Adobe XD

why XD doesn't have auto animation option for Components Like other platforms we can animate a component and use in the artboard the componenet auto animates without any interaction.

Bonjour,depuis ce matin je n'ai plus accès à un fichier en particulier qui présente une erreur 86 suivi du message "Document XD invalide". Pourtant il fonctionnait parfaitement hier et les autres fichiers manipulés hier fonctionnent en dehors de lui. je suis sur Windows 10,je suis sur la version 57.0.12 du logiciel et j'ai testé la 55.0.12 et la 56.1.12,j'ai tenté de désintaller Creative Cloud et de réinstaller,le fichier est stocké sur un Google Drivemon collègue ne peut pas l'ouvrir non plus Merci beaucoup.

My team and I have been getting a message when we first open our files that we have a component in our shared library with more than 20,000 layers. This component that's called out has nowhere near that amount of layers, however. It has a little over 100 layers including all of the vector icons and masks. 

I'm going to rant for a moment, so please just indulge me. So I am working through the XD portion of the Coursera Google UX/UI course and I went to work on my assignment today only to find that it says my XD trial has expired and  evidently, XD is no longer available to use as a single app, and it doens't even appear to be part of the all app plan anymore either. Fortunately there is a plugin to transfer the file over to Figma, but it looks like I am going to have to rebuild every component and interactive element and  redo every prototype connection. That's such a gut punch, as the project was about 99% complete and all I had to do was clean up a few elements. Everything I've read about Adobe supporting existing users appears to be rubbish. End rant.

Hi, I'm having problems with testing a prototype on my phone. It seems that the app I made is working properly on my Mac laptop. However, when I test it on my phone, some buttons are not functioning. Do you know what the problem might be?

To correctly use the animate feature you sometimes need to drag objects off screen. However when I do this they automatically get transfered to the pasteboard. I need them to stay on the original artboard, is there a way around this? It was working a couple hours ago, I must have hit a hot key.

Maybe you can help me. I trying to do like an accordian drop down menu. I have three sections: 1-3 have been successful to go to the next page, after the drop down. I have create an arrow to go back to the main menu. However, when I click on the 2nd row and the 3rd row to make sure the page and forth on the main menu is smooth (before going to the next page), The drop down for the second row does not come down and would jump to the next page for the 1st section. Can you tell me what I am doing wrong? This is a project for a client.

i can't find or see adobe xd in the list of app and i cant install it on macos ventura.

Hi,I keep on creating accidental new Flows when trying to simply move my artobards, especially when zoomed out. That's becuase of the Share icon that appears on top of the artobards which is much bigger than the ellipses (or artboard name) that I'm trying to grab.So what can I do to remove the accidental flow?Cmd+Z somehow didn't always work, so I went in to check in the Share mode panel that you are inadverently taken to. There you can only Manage flows which takes you to the browser with all your Adobe links etc. You can delete the links from there but the Flows remain in your file.OK, so since I've found out that you can delete Flows by going into Prototype mode and untoggling the home of the flow.My point is, if there was a logical step to remove or undo the Flow in the panels that you are taken to then perhaps I wouldn't have found this so frustrating. Hello all, is there a way to export all assets at once? It's totally unproductive to export all assets from a large project one at a time. I can't see the XD added value here: I create a large prototype and then... what? Do I need to spend lots of (other) time exporting all assets for the Devs? Hello everyone,   I am currently trying  to build an accordion menu. Here I have two problems:   1. Problem: Below the accordion menu is text. As soon as I open an accordion item and the accordion menu grows, it overlays the text that is placed below the accordion menu. How can I make it that the text below the accordion moves with it instead of overlaying?   2. Problem:  An accordion consists of different items. These items are divided into 'header' and 'content' (which is visible or invisible for the User depending on the interaction). Now I want to implement a switch in my header element so the User can click on the header once to expand and collapse the content and additionally he has the possibility to make settings with the help of the switch to approve or reject the content. Here I always have the problems that the switch does not work  properly, but sometimes also reacts to the fade in and out of the content. I already have chosen different intera

