Adobe XD

Hello, I accidently moved all artboards (200+) in a project and closed the document. There were many elements outside of artboards in Pastboard - like section titles, separation elements, components, alerts, menues, working and in design elements, etc. After accident move of artboards many of elements outside artboards appeared in Artboards. Now artboards look like a mess containing non relevant elements. I looked at file version history and found the version where the problem was caused. But I can't revert to that version, because there is no such feature  in XD. And if I open the history version in new window, the only option is to save it as new file. As this is active and big project there are several links generated from the project, and shared in many places. And when I tell many, I mean Many. So all developers using the links which are provided in their task tickets. Other links are shared with clients for demos. Hello everyone, XD beginner here. I'm making my first website basically, and I have the following issue: I have a drop-down menu, which has a default state and active state. The default state just shows three horizontal lines (it's for mobile) which, when tapped on, open a drop down menu with 'about us', 'services', 'references' and 'contact' buttons respectively. Clicking on any of these buttons scrolls down to their respective segments just fine, but the drop down menu remains, covering a large portion of the screen, which means that the user would have to close it manually (I've made a button for it as well). I'd like for the menu to revert to its default state, the three lines, as soon as the user taps on one of the options, and the website scrolls to that segment. So the sequence would be - user taps on three lines -- menu drops down -- user taps on one of the options -- the website scrolls to relevant segment, and the menu goes up again into default state, the

Me and my team are having cloud doc freezing and syncing issues all the time lately. It's making using the program and cloud docs unbearable. Something that would take 5-10 mins is double the time cause of the slowness and freezing. It's my entire team (4 people using Xd have this issue).

Hello,  I've been getting complaints of a client because he can not preview the shared link of an app design made in Adboe XD in full screen. The app is designed for android, and when the link is shared, it opens in the navigator screen which doesn't anable to test the prototype as if it were the real deal. (He claims that with Marvel App you can send some sort of APK to get an excelent user test. He even recomended me to use another tool for designing since one can't have a full screen test, hence, can't visualize how the final product should look). The truth is, i can't get a full full screen eather when using a link. I opens but the android navigation bar  prevails so i have to manually ajust the screen to what it should look like whenever i change to a different screen. I need to know if there is a way to preview a shared link in full screen in mobile devices or be forced to use a different tool. I'm attaching two screen shots so you can see what i mea

Hi,In the last few months I've experienced a bug with the font SF Pro Display whereby whenever I preview an interface on my phone through the Xd Mobile App, the position of the text does not correspond to what I set on my computer. Hi, new to XD. I have 2 of the same size boxes side to side on the same page (they are components.) When one is selected and highlighted, the other should not be selectable or highlighted and vice versa. If you select Dog, you should not be able to select Cat. But both are selectable in my file and I can't seem to get this to work. Can anyone advise how to get this functionality? Thank you.

I noticed theres barely any customization in XD and I wanted to know when are they ever going to add a settings menu as I specifically want to swap the scroll wheel function to zoom rather than scroll.

I am wondering if anyone can point me to a "how-To" on a task.  I've creatd a component which steps through selecting items in various states. The last "step" is that when I select the button within the component I want it to have a nested box component to appear.  I have set the state of this box to be "blank" as a default and a hover state where it appears. I cannot figure out how to wire the button to make the box appear when the user clicks the box? Any workflow for this?  This is a web-based app protoype - not a mobile device.Perhaps nesting the components is not the way to go?

