Adobe XD

These surveys are incredibly annoying and invasive, plus it's an absolute terrible way to begin a new design in XD. People hate pop-ups, especially when it's over software we continually pay for. I've filled out the survey 3 times, but it keeps harassing me to fill out another. So, how do I turn them off?

Not just me but my co-worker on the east coast are experiencing this issue. It goes online and offline all day. Cannot find a way to report this. Any assistance would be appreciated.  

I am a free user of adobe xd. Recently I've encountered a problem opening adobe xd from my computer. A white screen pops up and then XD quit. I saw an update in the adobe creative cloud app. Thought updating it might solve the problem but no solution. I couldn't update the app because there is no update button now. It's either Try or Buy Now option. I uninstalled it and thought to reinstall it again. but now I can't even install it. Once I press try button, It says "Your country doesn't support this purchase".    Is Adobe XD no longer free? Must we have to buy it from now on to use it? Encountered problem version is 56.112. My Machine is windows 10 64bit. There is no windows update pending or required except for updating to windows 11 which I am not intending to go to. Please give me a solution. Hola, tengo un problem ay quiesa ver si podéis ayudarme. He creado una barra de desplazamiento lateral que funciona perfectamente con una imagen. El problema es que necesito que se vean dos mesas de trabajo: una sería una página web y la otra es una ventana tipo "pop up". Al sobreponer una mesa de trabajo sobre otra, dejan de funcionar las barras de desplazamiento laterial. Adjunto una foto para que se pueda ver mejor. Quiera saber si hay algun manera de que funcione todo, viendose las dos mesas de trabajo a la vez, como en la imagen 2.  Muchas gracias!! 🙂

Attention, bugs en cascade !Lors de la création de sous-groupes dans les styles de caractères + contexte réseau lent (erreur de synchro de librairie entre deux postes). Les styles de caractères placés dans un sous-groupe sur le poste A, se retrouvent "non groupés" sur le poste B. Finalement, le dégroupage se répercute sur le poste A (après plusieurs arrêts forcés d'XD la librairie du poste A est mise à jour avec la version B qui était problématique) Dans les actifs "non groupés", clic droit > déplacer vers… plus rien. Mac Ventura 13.2XD 56.0.12.6

When collaborating or not, changes are lost. The file seems to reload (seeing the loading progress bar) and then the last few minutes of updates are gone. Please advise.  

Hi all, was recently laid off and trying to gather files for portoflio. I have 3 critical files ending in .cclibs I cant open. Tried changing to '.xd' which works for .xdc files, but not these. Any suggestions? 

Whenever I do extraction of my UI designs into HTML CSS, I get code of approx 4000 lines which is very painful to manage for a developer. so is there any other way to extract the design from Adbode XD to get less number of lines?   <Title renamed by moderator>  

In the last week all my XD boards have been glitching a lot- the page will suddenly refresh, and images and text i have added disappears- internet connection is fine- collaborating with other users- anyone know why?? {Renamed By MOD}

Hi,When I click the Share Online button top get a link, I noticed the Share Again button, in here (only in here... why?) I can choose icon for the project.Also it shows (greyed out) the Starting Art board. But its NOT the one I want to start at... its the first Art-board I created. Hello,I have this problem on Windows PC. Customer Care advised me to re-install Adobe XD, log out, restart in log in and no more.The problem was caused by Windows cash fonts service. The service was stopped. Then I start it all is OK again.  Maybe it will be helpful for you/Thank you 

Curious how I can move both my artboards and items off of my artboards (like text and pngs) at the same time when I need to reorganize my workspace? Seems so odd that I can't move the things in my workspace together. 

Hi all,I am prototyping the UI for the software in XD but more likely in a presentation way To simplify my problem, I have artboards: A1, A2, B, C1 and C2I need two flows:flow 1: A1, B and C1flow 2: A2, B and C2Usually, I used a tap trigger on the whole artboard to link them. In my case it is convenient to present the flow this way.All is fine when I create a flow A1 > tap > B > tap> C1.Then I created a second flow A2 > tap > B > cannot use tap anymore  The problem is that B is a loading screen, almost a static picture, with no active elements or buttons. How to link it with C2 without copying the artboard? Thanks

HiI have fonts synced on my Adobe account. For example: 'Houschka Rounded'. I can design in Adobe XD using it, but is there no way to use these fonts in my mobile app being developed? Seems there is no way to download the font files and whatever Adobe syncs is obscured and not a traditional font file.Thanks.

Hello everybody, I wondering if you know a sketch software on desktop, that can be use with a wacom, that recognize the shape you want to make a clean shapes ? The purpose is to sketch wireframes on desktop. Thank you very much !! David (sorry for my bad english)

No matter which project I am working on, I cannot share my project using any type of the link. Each time I tried to create link, the window pops up saying my storage is full. However I never published any projects in my cloud storage as I checked.  I am working on Windows 10 platform with the newest XD version 34.2.12   

One of the my documenthas gotten a Disconnected error and cannot be opened, I get a pop up that says:"Disconnected Editing isn't supported on shared XD documents when disconnected from Creative Cloud. Save as a new document to keep working offline." I'm not disconnected from CC, and other cloud files open fine. It can be save as another doument but saving a new document is annoying. I want to updated in same document. I removed all the other members form the document and tried to open but again getting same error. What can be done to recover this document?  MacBook Pro, Ventura 13.1, XD 56.1.12

I am unable to right click and edit main in source for components within a library that has been shared with me. My permissions are showing as "can edit". I am receiving the error message below. I am logged in to the correct account. Please advice on how I can fix this issue. Thanks! 

Ignore the alt-tab action as I really only want to describe that I was going back to an open XD file, as in clicking on the document to keep on designing. It was frozen for a good three minutes, all I could do was resize the XD app. It then promptly shut down; I'm assuming it crashed without asking for a crash report upon re-launch. Curiously the zoom icon was the initial cursor while all I could see in XD had that "zoom blur/pre-cache" look you see for a split second before zooming re-fetches the canvas into memory. The zoom was never engaged however, and I'm not sure what led to displaying it. This has happened a couple of times now, everything freezes as if it interrupted a re-fetch after zooming.I'll update this thread if I manage to get a screenshot or video of the situation; it was very revealing. Here's the incredibly dangerous risk in this bug:It inexplicably reverted to a previous version of the same file, effectively erasing work without trace of newer ver

I cannot find this plan anywhere anymore.  It appears that the starter plan has been quietly removed from the website in the last month (from what i can figure).   When you try the "try for free" it now forces you to put your credit card in and gives you a 7 day trial.   I'd like to know 100% that you have infact cancelled this and its not some deep hidden link somewhere? I know there is 7 day trial but i wanted my students to download the starter edition for their assignment as its all they need.  If its no longer available then I'll use another product.  Ive wasted way to much time trying to find the starter edition on here.  If they cancel it why not just post that its not available any longer. 

I need some help, when I open a XD prototype share link it redirects to different prototype design, even after creating a new share link. Does anyone why this is happening and how I can fix this issue?    

When I was editing a file today, all the artboards suddenly disappeared.I thought it was a crash, so I closed the file and reopened it, it was still blank, only the elements outside the artboard were still there.All components, font styles and colors are still there, and the links previously shared with group members are still visible. But both the artboard and the prototype are gone.I can still add new artboards and edit files normally, and other Adobe XD files are fine.I am not a cloud access file, how can I retrieve the previous file?
