Adobe XD

I created a hover effect in my Adobe xd prototype, it works well when I previewed it on desktop preview but does not work on mobile testing

Today i tried using adobe xd, I tried to work on some projects and i couldn't find the font that i was looking for in adobe xd i tried re- installing the program i tried updating adobe xd. The only fonts that show up are the ones that i have installed in my hard drive. Any sulotions please?

I am a designer working with a developer, trying to encourage him to use this plugin to save lots of effort. He tells me that he is unable to authenticate or get a token to authenticate. I sent him my shared libary file linkHe has installed the Adobe XD pluginHe has an Adobe IDWhen he tries to authenticate, it fails, he gets the progress indicator and then eventually ends up on the screen he started on. Neither Authenticate or Skip result in anything. Screens appear below. 

I don't understand how to start using my Shopify API to export spacific information into Adobe XD. I understand how to use the json filters after. I just have no idea how to start things off. I have used the same API elsware so i know it works. I plan to manipulate a lot of shopify information and would appreciate any help.      <The Title was renamed by moderator>

I am having a problem I have seen other people is having and have not being able to solve it in any channel. Adobe Technical Support Team shoul be more aware of this since this is for example other people would prefer Figma over Adobe...  When you want to authenticate in Visual Studio Code in the plug in   Then you log in normally and then you are asked for permissions in the Adobe landing page  Then you clic allow access and nothing happens!! It stays that way and nothing happens in Visual Studio Code. I raised a chat for Support and they said that they could not help since this is on Visual Studio Code and they can only offer support on the software itself. My opinion is that Adobe should not be putting in the market plug ins with authentication problems (other people is having the same issue and they should have had a tutorial for this by now!!) How frustrating!      

I have a lottie that works fine in the lottie browser but when I bring it into Xd it doesnt play properly. Missing objects and not moving others. Has anyone else had this issue?

Installed Adobe CC Manager on my Mac and I couldn't find Adobe XD in the listed apps to download/install. I try to download standalone installer from the Adobe website but the page is not found. I checked my license plan and it shows I have Adobe XD in the package. Someone help

Why isn't this a thing? I saw instructions how to enable this on github but its very complicated and there is also a chance this might give me a virus of some sort as the publishers of the files required aren't verified and I get a warning of having a chance of getting my compoments/assets on my computer deleted/damaged. (Looking at this https://github.com/cgio/darkxd) Why isn't dark mode a in built feature, I can't keep using Adobe XD. Is there any other simple way to enable dark mode? Why is this also not mentioned a lot, I saw quite a lot of Adobe XD Employees aware of this.

I analyzed the competition using data and also thanks to an interview with the CEO of the app I'm studying, which allowed me to select the competitor to benchmark.Now, I'm planning to spend a solid afternoon on this benchmark, and I'd like to know if there are any free and available tools for conducting a fact-based benchmark. I'm not able to perform a heuristic analysis (cognitive walkthrough) without the help of a tool, and I'd like to analyze the user journey, features and services, visual design, conversion funnel, and possibly engagement, if possible. HiAm tired of trying to figuer out how to access commnets of my developers.I cannot access through adobe ID and through the sahre link uit self, i get the Something went wrongYou can try accessing the link again or, if the error persists, report the error. I got this for weeks for now, and no change.in reporting the error, i got mystic account that even i register it says my account is not there.Adobe come on why i need to strugel to get hat it suppose to work.How to make this hell link working?

Hi,I'm a Product Designer that works remotely, and I create Mobile App Prototypes that I need to test with random users and have them approved by the management team. Yet, Adobe XD is not offering an option for me to test my work on users's mobile devices withouth having those Testers be an Adobe Paid Subscription and added to my work - which is impossible to achive. I need to share the prototype links with the users for their testing and feedback - but users receive a link that open on a page with all the browser navigation bars and NOT IN FULL SCREEN as a Mobile App should be - they just can't test it!How do you expect me to be able to Test my work or event get it approved by the manangement team withou having them to view the prototype on their own phones in Full Screen??  Because this is not a solution:

So bascially the problem I'm having is, let's say I create a project and I put some text, then I search online for a font to use, and install that font.At first it doesn't appear at the font list, but closing and re-opening the project fixes that, the problem is when you select the new font, the actual font doesn't change and Adobe XD tells you that font is missing.However if you create a new project you can use that font without any problems.How can I fix this? I can't start from zero every time I want to install a new font and use it on an already existing project.

Error with "component" in XD 

I am wondering if there is a way to quickly merge text boxes in Adobe XD. I imported a .ai file into XD and now the text boxes are broken into mutliple boxes. See screenshot for reference. "Profssional" is in one box and "Movers" is in aother.

Seit Wochen habe ich in Adobe XD den Fehler, dass nachdem XD eine Weile gelaufen ist, copy and paste von Objekten oder Objektgruppen nicht mehr funktioniert. Ein Neustart von XD behebt das Problem zwar temporär, aber nervig ist das dennoch. (Windows 10, lizensiertes XD, neueste Version)

I try opening XD shared link in web brower, then I enter the password and click "view" button, no response, page not loading succesffuly even no error notification, I try different webe browsers like Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, the issue is the same. I can confirm the password is correct.

I'd like to start an official voting thread to push forward animated GIFs (as long as Adobe's aquisition of Figma doesn't tank further functionality devlopment). There is a thread which points to another thread that addresses MP4 functionality but Joan stated in that one the following:"XD does not support Animated GIF, so if you are still looking for that, please start a separate request and vote on it." So here it is.

Hello, I dont know if anyone has noticed a color difference between illustrator and xd. When I copy and paste from illustrator to XD I get a very different hex value, then when importing a png it is closer in color but still not exact. What is the best way to get closest RGB values from one program to another? I have noticed that it seems to get consistently darker when copying and pasting. When I copy from XD paste to AI then take that same object and paste it back to XD it is darker then before. If you keep this same pattern the object eventually turns black.   

how do I fix this? 

My plug-in cannot be used.The plug-in displayed on creative cloud is incompatible, but my xd application is version 50.0, what should I do?

Hello I created a dropdown menu with clickable links. I want add a hover to the drop down menu, on the hover i want the background to be blue and the text turns to white. The problem is my entire dropdown menu is a component already and im using the component for clickable links. So do I need to create another component outside and add inside to my component? Also, I want add the hover option and still keep the links working.  You can view the dropdown menu here. https://xd.adobe.com/view/799e199b-0266-4b2b-bf55-2baa546ae30a-2ccd/ As of now when you click on the links it adds the text to the top of menu. Screenshots below.    I want the hover to look like this and still have the dropdown menu function the same way.  Hopefully i explained this correctly where its not confusing.
