liebe leute,folgendes problem habe ich jetzt schon länger: animate 2024 stürzt bei mir (imac 2019, ventura 13.0.1) ständig ab. bis jetzt habe ich das so gelöst: ich verwende nur animate 2023 (letzte version), da gibt es keine abstürze. bis jetzt - ich versuche gerade mit rigging zu arbeiten, und jetzt stürzt mir animate 2023 auch ab.soll ich auf das neueste macos wechseln? hilft das was? ich hab hier in den foren nur einen tipp dazu entdeckt: alles deinstallieren und dann nur eine version installieren - hilft das? hat jemand ähnliche erfahrungen? ich arbeite schon lange mit animate und bin die zahlreichen bugs mittlerweile gewohnt und auch die zahlreichen workarounds, aber das nervt jetzt doch ein wenig ...liebe grüße!leopold

Hello !  I recently changed my computer and it appears that the zoom preset tab (50%/75%/100%) doesnt work anymore on my new device.Everytime i click it it only makes a sound but doesnt adjust to the selected zoom. The manual zooming tool works perfectly fine, so i'm not sure what to do about it, the presets have been  part of my workflow for years.  I tried to delete my preferences, reinstall, etc but nothing seem to work.  if anyone faced the same issue and managed to fix it, you would save me big time !  

1. Make a colored square 20x20 px.2. Convert it to movieclip (with registration center)3. Edit the movieclip and move/align the square to left/top (so that registration/transformation point is 0:0)4. Exit the movieclip5. Resize/transform the movieclip (simply drag one of the corners)6. Note that the registration point is no longer at 0:0  - the more you resize the movieclip, the more the transformation point gets offset.  

Hello exparts, I'm very new to animate . Sometime when I try to animate the camera it shakes a lot. I am fgetting fustrated and can't find any solloutions . Please someone save my sanity and tell me how to fix this. 

I try to open a file to use in animate, it crashes. I try to make a new file, it crashes. Can someone help me fix this??

i'm running a cleaninstall of updated 23H2 windows 11, trying to install adobe animate for the first time but its not launching when i double click on it. no setup or installion starts when i double click on it or anything

I'm on Windows 11 23H2, why is one of the biggest animation programs not able to run on a modern pc lol 

When the record button is pressed, the playline on the timeline will move in a custom direction, and by manipulating an object, such as widening it, you can record the change in the graphics display when it is manipulated in the corresponding frame of the playlineadd it pls!!!!!!!!!

Apologies for the noob question, but extensive googling hasn't helped on this. I've been asked to hand over an Adobe Animate job to a colleague in another country so they can localise it. My file has the suffix .fla. Is there an equivalent to InDesign's "collect" function that will gather up all the image assets in the Library or is it sufficient to simply hand over the .fla file? In other words does the .fla file contain everything it needs to run? Thanks for any advice!

 Using Animate and it won't let me paint. I'm using the classic brush tool and i'm in the 'Normal' brush mode but when i go to paint the srokes appear for a short second and then dissapear. Could anyone please help me out?!!

Hello, I wanted to ask if there's a feature similar to scenes. I’m using an HTML Canvas, so the scene option isn’t available, but I noticed there’s a feature that lets you play a scene when a button is clicked, so I’m not sure why it's not accessible. I’m also worried that making my project too long in a single scene might cause Animate to crash. I'm fairly new to Animate, so I’m not familiar with all the features. Are there any alternative methods or tips you could suggest?Thanks in advance

For about a month, whenever I tried exporting one of my animation projects, it didn't work and I'd have to transfer all of the file's contents to a new unsaved FLA, as saving it was what triggered it for some reason. I thought this was just a one-off issue resulting from the contents of that specific project until I realized that it happened every time I created a new animation file. I don't want to have to create a new unsaved file every time I need to export a swf or mp4, is there any way I can potentially fix this issue? 😕😕

So I have a little story.Ok, so I was  working on an Animation in Adobe Animate, and I had like 50% of the project completed but then something happened.I was working on the file as usual but when I tried to save it, it said "Unable to save file....", I started to panic and left it open for a whilehoping the autosave would fix it(it did not). Then I checked my project folder and saw that there was a recovery file in there, so I calmeddown and just closed the file. But when I tried to open it again it said "An error occured while opening file <filename>". I tried EVERYTHING. Tried to use the Recovery file, did not work. Tried using a program called "DiskDrill" to try and fix the corruptedd file, did not work, and I tried every single suggestion I could find and none of em worked. So ONE MONTH of work, GONE!!!!!, btw I had multiple recovery files and all of em gave me the same dam error.SO I just gave up and took some time off, after 2 days I decided to restart, after working

Hi there!Usually I use different stroke options (Size, Style and Width)(pic 1), but then I want to use a stroke as the default one (pic 2) I must to reset manually all three options (and Color as well if so).Is there any way to reset the stroke preferences to default with just one click or so?Thanks in advance!

I have a character right now which is rigged using layer parenting. So, if I need to copy that character and paste it into a new file, then layer parenting is not working properly, and character body parts get dislocated. How can I resolve this?

Long story short: whether I tell Adobe Animate to export with an Alpha channel or not, it does. I’ll attach a screen grab of my export settings, which I’ve used for years.More background: I never change the export settings in Animate. This is how it’s set up in my pipeline.I was having problems with a project exporting involving partial transparencies and pulling them into Premiere. I tried out a couple of different settings (eg Apple ProRez) to see if that worked any better. It did not. I ultimately thought of a way to get where I was going without generating an Alpha channel from Animate. But when I turned off “ignore stage color,” Animate / QuickTime continue to generate an alpha channel – which is what was causing me fits in the first place.I found a work-around by placing a solid at the bottom of the layer stack, and telling Premiere to ignore the alpha channel on the resulting MOV file, but I’d like to resolve this.I tried uninstalling Animate and its settings/preferences an

So, I want to export my animation in Adobe Animate. But if I convert it from swf to mp4 with SWIVEL, it says an error, all because of ADOBE'S CAMERA, because that's why it doesn't work. But if I use VCAM, it breaks because there are effects in the video (alpha, etc.) When I click on "TEST SCENE" everything works, but I can't save it, and if I screenrecord it, it crashes . What should I do, does someone know? Please help!
