepad.I tried to add two interactions on the same element (for Auto-Animate and Audio Playback) but only of them is processed.Do you know a workaround?

The text should be flush against the text box so that when design files are exported for development, the developer can get accurate padding values.   This is really problematic and almost defeats the purpose of the dev link if the values aren't measured from the edge of the text.   The text is flush against the text box in photoshop, why not XD?   We're in a space where we have to do two iterations of the layout.  1) Design to the edge of the text so that we know what it should look like. 2)Before handing over, shift all copy blocks so that the dev link values exported, state what it should be despite it being optically incorrect. - very confusing for the developer   It's adding so much time to the process and isn't sustainable especially when it comes to designing detailed, text-heavy components    <The Title was renamed by moderator>    

Hi,We have a number of shared XD libraries in our design team which I have been added to. When I accept the invitation to join a shared libraries, it becomes visible on the Web but not in the Creative Cloud app or within XD. I have reinstalled XD several times and also reinstalled Creative Cloud app but I keep getting the same issue with libraries not syncing and even if they eventually do the libraries are still not accessible in XD.I’m using a MacBook pro and the OS is macOS Monterey 12.1   Thanks for your help   {Renamed By MOD}

Middle mouse panning in Adobe XD has always been the standard way I move about the canvas. In the latest version of XD this has suddenly stopped working. It hasnt been replaced with a new function, just all of sudden it does nothing, and I'm having to use SPACE and left button to pan. Sounds like I'm nitpicking, but honestly the muscle memory is so strong with this action, it's really slowing down my work. Any ideas why this has been removed? will it be coming back?

When sharing and creating a link it gets to 100% and then this error pops up in its place and I cant generate a Shared link. What does this mean. I can't seem to find any answeres. Thanks in advance. 

there is a problem with exporting resources

XD is certainly garbage. I spent so much time getting an app design down. Save for one menu that, unlike all of the rest of them, won't stay associated with the artboard it's supposed to be on..... it's a CLONE of all of the others that WORK JUST FINE and yet the menu refuses to become part of this particular one. Amd even more enfuriating than that..... is that all the work is completely useless since it can't export to anything useful. The only 2 plugins to export to HTML, one is absolutely amateur and the other is blatant false advertising as they say "48 hours of free use to export from Adobe XD to HTML5" but when you download it, and try to use it, it says "This feature is reserved for our PREMIUM users" .... Adobe has, yet again, wasted days of my time with absolute garbage. Bring back something useful to develop apps with, wtf was wrong with Flash creator anyways? At least it did something useful. Way water down all of your products and leave gaps where actual use would be.

My Adobe XD app on MacOS Ventura 13.4 keeps draining my CPU (MacOS shows high energy consumption) even when it is minimized. When I want to close the application, it freezes and continues to drain the CPU. I have to force quit XD to get to the normal.I tried the Creative Cloud Cleaner tool, restarted the computer many times, but nothing helped. I am attaching the console log and crash dump for investigation. Please help. Peter

can not drag and drop images from file explorer or browser. (jpgs, svgs, pngs, nothing) into an artboard. This is a big pain point as I have to set all my images individually and it takes a lot of time I don't have. (Ie. I would like to drag multiple images into a repeat grid and have them populate shapes)