I updated to v57 and sinds then updating or creating links takes very long. I started with a big file and it took 30 min instead of almost 1 minute. After experementing I realised that it doesn't matter how big the file is it is always slow.A file with one small page it still takes almost 10 minutes.  How do I fix this?Thank you for your help!Maxim

I have a source document with all my colours and character styles, which is linked to my current working document. I also copied a few elements and pages from the source document, in order to edit those for a new part of the design. Which means that all the elements and fonts should be correctly linked together, but when I right click on the font in the document, it does not recognize that that font already exist in the linked character styles.So, clicking on a font in character styles works fine, but the information somehow gets lost on the way from the font in the document, to recognize it in the character styles.This means I can not double check if everything is in order, unles I have to do select and edit all the pages and texts manually, which is too much work.

Hallo zusammen,immer wenn ich einen Freigabelink für meinen Prototypen erstellen möchte, verarbeitet Xd das Ganze extrem lange bis zu 99% und dann erhalte ich eine Fehlermeldung mit dem Code 44:74. Ich kann nicht eindeutig nachvollziehen was das Problem ist und die Lösungsvorschläge funktionieren entweder nicht oder sind unpraktiabel (Frames löschen etc. kann ich nicht machen). Gibt es jemand der schon mal das gleiche Problem hatte und es beheben konnte? Es ist auch egal ob die Xd-Datei in der Cloud ist oder lokal auf dem Rechner, es geht beides mal nicht.Danke im Voraus 🙂

Hallo liebe Community,ich habe das Problem, dass Texte, die ich innerhalb eines PDF aus XD exportiere nicht korrekt angezeigt werden, wenn ich sie per copy & paste weiterverwende, da sie dann spiegelverkehrt angezeigt werden.Wenn ich das PDF nur öffne passt alles, es geht lediglich um das copy & pasten, bei dem der Text dann spiegelverkehrt ist.Weiß jemand, woran das liegt und wie ich das beheben kann? Danke 🙂

In some XD files, when I try to update share links, I get the error "You're disconnected. Check your internet connection and try again". But I have internet connection an I can update other files. Usually, file links stop updating when I add too many prototyping interations. Hello there, today I wanted to activate a new font, but it didn't show up in Xd, but in all other Adobe Applications I have installed it worked fine. Previously activated fonts were still available. After some troubleshooting I tried to de- and reactivate the Adobe Fonts service in the Creative Cloud App, but after that ALL my Adobe Fonts went missing in Xd. Other applications still work fine though. Did anyone have a similiar issue and can help? Any advice is appreciated. OS: Windows 10Xd version: 57.0.12.14Creative Cloud synchronisation: 6.5.3.1

Hey, I currently work on a project that contains 2 sides ( Dashboard and Landing Page ) and 2 platforms ( Web and Mobile ), so I find a lack in Adobe XD and that is the limited Canvas Area ( Work Space ), think about it, you have more than 400 web FHD artboard and +400 Mobile size artboard! you will definitely stuck because of the limited canvas area. Please extend it as unlimited in the next update 🙂 Thanks.

Hello I hope i explain this correctly but i have a button component that will be called Smart Text.When the user clicks on the button I want it to open a window to the top right that will give them options for the smart text. when the window is open I still want users to be able to click around and use other features for example still be able to type on the contract etc.. Smart text Screenshot Screenshot of Smart Field Window   1st I tried to create a button that links to a overlay canvas but the problem with this method is when you click the button and it opens the overlay window only that window scrolls (I'm sure there is a way to fix this) and THE MAJOR PROBLEM is you cant click anywhere else outside of the window and if you do it closes that window.  https://xd.adobe.com/view/d196de0d-7420-4262-9c08-51a370a60173-84c5/  2nd I tried to put the right Smart Field window inside the Smart Field Button and have the layer turned on using "Default States"

While closing the document, I forgot to save my document. The version that I use is latest and still I am asked to save everytime I close the document. I did not find the auto save feature as well. Is there any chance that I can recover my document? And, can you please suggest how can I autosave for the next time.P.S. The version that I use for my XD is 33.1.12.4. I would really appreciate an early response. Thank you.
