Adobe XD

Hallo,  I'm trying to install Adobe XD in my second old(er) Mac but I cannot see the App to download in Creative Cloud. I know that Creative Cloud don't show the Apps if the system doesn't have the requirements but my old iMac (late 2012) has them: - Operating system : Catalina macOS Catalina 10.15.7 - Display (21,5 inches)- RAM: 8 GB Any Idea? I need help. Mauro   

Can you transfer work from XD on one creative cloud to another, even though one accpunt has been activated? Do Adobe keep back ups of working XD files from user accounts?

I have taken the Coursera's Google UX course for which I was supposed to get a 9 month access to adobe XD as reward. When I try to redeem it, I get a message saying "The code has already been redeemed", though I have not.  I have asked coursera support team regarding it, but they have directed me to approach the adobe team to get it resolved. I kindly request the adobe team to resolve this issue. It's been quite a few months since I am trying to get my hands on it.  Hope to get the issue resolved. Thanks!

Hey! I'm not able to download adobe xd on my windows 10 version 22h2. 

I'm having a problem using XD- which is becoming more and more common these days. I started designing a responsive website back in June 1 and now I  am approaching the finish line, the only problem is that XD for some reason didn't sync the file since June 22 therefore I must now need to redo all work which is very exhausting considering how I am going to design for different screen sizes(3). I tolerated XD till now but this is my limit. I shouldn't have started the project with it , should have used figma instead. Plus, the customer help support is very poor. You guys don't do much than apologising and telling that "this feature is not available in XD yet". When I tried to save it as local document I cant open it saying error 86: it is not valid document or something. Is there a way I can continue from where I left off without needing to start all over? If there is no way I will never use the app and will give it bad recommendation to other people as well. When I tried to publish

I recently moved from Windows (where I had Adobe XD) to a Macbook, and there is no way for me to download Adobe XD. When I search for it on Creative Cloud, it doesn't even exist, and when I somehow find it through links on internet, it says "Your country doesn't support this purchase". I tried creating new accounts with country set as United States and using VPN but nothing works. In the past it was so easy where I could just download it from Adobe website for free, now it is literally impossible.I really need Adobe XD immediately because I have important work projects there. Please find me a solution ASAP.

My Adobe XD is much slower than it was just days before. I'm not sure if it's because I just started using Adobe AE, and I'm looking to find out how I can bring it back to the speed it was before.

Recently I reccognized a dramatic increase between running XD on my computer and not. As long as XD is running the windows are slow in animation and reacting delayed on mouse action. As soon I close XD everything goes normal. It also seems to getting worse the longer XD is running.

Is anyone facing sync issues and creative cloud disconnection?Every now and then, XD just freezes and cannot even change text or anything else for a good 2-3 minutes.Every alternate day, the creative cloud is "disconnected".Frustrating experience to repair cloud clients every single time.What's the point of subscribing?   <Title renamed by moderator>

Hello, After the latest Adobe XD (version 57.1.12.2 x 64), all the artboard went black, and content is missing (see screenshot) I tried the following steps, and nothing worked! Quitting all Adobe related Apps using Activity MonitorReinstalling XD Restarting the computerTried to open directly from Creative CloudLogged out and in iCloud I really need to get my work back, I have done a lot of work, and I have a short deadline.I am in desperate need of assistance. I am able to select components, text etc, but cannot modify anything.This is so frustrating, every other time XD sort of freezes and I am not able to type, copy/paste text.I see many other users complaining with the exact same issues.Creative Cloud sync issues twice every week. What's the use of paying for such a broken app.

Answer: because my computer does not meet the requirements.The real problem is that it took me 4 days to get this information. you could put the download button in a description instead of hiding it.When I took a look at the support section, I came across a lot of people encountering this problem. then that means the problem isn't with these people, it's with the adobe.

I have Creative Cloud All Apps but Adobe XD is not showing in the apps tab and i'm unable to download it.

There is an issue I just came across; I want to move my design from Adobe XD to a HTML format for my developers on a small project and I simply can’t do this directly through any Adobe products. Why not?I don’t mean why not as in there is no path to do this, I mean why not as in why isn’t this a click-click-click solution like every other Adobe product out there?Hear me out, I can take an Illustrator file into Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere, and InDesign, and sometimes vice versa. But I can’t export my XD project to Dreamweaver or another Adobe application. I can view that same XD project in my browser working somewhat in the HTML DOM. I work alone, dont share files with anyone, have just one computer. Yet I keep getting a notification every few minutes that there is a conflict and a new copy has been generated. This is really annoying, can anyone help me?

Been trying for several weeks but still haven't managed to download adobe xd free version. I'm a new user so I'm not sure if it has anything to do with being able to download it but on creative cloud (web and desktop) it doesn't show up and is there anything requirements to downloading one? Hello, Upon completion of the 1st course of the Google UX design Certificate, Coursera rewarded me with a 9-month long free subscription to Adobe XD. However, on trying to download, the app Adobe XD says 'Does not work on this device'. I work on macOS 10.14.6. Could you tell me why? Thanks,Eram

My XD [Mac] exports SVG files that have content missing due to odd cropping of the content. Any idea why this might be happening?

This happens after I updated my XD. Every time I open an XD file that was created before the software update, I try to update the Character Styles (e.g. change font) and they won't update. For example, I try to change h1-white from Roboto to Montserrat. I can make the font change when the Edit window is open, But when I close the Edit window, the font style changes back to Roboto and all the changes I make are gone.This also happens with Components. Oftentimes I try to update the parent component but the child components won't update. This has happened a lot with XD files that were created before the software update. This is obviously a bug. It's very frustrating. Please fix it.

As I was building a scrollable list composed by accordions I noticed that stacks ignore component state changes.Use case- Scroll group-- Stack group (Vertical 2px distance)--- Component 1 (Default state) Closed accordion--- Component 2 (Default state) Closed accordion--- Component 3 (Default state) Closed accordionThe situation above is the default view of the Scroll group. I have set "Open states" triggered by "Tap" to each of the Components and the accordions expand to display items inside them like this:--- Component 1 (Open state) Open accordion---- Option 1---- Option 2---- Option 3I was expecting that the remaining components (Component 2 and 3) would be pushed down with the new state change from (Component 1 vertical growth) and respect the 2px distance set by the stack group, instead they get covered and remain their original position.I have been trying to figure a work around but without success, I am not sure if I am doing something incorrectly or if this is a known issue.Tha
