does anyone know how i can fix this issue, even when i CLICK yes the message keeps poping up

Would like to know how to reproduce a selected path into a swf extension tool. Or - how to take a curved path in a flash document using JSFL and reproduce it using ActionScript (into a swf extension). Effectively, is there a way to store the details of a path or an element into a table to be able to reproduce this path in Action Script (or even JSFL for that matter)? I've read you can get shape.getCubicSegmentPoints(cubicSegmentIndex) so perhaps this is a good place to start?Any tips, gotchas or links most appreciated.  

Hello,In Animate HTML5 canvas, I draw a graphic with the mouse (var ctx = canvas.getContext("2d") ;...) and I wish that the drawing can not be done outside a frame whose dimensions and coordinates are defined. Is it possible to specify the coordinates and size of this frame? I can't find an answer.Thank you for any help.

Hi, as doomsday for Flash is coming at the end of 2020, I have been expecting Adobe to provide something of use to its longtime users that will allow some sort of export of AS3 projects to JavaScript/HTML5 Canvas, because otherwise Adobe is hanging its user base out to dry. With just a few months left now with no word, I'm speaking up to ask.  I have a number of interactive educational animations in Flash, almost all done purely via AS3, that I need to get converted into some format that will run in 2021.  The AS3 code base for one of these is over 25,000 lines, so asking that I go in and recode this all by hand just doesn't seem reasonable.  They are educational apps, not for profit, so paying some firm to do the work doesn't make sense, either. Am I supposed to let all of this just blow away like dust in the wind?  If so, Adobe has done a serious disservice to its user base and, in turn, the users of the materials produced by them.  If not, I'd very

Hi. So i'm very new to Sprite Animation, and i found a very good tutorial online on how to import sprites and make the characters do their actions. The problem is that he stopped making the tutorials. So, the thing i need help with making Mecha Sonic here move from one side to say, the middle of the screen. I've tried making a motion tween after selecting all the frames, but that doesn't work. No matter what project i try to open with animate i always get a white blank canvas.Any clue? I am stuck!! 😞 

When I edit a symbol "in place" the background scene the symbol is nested in turns white but it does not advance frames as I add frames to the symbol. Is there any way to make the background scene update along with the symbol's frames as I am editing it?Thanks so much! 

Hi! I am working on an Animate File for a website I would like to make. I have made it so that moving your mouse over the stage area twiddles some knobs, but I would like to add a Radio Tuning SFX to really sell the effect.How can I make it so that when your mouse moves over the stage area, an SFX plays, but stops when the mouse stops?

I recently was working on my animation and forgot ot lock the charcter layers when I was working on the background. I converted different shapes within the background into a single object, without realizing the character was included. I had been saving throughout the process. How can I restore previous saved versions so I don't have to start from scratch?

Hello,I have the following code to draw a line from a drawn clip called my_circle. I would like the line to be drawn in a window of fixed size (L = 500, H = 250) and that the content of this window moves to the left in order to make a sinusoid-shaped line appear, like a heart rate recording would. I managed to do this in AS2 with a mask and a "createEmptyMovieClip". I've been looking for many hours and I can't find it. Hello,I recently bought a new desktop to work on adobe creative cloud with. It has 64 gb memory, a 3.5ghz processor, very good GPU (not even sure if this matters), Windows 10, and it's an XPS. My monitor resolution is 3840x2160 and also made by Dell. I spent about 5 hours on the phone with both Dell and Adobe trying to understand why a new set-up with arguably the best specs lags when playing back on a simple program. I have the most updated drivers for everything and I'm using the newest version of Animate. Through personal troubleshooting on my own part, the only thing that gives a fluid playback in Animate CC's timeline preview is either me lowering the resolution on my display, or zooming out so the timeline is small. I am working with a small 5mb document with only 3 symbols on the canvas, so this shouldn't be an issue.  I have tried power settings, compatibility settings, graphics card settings, and literally the only thing that changes the playback is how far I'm zoome

Hello,To be upfront, I am not sure what I can pay for the help, but I will figure out how to come up with the money. I have had a creative cloud membership for the past year trying to figure out how to make an animation but continually fail. I got in trouble after reporting a violation and am trying to save my job. I know what I found is wrong, but I don't know how to explain it.Watching everyone post their work, I kept thinking about what I need to make should be so easy.It basically a trapezoid that fills up. As it goes up, something on top of it goes down. I mean, I'd love to make it much nicer than that, but I can't even make that. How do I find someone that could help me make an animation? How much should I expect to pay? I'm trying to find help, but I don't want to waste someone's time and talent when I may not even afford the help... Any suggestions, please??

I want to be able to change the looping settings for all created poses in the 'right arm' armature layer, from "Play graphic in Loop" to "Play single frame of the graphic".   This does not seem to work when I follow the usual steps. Is there a way around this? 

Hi, I'm working on an animation in Animate that will be used on Powerpoint/windows.It contains a transparency/alpha channel, but the transparency doesn't work when I insert the video in PPT, even though I click "Forget scene color" when exporting. Exactly how should I export the file to make the transparency work in PPT? Grateful for any input on this! /Johan

I'm new to Adobe animate and so far I've been unable to figure this out...in the video, notice the flickering in the wall plug...it's only the plug. I've tried converting it to a symbol but it still does it. I've tried putting it on a separate layer and I've tried playing around with the frame rate. Any idea how to stop this?
