Adobe XD

I use libraries and plugins allot, and although there are shortcuts to instantly go to the library or layers panel, I find it a UI nightmare that the icons for layers/library and plugins are at the bottom of the side-toolbar. I have A large screen 32inch 4k (2560x1440). And as I am not a savage, I like to design at fullscreen, which makes the problem even worse. I have both the new and suggested situation attached to show what I mean. I think this will greatly increase the user experience for people that use a pen or mouse more than keyboard shortcuts.  

Hello there,  I have a question regarding  Screens map creation. Recently I moved from Figma to Adobe XD. The question is: How can I create Screens maps? I need to show the interaction between screens for developers. Is there some plugin or so to do that? (I know about Clikackable Prototype, but it's different). I've attached a screenshot to show what I'm going to create. The main point is that the interaction/arrows should be draggable and stickable.Thank you,Inna 

I'm linking couple artboards and for some of them I can use the "Push up"/"Push down" animation (using tap trigger, transition action) and for others, the animation options are disabled.   I noticed that when the artboards have differente sizes, the list gets disabled, but this is not the case: both artboards have the same size.   What variables can disabled the animation list?   <The Title was renamed by moderator>

Hi, I am working on a project which has 53 assets (icons, colors, fonts and etc), but when I export it to the development link it shows just a few components (7). I tried to restart the Adobe XD, tried to clean my cookies, tried to export it again and nothing is working. I attached the screenshots.         {Title Renamed by MOD}

Hi, when I lauch Adobe XD, I don't see anymore all my files and folders (on the cloud). I can only see the "recents" one (maybe local one).I can see my onlin files on assets.adobe.com, but when I try to open it, I have an error 87.Could you help me please?Thanks a lot,CarolineMac OS 10.14.5Adobe XD 45.1.62.3 x64

I'm having some serious issues when previewing mobile web prototypes on iPhones. I've been in discussions with Adobe Support about this, but I wonder if I'm the only one experiencing the issue. Would love some help from the community. If this really is an issue, I can't believe it has taken so long to get fixed as it's such a basic interaction (prototyping a scrolling page for mobile web). Here's a link to my simple prototype for demonstration. For reference, this was created on both a Mac and a Windows machine running the latest versions of XD (v28.9.12.2 Mac and Windows). Make sure you open this link on an iPhone (Chrome or Safari): https://xd.adobe.com/view/c3d3d54f-eafe-4634-615b-3b83d5d5108f-b5e2/ This artboard is a simple 320 width artboard that you have to scroll to view its contents. Open the above link on an iPhone (problem doesn't seem to exist on Android). The scrolling behavior is erratic and jumps right to the bottom of the mobile web page as you scroll

it has been said all over the Internet in feature requests and here too - we really need colour management or at least a non-wacky behaviour of XD regarding colour.We're working with XD since Day1, love it and use it way beyond what it is officially meant for... essential tool, more open every day than photoshop and illustrator togehter. Yet, exporting artboards is a mess in terms of colour, it's always wrong, never accurate, even when you testdrice concrete HEX values and export as png, reopen in PS to check, never correct.We're super unhappy as this means a lot of work and in some cases renders using XD useless.All the great things about this great tool vanish with this, when you can't even do a quick static banner for a client as corporate colours will not be correct....What are the plans here?On top, since a few versions, exporting x1 results in blurry drawings and sluggish type.P.s. I have tried several times to install Adobe XD in my 2017 MacBook Pro, which with a version of a new updated OS system in it. Can anyone help me to solve my issue here?I will appreciate the assist.

Hello,Sorry if this isn't the right place to post this, but i'm not able to open a support ticket.I would like to install and use Adobe XD without beeing connected to the internet (as we work in a close environnement on out project). Is it possible, and if yes how can I do it ?I saw a similar post (How to use Adobe XD offline?), but in this one a connection was possible on the first use.

