Olá à todos!  Estou com problemas no Dynamic Link entre o After Effects e o Photoshop. O After apenas reconhece as alterações de cores feitas no documento, deixando as demais de lado, como a de posição do objeto mostrado no vídeo, e mesmo substituindo o documento após o salvamento, o software não reconhece a alteração. Agradeço quem puder ajudar!

Hello,I've recently been using more and more after effect's shortcuts and I'm really used to defaults ones. I've an AZERTY and because I'm working with my windows and after effects in English, AE Keyboard layout is being set to QWERTY. I really would like to be able to change that setup back to AZERTY. I know I can change each shortcut on each setup, but because I'm working on too many computer I can't do that each time. What bothers me and why posting that question is it seems that the possibility exists. (screen below)So apparently I can change my layout to AZERTY.Once clicked, everything's fine with all the sortcuts I need and want.But the moment I'm leaving the sortcut editor, the keyboard layout is being reset from FR to EN I have no idea why, if anybody has an idea on how make that work, would be awesome.

Hello everyone, My after effects is crashing after giving me the following warning:'The following plugins are installed, but are not compatible with this verison of after effects. They will show as missing in existing projects and cannot be applied. To use these plugins, run after effects on an intel-based Mac computer.' The thing is, I already uninstalled these plugins (mainly red giant plugins) and i don't have them on my mac anymore. Any advice?

Hi. I need to multiply this stock footage donut on the screen.We had the file done orginally by a freelancer but when I needed to make changes in the file - we were only given a WIP file (not final) so I need to do some of the animation and video work myself.I need to use 7 versions of this donut and figured I could Rotoscope it - which worked great. But only allowed me to do 1 at a time. I figured a solution was to export once I did 1 new position and keep doing until finalised. However, I totally forgot that this would destory the quality of the video and as you can see in the screenshot that the footage is blurry. (1 is orginal and 2 is the work I did)  How can I do this while getting the output I need but also keeping the high quality of the footage? Many thanks.

Have a problem when open AE project with mp4 video - it is shown with incorrect size (1088 x 1920 instead of 1080 x 1920). Also it looks 4 times smaller than it has to be and the rest of it's area filled with strange lines (on the screenshot). It happens on laptop Asus ROG Strix G18 laptop. On another Device (PC) where this AE project was created it is shown fine. I always have to convert MP4 files to MOV and then everything is ok. Need help.

I am trying to replace the card art on the attached clip. In Mocha Pro, the new AI matte tool does a really good job of tracking the card. Is there a way I can use that data for planar tracking? If not, what's the best way to make sure a planar track works correctly? I start running into trouble when the card tips forward (top edge moves toward the camera), and things get really bad when the bills obcure the card (I knew this would be a problem from the outset). I've got the tools, I just lack the knowhow. Any help is appreciated!

I am using the full version of Cinema 4D 2025 and After Effects 2024. When I am attempting to file>>> export >>>Maxon Cinema 4d Exporter absolutely nothing happens. I've also tried to Layer >>> new >>> Maxon Cinema 4d file and I get an error message which states that Maxon Cinema 4d 2024 must be installed.  Anyone else experience this since they've upgraded to the latest C4D? 

If I view it in the layer source there's no crop, but as soon as I drop it into a composition it crops. The aspect ration on both the video and the comp are 1920x1080 so I'm not sure why it's doing this. Help is appreciated.

Hello, I've imported an OBJ model from Dimension. The light has an image source that isn't from Dimension, and because the material of the model is meant to be super reflective, the image source is affecting its appearance. I'd like to remove/replace the image, to have greater control, but I have no idea where this lives. I've added an Environment Light which allows me to edit the light's Intensity etc., but the source itself is not available. Layer > Light is also greyed out. Any ideas would be appreciated, thanks! 

Hi, I was trying to export my video and ened up exporting it as a proxy video now it has the red bar saying proxy enabled I just wanted to now how to remove the proxy from the video as the quality has decreased a significant amount. Thank you in advance for your time and answers.

Every time I render the video (which includes multiple compositions with keyframe animations and some third-party plugins), the output either gets corrupted or has random glitches like flickering frames or desynchronized audio. After updating, my After Effects suddenly changed all the points in the UI to commas. I use the decimal point button in the numeric keypad a lot. Now I can't use this button anymore for decimals since its all commas in the UI.I have tried reinstalling older versions and also tried changing the language, but UI still has the commas.Current AE version 23,3Creative Cloud language is set to English (North America)

So my friend sent me this clip of his cat. It was taken indoors hence very orange lighting. Is it possible to correct for this in After Effects or Premiere Pro? I'm aware that it's best to correct at the source.Thanks  

Hi community. When Im Aligning to canvas, I gets some of the shape pixels extend out from the canvas.  In PS when I align shapes it doesnt extend beyong the canvas dimensions.

Hoping y'all can also help with what I and some others seem to be dealing with... newly restricted functionality when it comes to building .mogrts in AE.The selling point of "Essential Properties" was that you could define certain controls and properties that you wanted to elevate and access via a single PreComp layer. I understand that this is still functioning correctly (albeit now accessed through the "Properties" panel).**What seems to have LOST support is the ability to bring those elevated Essential Properties from that single Precomp layer and then add them to a .mogrt via the Essential Graphics panel.**Regardless of whether I'm selecting those properties in the Properties Panel, or via the Essential Properties twirldown on my PreComp, neither allows me to drag/add to the Essential Graphics panel. I have three layers that I am going to animate with the puppet pin, when I go to click it doesn't work on two and the last one does, pre comp and animate doesn't work either.

It happens more often than not, when there's a comp with all its layers ON, but one SOLOed, if changing the SOLO switch to another layer, AE doesn't update until the timeline is moved forward or backwards.

In previous versions (24.6.4) expression calls to "thisComp.activeCamera" when there is no Camera layer present in the composition returns "Default" (falls back to the Default 3D camera). I am trying to have after effects 2020 use my GPU to render my comp. So far my online research has lead to the conclusion that very little effects use gpu and I understand that. But I am using trapcode form and rowbyte plexus plugins that I know to be using GPU (or atleast thats what they advertise).I have installed cuda drivers 10.2, in AE project settings I have selected selected mercury CUDA. I am using cinema 4d as 3d engine, in trapcode form plugins I have selected rendering acceleration as GPU. Despite all these steps I am still not able to see any GPU activity (2-5% max usage). Is there anything I am missing here?Also in my settings -> preview -> gpu information, I only see openGL. I should see cuda there too which is missing. Please help.

I have always had the continuously rasterize button available to me but now any new comp's/project files do not have the button. I like to bring in Illustrator layers and this is forcing me to import old project comps to get access to the button. Am I missing something?
