Adobe XD

I am making a website for a web design class. I have imported a video on the Home page and it works perfectly fine when you first click on it. However, if you leave the Home page of the website to go to another page, and then come back to the Home page, the video does not play. It is set to play automatically and is on loop, so I'm not quite sure what the solution is here. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Adobe XD crashes on launch and shows logo screen only. It's been many days since this issue is coming. The blank screen is normal in XD now. Please resolve this issue.

Hi! My name is Wesley and  I earned a free 9-month membership to Adobe XD from Google, through Coursera.I cannot access the codes. The error message reads "APO codes not available for this product". I really need this to be sorted out as it very important for me. I would really appreciate any help and feedback.The path taken to redeem the voucher is as follows: Opened "Claim Your Reward" Email from CourseraClicked  blue "Claim Your Reward" Button within email. That opened a window to my Coursera account/messages screenI clicked on the message that read "View Your Reward"A pop-up appeared with a blue button reading "Claim Your Reward", I clicked that.It opened a new window from Adobe Partner Offer RedemptionsI clicked the "select" button next to 9 month Adobe XD membership. The screen did not change except for a message reading "APO codes not available for this product"This was the only error message that appeared.Please help. I really need this.

Wondering if anyone in the community or at Adobe can answer a question about how XD is making PDF files and how to get the exported files smaller. I have a project with 21 artboards. On most of the artboards, I have a large image that I have applied a mask. When I generate a PDF of all 21 artboards the file is 142 MB. VERY LARGE. I've tried to use Acrobat Pro to reduce the file size with mostly no luck. I get a message that says images with mask applied were not reduced (or cropped to the artboard?) Can anyone explain how to get the file size smaller either using XD or Acrobat?

At my job, we were cleaning up accounts and the account I was working on was removed from admin and mine was added. The issue is my boss sent me a back up of my files but all the cloud files have converted to xdc files and cannot be opened by XD. I tried to convert them on acrobat but they also can't be opened there. Does anyone have any advice? I really need to access my files as some very important work is on the cloud.    <Title renamed by moderator>

I have two new hires at my company who have been given full Enterprise Creative Cloud licenses. The problem we have is that XD is not available for download in the Creative Cloud app. I read through forums that said to wait 24-48 hours for it to appear, but that time has passed and it is still not available. How can my new hires get access to XD?

I have Adobe XD listed as an app included in my student discount subscription, but it does not show up in my apps (I've had this subscription for a few months, and all of the apps I have shown no problems when I've installed and used them).I tried installing XD through my browser but a pop-up box appeared saying that I am either not eligible to or my laptop does not support the system requirements for the app (it's a MacBook Pro V14.0).I am very confused and stressed about this, so hopefully I'll be able to get some answers here. Thank you! 

Hi everyone. In the latest build of XD (39.0.12) the Export Whole Canvas has been removed from the export Menu Item, which was still there in (38.1.12). I found this useful to create an overview for clients, along with the individual artboards. I'd have text on the pasteboard next to canvases. Just became a lot easier than exporting individual artboards to illustrator and then position them. to give that overview. 

XD Links not updating 

hi,  I think this maybe a bug? XD has been repeately crashing/closing itself when I tried to export files while having the caps lock on. I only have this issue with XD and not other adobe products.

Does XD support transparency in .TIF images?

Hi there - I cannot access my Libraries in XD - please see snip of the error message below. I have no issues accessing my Libraries in Photoshop, but for some reason, not XD. What could be causing this?Thanks in advance for any suggestions. 

I am a graphic designer and I know a decent amount of UI/UX design, but I can’t for the life of me remember how to have an image on one artboard link to the other artboard that makes the other artboard FULL screen. for whatever reason mine just shows the entire linked artboard as one big piece when I need it to be a scroll through like the other web pages.What is shown is the drop down menu that I want our clients to use and be able to specifically go through out client list to see what we have done for them, and once they click on said client another window comes up (none of these are finished pages) with a in depth detail look of ONE client. in other words if someone wants to see Bayer our clients booth we made for them, they click the picture and the second screenshot shows what is supposed to be another 1920px artboard that will show process and finished, but I don’t know why it won’t use the full screen as the others do.I’d really appreciate the help since I don’t know xd as

Is there any plan to merge XD and Figma in future what do you think?

This post is just a bump for the idea made in 2016 of a dark mode for XD.   As the best way to use XD at night right now is to have the screen dimmed to the point I might as well turn the monitor off.    Anyone from Adobe that wants to answer to this, only answer with "its not in backlog now, and it is in current development and will post its progress"    No bull crap answers and make it happen it's not hard.   <Title renamed by moderator>

Hi there. I just started messing around with XD and my biggest problem is that my fonts are not working on here, and XD is really not cooperating with me. It says that all fonts are missing or unavailable, and when I click on the font menu, I just get a blank little rectangle. What can I do? I don't use a font manager, and most of my fonts are scattered throughout my downloads folder. Moving all of these to a fonts foler would take hours, and even after moving one to test it, it changed nothing.

I could not install any plugins in my adobe xd account. It was there before a month and now I open it after my vacation it is not there. I know plugins can be downloaded with + but i could not find it. Can anyone help me?

I can't insert an image by dragging it

Hi everyone,  I have an issue. I'm working with an XD file, on this file there is a section that includes some pictures. One of the pictures has white solid layer on top of it with its transparency to 75%. When I export the file as a pdf it looks good, like this:  However when I upload the file into the review platform we use in my agency or in dropbox, it looks like this: These are the settings this white layer currently has: Thank you 

XD crashes when more than one person opens the same shared file.

I have YEARS worth of work and more importantly prototype links in my account. Now that Adobe has moved to the "Business Profile" paradigm I've been informed that I have to migrate ALL of my content and that this will BREAK ALL THE LINKS FOR MY WORK. I have these links in controlled documentation at work for product development. I can migrate all my content then update all the links over YEARS of work, but really?  Did NO ONE at Adobe consider this? Frankly I'm shocked

Hi,I am retraining for a new career and cannot upgrade or share links without asking an administrator or contacting IT according to the error messages.  Even though I have updated my email it keeps showing my old email address.  I do not currently have administrators nor IT.  How can I upgrade or share links?

Hello I have created a homepage with Adobe Portfolio and embedded a few elements that I created with Adobe Xd. Unfortunately, I always get a security warning when I click on a hyperlink from an Adobe Xd element. - Here is an litte example: https://xd.adobe.com/view/e6ad3271-9fad-4787-badd-27a554d92083-b3fe/ A few weeks ago everything worked fine and now I get this error message for all links.Does anyone know why and where I can turn this off? Many thanks and regardsSven

I've been utilizing Adobe XD for several months, but lately, I've been experiencing issues with the application crashing and abruptly closing during my work. I'm uncertain of the cause, and I'm seeking an explanation for this. To provide some context, my PC is equipped with Windows 10 64-bit OS, an i5 processor, and 4GB of RAM.

Why this problem has not been resolved after several updates to the program
