Adobe XD

Hi. I have a simple mobile site with a slide in map, when the user clicks a button within the content of the page. The map is on a seperate artboard ready to animate and slide in with a close button to return to the page. When I share a preview link, I don't want to show the Page with the map on it's own, is this possible ? If I include only the pages(hope that makesense). lister

I'd like to configure the mobile app to respond to alternative tap configuration to access the Menu.  It seems the default is '3 finger tap'.  When the user is tapping thru screens quickly it sometimes confuses the app and brings up the menu. Can anyone suggest how to change this option to say 3 finger double tap or other?Thank you!

Open a XD file, pinch zoom on trackpad works fine, open a second XD document and Pinch zoom disables.  It also disables pinch zoom / rotate on every other opened app or any app you open after.  Must restart computer but issue repeats after opening a second XD file

Hi, does someone has any issues to download adobe Xd?I can not be able to find the app. Any help or advice?

Hiunable to see the menu tab on my windows.Any solution to that I did check some forums and youtube solution but did not work.

I have a problem in one of my projects. With one screen... I can't move it, delete it or resize it, so basically can do nothing. I can modify on-screen elements, but not the screen itself. Has anyone dealt with such issue? The only solution I could find is to duplicate design file, but then i need to recreate the links and it's a bit bureaucratic, cause I have to then place new links in the project documentation...

Is Adobe XD still able to open Sketch files? I'm on macOS and I cannot select any .sketch file in the Open window of Adobe XD. If I do force a .sketch file to open in XD (using Cmd-Alt-drag), I get this message: The document “....sketch” could not be opened. XD cannot open files in the “Sketch image” format. I use the latest versions of macOS (11.3), XD (39.0.12.12) and Sketch (71.2).

Hello, as a new customer I cant download and buy a license for Adobe XD anymore? And another question - as a customer with existing license for Adobe XD, but license will expire in two months - will it be still possible to buy another license for another year? Thank you

This happens after several minutes of work. Suddenly the "Paste" option stops working within a document, between 2 open instances, or from outside of XD into a document.XD uninstalled and reinstalled to the latest version.It started happing a few months ago.I run 2 different CC accounts on a single PC using 2 windows users.This occurs only on one of the accounts.Windows 10 Pro,  build 19044.1526

Hello Adobe XD team and community, I've been collaboratively working with an Adobe XD file with my team so some months.Unfortunately I'm now hindered by the inspector panel not allowing me to see or adjust the top attributes for size and position or even a way to change/adjust font. All I see and have access to is:Appearance, Opacity, Blend Modes, Fill and BorderEffects, Inner Shadow, Drop Shadow, Background Blur and Mark for Export Is anyone else running into this issue? I'm using a PC and my Adobe XD is up to date using version 56.1.12 Any help will be greatly appreciated.  Thank you! 

I downloaded the latest version of Adobe  XD from the creative cloud desktop. I click to open the application, but it doenst start it get only the first page all white and XD's logo in  the middle. I restarted my lap top three times and the app still not initializanting. my laotop : windows 10, 64 bits, 8GB RAM, SSD crucial - 240 GB Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-4210U CPU @ 1.70GHz 1.70 GHz   <Title renamed by moderator>  

Hi everybody! I'm working in a very complex project that had lots of documents. I'm currently liaising with the developers by sharing links to these documents (dev mode). Whenever there's a design change, I try to cimunicate to them, but they fear they are loosing track of changes. I know how to store, view and restore previous versions of a document on my side (from the file and from file info), but I'm not aware of a similar functionality for shared links that have been published and updated many times. In a nutshell, the developers would like to access the previous states of a shared link just to check what has changed after every design itiration. (https://xd.adobe.com/view/70a3f833-e007. ..). Is it available somewhare? If not, are there other suggestion of approaches to mitigate this issue? Thanks a lot!

Hello! first of all i want to say that i'm from Argentina so i don't expect that my english is good, now what i want to ask for is that when i click on "get on adobe xd" it says that my PC don't have the minimal requirements but it's not true, somebody can help me ?My PC:-AMD fx 8330(3.5 ghz)-Ram: 8gb-Graphics: Amd RADEON 550 (2 gb)Thanks a lot !

 

When going through presentation mode, if a user clicks a component that doesn't have an interraction attached to it, it will take the user to the next screen in the flow instead of just doing nothing (like I  want it to do) Is there a way to disable this?

Durante un día entero he buscado la manera de que pueda funcionar el Adobe XD. Lo he desinstalado y reinstalado, he reiniciado la laptop, he desconectado el internet, he cerrado todas las actividades en segundo plano... Nada. Adobe XD permanece en su pantalla en blanco, mostrando el logo, y no avanza a ningún lugar. ¿Qué me recomendarían hacer en esta situación?¡Espero su valiosa ayuda!

I have encountered a problem with png files that contain transparency. The quality of PNG files that the developer downloads significantly differs from the quality of PNG files that are in the XD application. The files exported from the application also look good. The problem arises when sharing the development link. The files when downloaded from such a link seem to have anti-aliasing disabled and have a black border around the objects. It seems to me that the problem lies on the side of the server hosting the assets? Are the files there additionally compressed? This is a brand new problem for a few days, I have not seen such errors before.

Not able to make the ruler plugin work on XD, software constantly crashing.

I am having trouble getting an XD file into Illustrator as a layered file. I know you can export all the individual elements as PNGs and SVGs. What I am looking for is a way to get the entire design into Illustrator with each of the separate elements as layers. Hello, I have a bug in Adobe XD + George font (Envato Elements), fonts weights seem to not apply correctly. Some font weights in this font work fine. But Light, light italic, regular, semi-bold, semi-bold italic are all the same. Normal italic, bold & bold italic works fine.. I've added a video to reproduce this, if someone at Adobe who tries to troubleshoot this needs the font please DM me. I'm on Windows 10 1903 & Adobe XD 26.0.22. I tested this on a friends Windows PC and it is the same, haven't tested on a mac yet (don't have a mac laying around :P). It seems like there are many more bugs on the Windows version, maybe there has to go more budget to bugfixing on Windows? When the file is large for example input fields are getting buggy, the program freezes & since the latest update export doesn't always work... Please go and test your software on Windows because I don't pay so much to have such a bad experience on Windows... Thanks in advance,Rem

안녕하세요 맥과 윈도우환경을 다 고민해야하는 작업환경인데요폰트 사용시 윈도우와 맥간에 1px차이가 동일한 파일인데도 불구하고 다르게 보입니다. 해당현상을 해결하기위해서는 폰트에따른 조치가 필요할꺼같습니다.기존 폰트 사용은 어도비 폰트가 아닌, 설치해서 사용하는 폰트를 사용했습니다. 윈도우와 맥간의 호환성이 높아진다면, 디자이너들이 더 환호하고 열광할꺼같습니다.비슷한 현상을 겪거나 조치하신 분이 있거나 조치가 가능하신 분들 모두모두 답글 기다리겠습니다!

A designer has shared a few files with me in Adobe Cloud. I no longer need to see them. How can I remove these files from the "Shared with you" folder without asking the designer to do this for me?I have a starter plan. While these old files are shared with me I can not open any new files.
