Adobe XD

Yesterday me and my colleague were collaborating on a same part of our project's UI and I noticed that she was changing correct paddings between text elements to incorrect one. When I asked why is she doing it, she answered that they were incorrect in the first place and she changed them to correct.We've made a through-out testing and found out, that Roboto font has different heights on PC vs Mac. Hi, When I want to do a quick user test and show my prototype via the Xd app on my phone, all the icons that I used from the Font Awesome library are not shown. They are shown as blocks. Is there something I can do about this? Regards,Rogier

Hello, why doesn't Adobe XD have a black theme in its software space like Photoshop? Why is this feature not added, it really bothers the eyes

I shared my mockup. Now I want to UN-share it so the people I invited can't use the link anymore.Apparently I'm the first person to EVER want to do this and it's a really stupid idea because there's NO information about how to do that. Oh but wait, there's a thread for this - people have been trying to delete links for YEARS, there just doesn't seem to be a way. How clever. What do I have to do, make a local copy, delete the one in my adobe cloud, and then unplug my internet and turn off the main breaker at my house?When I do what I think might delete the link, it shows ALL the files, not just ones I've shared links to. That tells me that when I click delete, I'll delete the actual file, not the link.When I use the link myself, the mockup has links to EVERY file in my adobe cloud. Do the people I've shared the one mockup with also see all my files now? By sharing from within the one Xd mockup I've been working on, did I just share every file I've ever created in any adobe software

I don't see the XD app in available for installing apps on CC. The solutions suggested here didn't work. @Joseph LabrecqueI used different accounts from work and even bought a personal plan; nothing helped.This problem has been going on for several days now.

hi,I lost 2 projects becaus of that because MY PORTFOLIO AND PRESENTATION WAS EXPORTED FROM PC XD and viewer were MAC USERS. I just now (after 3 weeks) informed that "your documents were broken" I've read 2 post about this. All Adobe team like this:1) please dont use Mac Preview. Use Adobe Acrobat (could you tell this to all PDF viewers. how old are you?)2) we could not reproduce your problem3) try to re place images4) (after a while, months ago) yeah we understand that this was an issue. We will update help document (what? and where is that document why non of you did not share that page that related to this issue)damn! 

I'm on Windows 11 with AdobeXD 57.1.12.2 and use FontBase 2.16.4 for font management.Also Using almost all of the Creative Clould apps.In Adobe XD almost all fonts installed with FontBase are marked like missing at first start. All other Adobe apps are working just great with those fonts, only XD not see them. The problem was present some time ago, then go away after updates and si present again form a month or so.Also since XD is not founding the fonts from the system try to activate them from Adobe fonts with a mixed up results. I mean they are activated in Adobe Fonts but XD see them only after restart.But this create a total mess since the fonts are present in the system and then in Adobe fonts too make them to be listed duplicated. For example Nunito font will be listed with 2 Bold entries. There is a kind of workaround by restarting Windows Font Cache services (there are 2) and the restarting Adobe XD. But the result is not working well. The fonts now are present in the list

Hi! I have the Enterprise Creative Cloud License. My XD frequently crashes or doesn't work at all on my company laptop, but works perfectly fine when I log in with the same ID on my personal laptop. I have tried all combinations for network and proxy, but the issue persists. Please help!

Hello, All options to install or browse plugins are no longer visible on the adobe XD interface, see inserted images. I've tried the following with no joy :1 Signed out of Adobe cloud and uninstalled Adobe XD 2 Restarted my machine3 Logged back in to Creative cloud 4 Reinstalled Adobe XD      I'm running is the latest version of Adobe XD version 47.0.22.9 / Cloud sync 4.21.1.1 on a MacOS Big Sur version 11.6 Anyone got any ideas ?  

Before the recent update, while in prototype mode, I used to be able to copy a prototype file, with its interactions, transitions and clickable animation and paste it into a new file and keep all these "hooks" to rework new ideas. Now it copy-pastes everything except transitions from one artboard to the next (time trigger). Please bring this back as it saved me a lot of work redoing already created experiences.   <The Title was renamed by moderator>

With the latest version of Adobe XD (38.0.12.13), modified date on XD files is changed to the date when file was opened.This is not the way modified date (timestamp) is supposed to work!Why would you apply this timestamping behavior - are you performing auto-saves?I do not want auto-save exactly because of this - I need to know when I last modified my files, because there is a lot of them.

I work with graphic designers who design their copy in XD, and then I import into After Effects to animate. Anytime they adjust the character spacing in XD, it seems like AE doesn't know how to translate that to kerning, because it just breaks up the word into a new layer. Any work arounds or plans to fix in an update? I keep getting called out for not following their designs, but it's because the XD isn't importing correctly, and as of now my only solve is to go into their XD and check the spacing between every single letter and then recreate in AE!

I have few graphics in my file that I can't see in the share mode

Hello, when I create a prototype and share it, I only share it to known email addresses. I do this for the design specs/handoff for developers.But since last week, the developers no longer see the prototype in their overview. Access is also denied via link. This happened with 2 new accounts, older accounts can still access the prototype.  I'm talking about free accounts for developers via browser so that they can just look at the prototypes. I need this function for work, without this function my team cannot work. Anyone else have this problem?Thank you.

I'm tying to mock up a dropdown/combo box. The dropdown is a component. It has a state for every available choice that drops down in its list. Its toggle state shows the list of choices. Each choice is a component within the dropdown component, with a default, hover, disabled, and possibly other states. When I hover on one of the available choices, I want the tap action to change the state of the *parent* dropdown to be the dropdown's state corresponding to the list choice that was just tapped. Like how a real dropdown works. It looks like with component states, a tap (or other action) can either a) change the state of that component; or b) link to another artboard. So if I have a dropdown with, say, 6 choices, I need to create a whole artboard for each possible choice (plus others as required for things like disabled, in-focus, mandatory AND optional states for every dropdown choice that needs both...it starts to add up when I'm trying to mock up a page with maybe a dozen dropdow

I am trying to show what happens when you click a container and it expands and shows content, but using the "Preserve scroll position" checkbox under the "Transition"  type does not seem to do anything. It still will take you to the top of the page every time. I can't find any documentation about this, so wondering why the checkbox is even there if it's not for Transition types? Has anyone been able to make the "preserve position on scroll" work for Transition actions between artboards or does it NOT work at all?
