When I use Adobe Bridge's "Export Custom" panel to export Illustrator (.AI) files I get this error: unsupported file formats. Does anyone know what has changed from about three versions to now?In Bridge version v10.0.0.124 it worked smoothly with .psd and .ai. But after this version it only works with Photoshop files(.psd). 

Hi,I'd like to rename new photos on the harddisk.I prefer the serial number (01, 02, 03...) and then the date the picture was taken eg 2017-05-12.So I need a form like yyyy-mm-dd, but in Bridge I  only can chose yyyymmdd.I also can't rename the files with Lightroom,because when importing them I only add them to the catalogue and don't copy themSo what can I do?Thanks.Kind RegardsRonald

Using latest release as of today. Edit/Find will not find files by Star Rating or File Name. The drop down for file types does not work. No drop down appears when trying to search for a file type. Trying the suggested fixes did not work. Reinstalling does not work. Running Windows 10. Bridge often crashes 

currently use Adobe Bridge 2019how can I still install the older version Adobe Bridge 2020, I currently still have the Mac Os High Sierra 10.13.6 on my MacBookAir 2011.Unable to upgrade the MBA !!!

Hello Adobe Community! I am attempting to assist a person who is troubleshooting an issue he is experiencing using Adobe Bridge. I have searched the community posts and did not find a solve for this. Using CC Adobe Bridge on a iMac connecting to a Windows server via smb:// where the RAW camera files are stored. He selects the folder and the RAW files display in the filmstrip on the bottom of the Bridge window where they are listed smaller number to larger from left to right. He will then select the image from there to Preview it. If it is one he wants to keep, ha makes no changes. If it is one he wants to trash, he marks it with a single star. Then when he has completed the evaluation of the photos in this folder he will select the single star photos so they all show in Preview and trash them from there. The issue he experiencing is that while he is going through this evaluation process in Bridge, duplicate files will start showing up in the filmstrip. I have the latest Mac operating system installed and Bridge 2022 latest version does not open.

I have run into a problem which I can't explain.  I haven't changed anything I am aware of but suddenly I cannot Batch Rename in Bridge unless I save a copy to another folder elsewhere.  This wouldn't be an issue, but then I have to add this new folder with the rename to Bridge, and the old files on my SD card remain unnamed -- just adding a lot of extra work on my end that I have never had to do.  Please see screenshot below to see what my Batch Rename window looks like (Windows 10), Adobe CC.  I have uninstalled, deleted all preferences etc as well as cleared my cache. 

I am updating keywords on files stored on a gate Exeter always hard drive. I have everything backed up on another EHD. Recently I realized that that Copies of same files were not being updated and my keywords stopped traveling. I exported and imported my keyword hierarchical list. I updated to Bridge 9.2. But nothing is working. eould Appreciate any help.

I have just Updated tp Bridge 2020. when trying to batch rename I am unable in Destination Folder section to select, Rename in same folder. The only option availabe is Copy to other folder.I have tried to find help on Google searches but nothing is specific for not being able to select the Rename is same folder button. Except that it should be availabe.I did look into folder permissions to make sure I could read and write to the folder and those permissions are OK.I did close Bridge 2020 and opened Bridhe CC and the Rename in same folder works OK.So the problem is in 2020. I have also Reset the Bridge Preferences. The problem still exist.Help will be appreciated. Thank You.

I want hide only file name but not other infrmation. If I want look only picure I can of course check "thumbnails only". But now be only picture.But I need see labels, rating or other info I choice in Preferences->thumbnails->Details. Can you help me?