Le projet avance mais je ne vois pas comment on peut publier et même ajouter un nom de domaine... Dois-je passer après par Dreamweaver?  Cordialement

Hello! I am doing an internship and have been asked if I can help the company export a flowchart made in Adobe XD. Is it possible to export your file so that you can use it interactively afterwards? Just like when you press Preview in the program and can click around. I've looked at the various plug-ins but can't figure it out at all. Maybe some of you have experience with it? Heloo i am register to Abdoe Cloud, and l saw for the first time that from XD yu ca access this section called UI Kits.  The blue button under each kit sas 'Gt he Kit' which seems free, but l don't know if it's free.  Can you tell me if these UI Kits are free? Thank you

Hi. I am just starting out in XD, and the tutorials show an option to "Get UI Kits" with an arrow next to it, but my navigation does not show an arrow. When I click on "Get UI Kits" in the navigation it just takes me to this page: https://helpx.adobe.com/xd/help/access-ui-kits.html#panel-3This page does not offer any informaiton that tells me how to get (and I assume install) the kits. I'm not sure why my nav does not show the options indicated in the tutorials (shown in the 2nd screen shot). Is there a setting that I need to adjust in XD to show the options with the arrow?In additon, if you look at the 2nd screen shot here the page behind the nav shows all the "XD add-ons." I understand from watching tutorials that option should show up on the main screen in XD when you want to open a new file. Mine does not (see screen shot #3).What am I missing here?#1 #2#3

I want to add UI kits from material design. but I dont get the option to do so...

Hi, this is super anoying. When i try to open the UI Kits on Adobe XD i get reffered to a Website that tells me how to access the UI Kits. When i do whats on the Website, i get back to the Website. UIKITINCEPTION!1. i hover over "access UI Kits"  and here should acctually open a list with ios or android Ui Kits.but when i click it i get reffered to2. https://helpx.adobe.com/xd/help/access-ui-kits.html which tell me what i already did. Whats up with that?CheersBjörn

I have been using the XD starter plan for years and now a very serious issue has come up. For context my laptop has a newer version of XD than my tower and whenever I try to open a document on my Tower that I worked on my laptop it tells me to update and whenever I try to update XD on my Tower it tells me "Your country doesn't support this purchase" so that means I am completely unable to update XD, can't even do the free trial. Please can someone from Adobe address this issue with a bug fix to Creative Cloud or a workaround?

Hi, I would like for an offset item to resize its height when the text in a textbox is changed.Like the example below, there is a shaded hilight that is set 15px offset top and bottom and to the left the same that I would like to get taller and shorter when the text next to it is chamged. I've tried doing shaded backgrounds but the inded does not allow offsets past the left of the text, and setting the item to auto resize responsively also does not work.I also tried a stach where the box is separate pieces above, below and to the side but that does not work either. Thanks for any assistance.

Hi Expets, please any idea how can i get my Xd back. i have renewed the enterprise version. but still it shows buy now. i cleared the cache, signout out and at last uninstall the software. is there any otherways to solve this isuue.

I've never been so frustrated with an application in my life. Things that worked perfectly and smoothly on mac simply does not work on windows 11. I had to switch platforms for my work computer from Mac to Windows. I did not have any concern with doing so as I am quite familiar with both Windows and Mac. However, exver since getting the new laptop and using XD, I've experienced headache after headache. One of the major issues is that I am CONSTANTLY running into (every 5-10 minutes) is where I cannot type anywhere within the application unless I either restart the application or go to a different app, type something there, then go back to XD and it starts working again. However this is only a temporary fix. I have to do that over and over again. XD in windows will also freeze multiple times a day, particularly if I am working in a cloud document that is being co-edited. Lastly, I am working with files that were originally created in mac that have several prototype l

I have the whole Creative Cloud suite. Just wondering if XD is the best (only?) tool for creating learning apps, for example the user drags letters to form a word, clicks on a correct answer for arithmetic problems, clicks to connect dots to make a picture. Or must all of these kinds of things still be coded separately in JS, PHP, HTML 5 or some other language, and then somehow integrated into XD. And where if at all would Animate CC/Dreamweaver come into play. I want to create a Hindi/English learning app with a variety of interactive excercises. Thanks

I dnt see a drop down for Get UI kits / Add on -to download the UI kits

Hi,I am running into a problem importing an AI graphic to XD. The radial gradient is imported, but the linear gradient is displayed as solid color, although in the inspector on the right siede side the fill says gradient. It is supposed to be in the sword.Does anybody know ho to fix this? Thank you! Frida
