Adobe XD

Hi,I want to add a sound to an interaction triggered by Gamepad.I tried to add two interactions on the same element (for Auto-Animate and Audio Playback) but only of them is processed.Do you know a workaround?

The text should be flush against the text box so that when design files are exported for development, the developer can get accurate padding values.   This is really problematic and almost defeats the purpose of the dev link if the values aren't measured from the edge of the text.   The text is flush against the text box in photoshop, why not XD?   We're in a space where we have to do two iterations of the layout.  1) Design to the edge of the text so that we know what it should look like. 2)Before handing over, shift all copy blocks so that the dev link values exported, state what it should be despite it being optically incorrect. - very confusing for the developer   It's adding so much time to the process and isn't sustainable especially when it comes to designing detailed, text-heavy components    <The Title was renamed by moderator>    

Hi,We have a number of shared XD libraries in our design team which I have been added to. When I accept the invitation to join a shared libraries, it becomes visible on the Web but not in the Creative Cloud app or within XD. I have reinstalled XD several times and also reinstalled Creative Cloud app but I keep getting the same issue with libraries not syncing and even if they eventually do the libraries are still not accessible in XD.I’m using a MacBook pro and the OS is macOS Monterey 12.1   Thanks for your help   {Renamed By MOD}

Middle mouse panning in Adobe XD has always been the standard way I move about the canvas. In the latest version of XD this has suddenly stopped working. It hasnt been replaced with a new function, just all of sudden it does nothing, and I'm having to use SPACE and left button to pan. Sounds like I'm nitpicking, but honestly the muscle memory is so strong with this action, it's really slowing down my work. Any ideas why this has been removed? will it be coming back?

When sharing and creating a link it gets to 100% and then this error pops up in its place and I cant generate a Shared link. What does this mean. I can't seem to find any answeres. Thanks in advance. 

there is a problem with exporting resources

XD is certainly garbage. I spent so much time getting an app design down. Save for one menu that, unlike all of the rest of them, won't stay associated with the artboard it's supposed to be on..... it's a CLONE of all of the others that WORK JUST FINE and yet the menu refuses to become part of this particular one. Amd even more enfuriating than that..... is that all the work is completely useless since it can't export to anything useful. The only 2 plugins to export to HTML, one is absolutely amateur and the other is blatant false advertising as they say "48 hours of free use to export from Adobe XD to HTML5" but when you download it, and try to use it, it says "This feature is reserved for our PREMIUM users" .... Adobe has, yet again, wasted days of my time with absolute garbage. Bring back something useful to develop apps with, wtf was wrong with Flash creator anyways? At least it did something useful. Way water down all of your products and leave gaps where actual use would be.

My Adobe XD app on MacOS Ventura 13.4 keeps draining my CPU (MacOS shows high energy consumption) even when it is minimized. When I want to close the application, it freezes and continues to drain the CPU. I have to force quit XD to get to the normal.I tried the Creative Cloud Cleaner tool, restarted the computer many times, but nothing helped. I am attaching the console log and crash dump for investigation. Please help. Peter

Hi. My instance of XD on MacOS Ventura 13.1 is keeps draining my CPU even when it is minimized and when I want to quit it, it freezes and continues to drain the CPU. can not drag and drop images from file explorer or browser. (jpgs, svgs, pngs, nothing) into an artboard. This is a big pain point as I have to set all my images individually and it takes a lot of time I don't have. (Ie. I would like to drag multiple images into a repeat grid and have them populate shapes)

Has anyone found a plugin for XD that automates redlining the designs with specs, measurements, style guides, etc? Thanks

Cheguei na parte de Adobe nesse processo de estudos e infelizmente não estou conseguindo baixar a versão " Free " que o meu curso disponibiliza. Notei que o site se encontra em manutenção, talvez deva ser por isso... Yesterday me and my colleague were collaborating on a same part of our project's UI and I noticed that she was changing correct paddings between text elements to incorrect one. When I asked why is she doing it, she answered that they were incorrect in the first place and she changed them to correct.We've made a through-out testing and found out, that Roboto font has different heights on PC vs Mac. Hi, When I want to do a quick user test and show my prototype via the Xd app on my phone, all the icons that I used from the Font Awesome library are not shown. They are shown as blocks. Is there something I can do about this? Regards,Rogier

Hello, why doesn't Adobe XD have a black theme in its software space like Photoshop? Why is this feature not added, it really bothers the eyes

I shared my mockup. Now I want to UN-share it so the people I invited can't use the link anymore.Apparently I'm the first person to EVER want to do this and it's a really stupid idea because there's NO information about how to do that. Oh but wait, there's a thread for this - people have been trying to delete links for YEARS, there just doesn't seem to be a way. How clever. What do I have to do, make a local copy, delete the one in my adobe cloud, and then unplug my internet and turn off the main breaker at my house?When I do what I think might delete the link, it shows ALL the files, not just ones I've shared links to. That tells me that when I click delete, I'll delete the actual file, not the link.When I use the link myself, the mockup has links to EVERY file in my adobe cloud. Do the people I've shared the one mockup with also see all my files now? By sharing from within the one Xd mockup I've been working on, did I just share every file I've ever created in any adobe software

I don't see the XD app in available for installing apps on CC. The solutions suggested here didn't work. @Joseph LabrecqueI used different accounts from work and even bought a personal plan; nothing helped.This problem has been going on for several days now.

hi,I lost 2 projects becaus of that because MY PORTFOLIO AND PRESENTATION WAS EXPORTED FROM PC XD and viewer were MAC USERS. I just now (after 3 weeks) informed that "your documents were broken" I've read 2 post about this. All Adobe team like this:1) please dont use Mac Preview. Use Adobe Acrobat (could you tell this to all PDF viewers. how old are you?)2) we could not reproduce your problem3) try to re place images4) (after a while, months ago) yeah we understand that this was an issue. We will update help document (what? and where is that document why non of you did not share that page that related to this issue)damn! 

I'm on Windows 11 with AdobeXD 57.1.12.2 and use FontBase 2.16.4 for font management.Also Using almost all of the Creative Clould apps.In Adobe XD almost all fonts installed with FontBase are marked like missing at first start. All other Adobe apps are working just great with those fonts, only XD not see them. The problem was present some time ago, then go away after updates and si present again form a month or so.Also since XD is not founding the fonts from the system try to activate them from Adobe fonts with a mixed up results. I mean they are activated in Adobe Fonts but XD see them only after restart.But this create a total mess since the fonts are present in the system and then in Adobe fonts too make them to be listed duplicated. For example Nunito font will be listed with 2 Bold entries. There is a kind of workaround by restarting Windows Font Cache services (there are 2) and the restarting Adobe XD. But the result is not working well. The fonts now are present in the list

Hi! I have the Enterprise Creative Cloud License. My XD frequently crashes or doesn't work at all on my company laptop, but works perfectly fine when I log in with the same ID on my personal laptop. I have tried all combinations for network and proxy, but the issue persists. Please help!