I am currently using this script I found elsewhere on Adobe forums. However, doing this function only will stack everything with the raw files on top. I am using a 5D MKIII now and Bridge CS4 can't generate the CR2 previews, so I need JPEGs to see what a file is for general editing. Just wanted to have a small rant about a feature of the Bridge workflow export options which just caused me to waste £300.When I want to print larger than my actual image size my fine art printer recommends changing physical dimensions without resampling. They use a file with lower res but larger dimensions.So I had this layered PSD file which was 112cm x 84cm at about 218dpi and I wanted to upload it to my printers as a flat TIFF. SO I had this workflow set up to export files from Bridge to a print ready file saving them as TIFFS. What I failed to realise is that Bridge is changing the resolution to 300dpi thus lowereimg physical dimensions without me asking it to and without telling me.SO I upload this file whch I have diligently named with the dimensions included so I know which one to upload - 112x84. I upload to my printer and a few days later they send me a beautifully printed and mounted image which is 81x61 cm! When I check the file I sent - lo and behold - its now 300dpi and s

Installed Bridge but just will not start (64bit Windows 10) shows error "The operation could not be completed. Access is denied"Completely removed all Adobe products after running AdobeCreativeCloudCleanerTool.exe  with no improvement. Total reinstall after cleaning Program Files folders and common files but still exactly the same - has anyone any good clues on this ??Thanks 

Cannot get Photo Downloader to see me CFExpress Card with Bridge 2020, 2021, and 2022.  Adobe has not resolved.  Works fine if loaded through LR.

In an attempt to increase the font size, I went into the Preferences and increased the user interface scaling to 200%. It's so huge I can't process photos. So I went back into Preferences and user interface scaling is stuck on 200% and I can't change it back to Auto or 100%. I've tried Ctrl+Alt+Shift, clearing the cache, and disabling the startup scripts but nothing works. How do I get the scaling to change and how can I change the font to something I can actually read whether I'm using my laptop screen or laptop connected to a larger monitor?

Help please.I recently retired and two things changed: I have a new camera (Nikon 7500) and a new (non-work) Adobe Photographers account. I believe everything is up-to-date including ACR but in Bridge I only have previews for jpg files. The filter shows there are Raw files downloaded but I can't open them?What am I doing wrong? 

I was uploading some 200 pictures in raw format this weekend and I noticed I mislabeled the folder they were being exported to. Dumb move on my part, but I changed the file name. I noticed the edit files from Camera Raw were still uploading to the folder, but the photo files themselves. I really need these pictures for a deadline and would love some help on how to find them! 

It says unsupported format. I can convert the same file using Photoshop Elements and other packages.Adobe Bridge displays BMP images quite happily.Adobe Bridge converts JPG files to Tiff format.Does Adobe Bridge not support BMP file conversion?

Hi,today I downloaded photos from the card directly to an external drive, via iMac. In Bridge, as usual, I edited them in Camera Raw. This is how it worked without problems for several years. And then all of a sudden - the files on the external drive (My Book Studio 2 TB) do not appear in Bridge. I disconnected the drive and reconnected it, but Bridge doesn't load it. Finder, Photoshop yes.There is about 99 GB of space on the external disk.M

Hello, 3 days ago i upgraded to Photoshop 23.3.0 and to the latest version of Raw and to the latest version of Bridge 12.0.1.246. I now cannot copy the develpment settings from one adjusted Raw picture to another. I also noticed that I do not see the little adjustemnt icon that would appear in the upper right corner of an adjusted Raw picture. Can any one help? I need to be able to copy adjustements from one Raw picture to many other.Thank you for you helpDamien

I Have removed Bridge from my Widows 11 Laptop and re booted, then reininstalled bridge to se if issue is resolved. It did not Work.When i want to batch renme my files (With I do all the time) on my Windows 11 Laptop non of the dropdown boxes work. On my PC wich is windows 10, it works fine. I believe that there is a conflict between the software of bridge and windows 11.p.s. I did try doing this via lightroom (This does a another layer to my processing witch is not suitable)I need this working ASAPThe I first noticed this about 1 Month ago.

When I import photos from any camera with Bridge Photo Downloader, it duplicates every photo. Each photo comes in as ie.. photo1 and photo1-1. It hasn't always done this. Since all my cameras do the same thing, I don't believe its a camera setting. Additionally, as soon as the Import window opens, my mouse becomes VERY sticky. I can barely move it to pick photos or to another window, where it stays sticky.Unsure what to try, I don't see anything in the Preferences or other settings.I did report it on a pop up Adobe Bridge survey.Regards,Vi
