Hello Adobe Support Community,Myself and my team are encountering an issue related to published links. While the links are created and published successfully, when we provide access to someone, they encounter difficulties in accessing them. They receive an error message, a screenshot of which is attached for reference. We have reviewed our process and ensured that the links are correctly generated and shared. However, the issue persists.Could you please provide guidance or steps to troubleshoot and resolve this issue?Thank you in advance for your assistance.
Today (October 4, 2023) at around 11:55 AM pacific time, there was an update to the Adobe CC desktop app on my computer. This update was focably pushed (I didn't get a choice or a warning). As a result, I was logged out of CC, which had the cascading effect of closing the XD app, along with all the files I had open at the time. When I logged back into CC and then re-opened XD, I discovered that none of the files I had open at the time of the crash will open again. When I try, the progress bar gets to about the 75% mark and then stalls forever. I tried logging into CC online to access the file. Unfortunately, I cannot open any version of the file, and I mean ANY version, going all the way back to the oldest available version in the history. Quitting and relauncing the CC app and the XD app did not fix the issue. I tried logging onto a different computer to open the files and was equally unsuccessful. I'm stuck with the original library I created because it doesn't let me edit it even though I'm the owner and I haven't shared it with anybody else, I'm confused, I have the latest update of Adobe XD, does anybody know what I should do? Thank you!

Hello, I used the "Hide" command to hide an element from the Object menu, how to I get the element to reappear? There should be a "Show All" ala AI. The Show All in the File menu doesn't work. I looked in the Layers but can't find it there either. It is an image imported from AI. TIA <Title renamed by moderator>
Hello, sir or madam, I will download Adobe XD. But can't download it, You have gone through maintenance. When will it end?
How do I remove a shared link? I've deleted them in the cloud, but they are still there in the file. When I go to share several pages, it won't let me share the page that has been already shared. The only work around I found was to duplicate that page, which is obviously tedious and will eventually cause problems.
I tried a couple of methods to get my files into Figma from Adobe, but they were not successful, and the results are buggy, especially with bigger projects. It would be great if the two teams could get together and provide a way to move over to Figma easily.
Hello I am using Adobe XD in a team , we have 3 licenses and shared libraries and files between the 3. But the shared resources dissappear from my cloud occasionally and then they are again available. Tried to fix this with reinstall on XD. changing the ownership of the files, restarting the XD. Even if I am the owner I don't see any asset, library or file available. For some reason even if I try to access something shared with me, I have a button Get Adobe XD. The cloud does not show it as an installed app , but it is.Not sure how they even come back to be available. Does anyone face the same issue? What are the possible fixes?Thank you!
I have searched other similar posts but was not exactly clear. I have a component state of a Date flied dropdown labeled "From". I want to duplicate it with a "To" label. Instead of working as it should it loses all its states/behaviors. I really do not want to do all of it again. I tried the reccommended alternatives form other posts but I cannot get it to work. FYI: My company is blocking Dropbox so I cannot post the XD file.
Having an issue where the colors i'm exporting and publishing to web look washed out and flat compared with what I'm seeing the XD application. This is part of a project I've been on for a few months and it seems the issue has started recently. The issue doesn't seem to be monitor calibration- any suggestions?
I changed the organization I work for and the old projects on XD disappeared. Is there a way to retrieve them? They are on the same email

Hi, a colleague took over a project for a few weeks and I've jumped back on it again to find issues with XD freezing/crashing. FYI, he's using XD on Windows 11, I'm on Mac OS Ventura 13.4.1 (c). A random app without an icon graphic called 'mxredirect' loads in my Mac OS dock when XD crashes/freezes. I haven't updated theOS or XD itself since I've been away, anyone else experiencing this?
Hi,Breach Of Trust issue.I noticed Adobe XD is the only Adobe Creative Suite app that is not in the windows folder: Its in WindowsApps Folder based on the shortcut and even as Administrator you can't open the folder. I just uninstalled XD and am reinstalling it knowing that theres a bigger problem.
Is there any way to make square grids visible on developer view? That is something really needed. We can already view the layout grid but for the game development the square grid is commonly used one and it is missing. I have tried to export the grid as png and placed above all the layers. But now i cant hover over other elements. Would be awesome to see this feature in the software soon. And if there is any other method to make it work would be so appreciated if you share with me.
Last week, exporting XD artboards to PDF suddenly stopped working. The day before, I could export, and then suddenly I started to get an error message that just says "There was a problem exporting your asset" with a link to a generic troubleshooting page. The designer who created the files can export without an issue, and I seem to have edit access on the file. Something is just preventing me from exporting.I've updated my OS and XD. I've restarted the program and my computer. I've logged out of my account and logged back in. The only thing I haven't done is reinstall the software. The only other thing that I can think of that's unique about these files is that we use a custom company font, which has caused other types of issues in the past, but I don't see any indication that's at play in this case. Any advice?
Hi,I recently had a bug : In a website prototype, most of my photos (not all of them) were flipped upside down when I exported as PDF my project.When I export as PNG it's all perfectly fine but I want to be able to export as PDF without this problem 😕😕Is anyone having this problem ? Is there a solution or is this a new -not well know- bug ?Thanks for your help -Jeremy !
Hello!I am relatively new to using Adobe XD. I am currently working on creating animations for my prototype, and everything seems to be going well until I scroll down the page in view mode. Some of the objects are supposed to animate, but I don't understand what I am doing wrong. You can see an example here, where some of the images and text are auto-animating. What I would like is for some of the objects lower on the page to do the same. I am following the same process I used for the previous animations, but it doesn't seem to be working. I am export few PNG images from XD, but the exported PNG images are very low quality. whereas the images I used in my designs are high resolution and very good, but when I export it looks blurry or fuzzy.Anyone know why?
Hi, We were expecting to have access to Adobe XD when we registered to CC. It's still part the the list that is promised with the package we signed up to. Unfortunately there's no downloadable XD in sight.I understand that Adobe purchased Figma but that's a whole other package subscription that doesn't have anything to do with Adobe.Please tell me how to access Adobe XD (or Figma through my CC acccount).

It seems like they are sunsetting XD.With regards to existing designs, is their any way to port it over to Figma?
Try the following solutions in the order in which they are listed: Please try the steps mentioed in this article: https://helpx.adobe.com/xd/kb/cannot-verify-subscription-xd.html. If that doesn't help, then try the below steps. Start the Credential Manager Service: Remove Web Credentials. See this article from Microsoft https://support.microsoft.com/en-ca/help/4026814/windows-accessing-credential-manager for more info. Disconnect VPN and retry Switch to a different network and retry Or, You may try the below steps- Click Start Button and Type "Windows Update" Now either click "Check for Updates' or click on one of the options "Important" or "Optional". This will open a window, " Select Updates to Install". In Optional Updates, Find update KBXXXXXX (Depending on the latest update) and check it. You can uncheck all other updates from Important and Optional list as that will make the process faste
