When I draw with a classic brush, my line turns out to be pixelated and does not smooth out at all. Tell me what needs to be done to make the lines smooth.

This title may seem strange but let me emphasize; whenever I import an audio file (I always use mp3) it works, there is no visual telling me there was an issue, and when I try to play/hear the file at the start, it works, but when I go to, 4 seconds, into the file (just for example, it could be anything besides the beginning.) and try to play from there, there is no sound. Is there something I'm misssing? Please let me know.

Hi, I've made a simple game spinning wheel in Animate CC with HTML5 canvas platform. But I have no idea to make the wheel spin like roulette. Simply if button SPIN is pressed (mouse down event), the wheel will spin fast... Then if button SPIN is released (mouse up event) the wheel slowly decrease speed until it stop. I do hope there is kind someone solve this code.Best regards...

I'm trying to create a simple shape tween - right now the shape is the same on both sides of the tween but with different colors - yet the shape tween doesn't work correctly. Here is a GIF showing the problem.I tried adding shape hints but it doesn't work. I also tried to change the shape and remove vertices from it but it still doesn't work.Help?

As the title says, how do you export a webm from Adobe Animate with a transparent background?I can export as an mp4, but I want to play the output in chrome with a transparent background and mp4 doesn't support that.

Hi everyone, I have dragged in and inserted an MP4 video to play after my animation.  When I insert the video, it won't play and just appears as a grey screen with a video box.  Please can someone help! The file type is xfl(canvas) not sure if this makes a difference? Also when I press file, import, the import video button is greyed out.  

Bonjour.Je créé des bannières publicitaires dans Adobe Animate. Ces bannières font  15 secondes avec un STOP final. Le temps est  correct sur  Chrome et Edge. En revanche le temps se rallonge de  30% environ sur Firefox, la bannière au chronométre fait plus de  20 secondes. Le problème apparait uniquement sur Windows et cela a été testé sur différent PC. Sur Mac les temps sont respectés même dans Firefox.Sauriez-vous comment régler ce problème ?Merci Cordialement

Hello,I have been frustrated by a persistent problem, where symbols, such as forearms and hands in a rig, rotate 180 degrees. Everything looks fine. I save. Then, when I reopen, the symbols are twisted around.I've researched issues related to layer parenting and rigs, but haven't seen anything with rotational problems, only drifting. Layer parenting has been working great for me for years, now suddenly it's broken. I switched to the Flanimate power tool system and rerigged with SMR, but the lack of arcs presented a problem. I tried the parenting toggle and found that if I saved without reverting back, I had the same issue of mangled limbs that I had before.   Any idea what's going on here? I've rebuilt the rig several times and it keeps happening.I'm on the latest version of Adobe Animate CC 22.0.6 build 202 using Win 11.In the image below, the lower leg is flipped around and hidden behind the upper leg.Keith

Hey all  I just opened up Animate 2021 and the tutorial popped up Would have been nice if I could have followed it.  I could not . Why?   I could not create a layer as the tutorial instructed nor find the create a"classic tween"  in the places instructed by the tutorial. Well, That was encouraging!  What is up with that?  A tutorial that does not makes sense right out of the starting gate!

Greetings friends!I want to express dissatisfation with persistent glitching. Specs are below for technical people and curious bystanders. In short, I have all latest updates, when I test my very basic HMTL5 canvas, (not even animated, for the love of God almighty) I cannot see changes in preview. It is a one frame small banner, 150x800 pixels, static. With 2 small pictures and 2 small texts. I just want to adjust object alighnment for export, to try and make objects align to the sides of canvas, to distribute evenly if possible. So every time I do test preview or publish to various locations and open HTML, regardless of changes, it just shows me the same preview. Only when I delete generated files, close and open Animate and publish again, I can see changes, not when I make any changes to canvas publish settings, such as Make responsive, and others in the same tab, they are not shown in preview until I delete all generated preview data again (I have Adobe subscription with all so

I'm trying to work, not monkey with preferences popping up in my face and I accidentally selected 'Don't Allow' to an alert box similar to this one:https://helpx.adobe.com/ie/acrobat/kb/permissions-to-accees-os-path-on-macos-10-15.html Now I can't publish files in Animate...The instructions in this page are bull...There's no apllication prefs in System Prefs that I see. Where is the Application Support folder or whatever that I need to delete that has this crap? I don't want to have to reinstall my whole OS in order to use Animate. This sucks.  Has anybody had this happen before? I have to get this work done today and this is the first time I'm genuinely pissed at Apple. Their "security" is keeping me from working with no resolve.  Thanks for reading.

HelloI've been animating this file for weeks and at the time of export it gave me an error, so I closed the app and opened the file again to try, but when I tried to open it again it said that there was an error opening the file, no further information. I have an animation with a "shine" overlay which is masked in Animate. I need to export this .swf or video file with alpha channel to After Effects for compositing.The first attempt to import the .fla file to After Effects resulted in the "shine" overlay blend mode not working and it comes in as opaque.The second attempt was to export the layers as a QuickTime video with alpha channel. There was a rendering issue and the mask from Animate was not properly handled resulting in the "shine" box being visible outside of the mask. Also, the blending mode does not look the same as in Animate.Is there a better workaround for this issue? I was thinking to possibly export the bits animation as a .swf and the shine as a .swf and composite them together in After Effects. I will try this for now until a better answer comes around. Hello, I am trying to create an interactive airplane panel and one of the buttons, when you hold the button down, it does different stuff and when you release it, it goes back to the original state.  I was able to do this years ago in Edge Animate - when you hold down the mouse click, it will do different stuff like the guages move and lights flash and when I release that mouse click, it will go back to the original state and no longer do all that.  However, since Edge Animate is no longer available, I need to do this in Animate CC.  I figured I would create a movie clip with the different stuff happening but I'm not sure how to go about the button itself and how to code it for HTML5 Canvas.  This has been an issue I have been trying to solve for months and it is for work.

Hi,   Following the excellent YouTube/Adobe Tutorial on how to create a character in Animate <superfluous link removed> Ive followed it before no problem but when Ive come back to it today I have a issue with using the Rectangle Primative Tool.   For some reason when I draw a rectangle using the primative tool it doesnt let me draw anything on top of it. Ive tried arrange and its greyed out.   Sometimes it works sometimes it doesnt!!!   Very strange -<superfluous link removed>

Hi, I am working on a visualization project that has to be scientificly accurate. This is why I need to implement an Excel file into my adobe animate cc visualization. Is there a possibility to implement an excel file? Worst case, I could link a button to download the excel file and the students can work directly with the downloaded file. I appreciate all comments and hints 🙂