So last week, my students (who all have an entripsie account through our school license) were able to log in and use XD. This past Friday, when I was starting the unit, all students were locked out of their accounts in Adobe XD. Our tech support were not able to give me any help. I have looked for articles, but have had no luck. Anyone else with this issue?

Hi guys.  Being new to these things,  I was really interested when I came across xd. I use godaddy for a few charity websites and looked at this as a way I could really be creative and make a beautiful site.  I thought xd was an app where you can design and publish.  I'm realizing quickly that is not the case. I have no coding experience,  but I really love the xd app. Is this a waste of my time? Am I better to use a thing like godaddy to create content? I have CC, and I have to keep cost down best I can.   Is there a way in the CC world that will accomplish this?  Every time I research it,  the more confused I get.  Is there 3rd party hosting that easily takes xd designs?  Hope to have some clarification because this weekend is nothing but website work.   Thanks in advance

I'm currently using adobe XD to create instagram posts for my brand and have been experimenting with its auto-animate feature. So far, everything is good, except for the fact I can't figure out how to export the animation to my pc.I`ve tried screenrecording it, however the quality is too low for me to continue doing that.Does anyone know how to proceed? Or should I give up and use a different software?

 Hi, I am new in this tech world. I am a solopreneur trying to get my MVP and decided to try Flutterflow. I already have the prototype on Adobe XD, today I downloaded the app to my PC thinking it could help me to see the details of the designs to recreate them on Flutterflow but noticed that there is a way to import the design from Figma. It would be wonderful to know how to import my prototype from XD in this case, if possible. Anyone?Also, I got a notification after downloading the Adobe XD app that must update it to open the prototype on my PC since the design was saved with a later version. I wonder how can I do that if the link I got for downloading the app was given to me by a customer rep over chat support.  Thanks for your help.  Last, if I get any response, would I be notified by email? or do I have to keep checking this page daily? how do we know if we get some help to resolve our issues?Thank you so much for your guidance.

Hello,  as a user that work between XD and AE, I would like to see these improvements in the near future:1. allow user to choose which frame rate is set as a default in the composition created by AE, when exporting artboards from XD, instead of having it at 60 fps; 2. Set the default color background in the composition created by AE when exporting artboards from XD as black (instead of white)

I've been working on a file in XD for 3 months and just yesterday I was editing it. This morning I opened the program, but it did not load. I tried several times and restarted the computer and it did not load. I uninstalled the program and reinstalled it and when it opened, there was no file in the cloud. All my work is lost. I checked at: https://assets.adobe.com/cloud-documents and the files are not there either. It only shows up under "Published" but there is no way to edit those files. I have tried everything, but the files do not appear. Help, please. I work on Windows 11.

What are the parameters for Bootstrap 4 grid. I know that there are freebies with grids but it is more convenient to have it within a layout.

I am updated to the latest version of XD and get an alert telling me to "Install and relaunch the latest version of Adobe XD in order to install XD plugins". I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling XD, updating the CC application, logging in and out of my account and still get this alert. Trying to install plugins from witin the XD plugin manager gives a 'failed to install' alert.The CC Desktop marketplace has a greyed out alert triangle that says to install the latest version. I have also checked that nothing is running in compatability mode. I'm on Windows 10. Thanks in advance for any help.  

Hello I created a dropdown menu button and as of now I have 1 toggle component. Im trying to set up to where when the user clicks on the "+ Add Event" button it will turn it into a Input where some can type in the event name. Here is an example.   The problem is because I have one toggle my component doesnt give me the option to create a 2nd toggle. Hoew should I handle this? i am a graphic designer using Adobe XD for the first time. I would like to design a website, but once I'm done with my design, and hand off the files to the web developer....what programing language will he be using? Please point me to some information regarding this. THX

When I open Adobe XD it used to show recent projects. Now there's just a loading bar.I see all my projects on Creative Cloud app, but when I open them through there, it shows me this error message: "Creative cloud services aren't activated or they aren't offered in your location."And no, I'm not running on latest update. But everything was fine since yesterday.
