Bridge

Hola soy  diseñadora  y queria saber si al obtener Bridge podria tener el archivo completo de la revista en 2 equipos diferentes pues seria en la computadora de la oficina y en mi laptop personal en las cuales tenemos diferentes cuentas de adobe. Por otro lado saber si trabaja directo con creative cloud?

I am using Apple Macbook Pro 16" 2019, all my pictures are in Photos application, when I used Bridge before on my Apple Macbook Air it would show all my pictures or albums in preview, and when I clicked I could see the picture in a particular album so that I can select which ones to edit with Photoshop or Lightroom.  Now I can only see the first picture of every album not the rest of them in that album.  It says at the bottom 477 items well I have over 8,000 pictures.  Why is not showing me the rest of them like before?Please help! I don't like exporting pictures to the desktop from Photos and then adding them to Photoshop or Lightroom that's why there is Bridge.

Hi there.I have been experiencing a weird behaviour when importing CR2 photos through Bridge software. After taking new pictures I extract the card from the camera, put it in a card reader in my pc and start the import process from Bridge. If destination folder is C: everything is fine. But if it's my Dropbox folder instead,not all images are imported, some of there are missing,most of times all of them. If I repeat the process again all images are imported correctly. The first time it doesn't work, but the second it does. Don't know why.Things I have tested:-change USB port in my pc for card reader: didn't make any difference.-connect the camera directly to pc and import from Bridge to Dropbox: it worked seamlessly.-copy and paste from camera card to Dropbox folder without using Bridge: it worked seamlessly.Could anybody give me a hand on what's going on?My camera is a CANON EOS 1200D, my card is a SanDisk Extreme Pro 32GB 95MB/s and I'm using a Windows 10 machine.Thank you in advance

Hi, since i updated to 11.0.2.123 on my Desktop Bridge seems extremely faulty and is not displaying thumbnails correctly (thin black border- won't image process to JPEG, just crashes) and it will not apply changes made in camera raw. Is there any reason for this? I have wasted alot of time. While there are no problems with the same files on my lap top running 8.0.1.282, that is not my preferred work space. Any help would be appreciated by myself and my waiting clients, thank you.

This is a first in the 13 years using Bridge. I'm deleting files, and those deleted files are not in the trash.(Mac High Sierra)

Hi!I'm o windows 10 a try to export a JPG with 4 MB to a smaller size - from JPG to JPG. But I always get an error message: "File type not supported".This is how I did it: I rightclick on the image > export in > custom export > same file location, create a unique name, size 1080px / 72dpi. Export panel is open.But the export doesn't start and I get the error message "File type not supported". I cannot believe that JPG ist not supported.Can anyone help, please? 

Transferred my files to a new computer.  Because of the way Win10 works all the folders get new Created dates.  This makes using Smart Collections in Bridge or LrC since there is no Document Type Criteria of Folder.  Bridge must know of the Folder document type since it can be used as a filter.  Why no Document Type Criteria of Folder?  This is critical for me and I will have to keep the old computer just for PS.  And using PS is hte main  reason I got the new computer _ CATCH 22.  How do I submit a request to Adobe to add Document Type of Folder for Collection Criteria?

Hello, Can I uninstall (delete) the old version of Bridge when I install the new version? Will this cause any problems for Bridge? Thank u ! 

I have HeliconFocus on my mac.  From finder I can right click on a tiff file and open with heliconfocus from the list.  However, in bridge when I right click on an image and select heliconfocus it opens a completely different app?I have tried reinstalling bridge and heliconfocus but the behaviour remains the same.  I have also rebuilt the launch services database just in case there was a bug there.  Nothing so far has had an effect.  Its only heliconfocus all the other programs list in the open with drop down list function properly

I just had the recent update I guess if I look at my updates camera raw is at 13.3 right now. If I am not mistaking there's a new functionality integrated in camera raw that opens photoshop when double clicking the thumbnail in the row in Camera raw This function closes camera raw and starts opening photoshop I have just accidentally executed this function for the 15th time because sometimes bridge lags when I try to move to the next image making me double click booting me from the viewer and having me have to terminate photoshop and re open all the images in camera raw. I have to go through 2000 images and I can't get past 100 without opening Photshop 15 TIMES!!! This never happend before and it is absurdly annoying and wasting my time!

All the colours on my pictures are greyed out/muted since updating to the latest version of Bridge. Anyone else having this issue, and did you have to uninstall and install an old version to fix it? I find that my applications crash/don't run well when I'm not on the latest version.

Hello. Working on a RAW file in Bridge if, for example, I’m in the Color Mixer and manually moving the pointer slider arrow in Blue and then use the keyboard Up/Down arrows to make fine adjustments, why will the cursor be in the value box of the color I was previous adjusting (Orange) and not in Blue, the color I’m currently working on? This happens no matter what adjustment I’m working in, whether it’s Exposure, Texture, Sharpening - all of them. If anyone happens to know how to change this, so that the cursor is in the value box of the adjustment I’m currently working on (instead of the previous one) please feel free to share with me as this current is very annoying. Thank you.

This Bridge seems to take ages viewing images and pdfs...... I have to continually  Command+Option+Shift so then it will start working again. Now finding it easier to view as icons in my finder instead. I never had this problem with the previous Bridge? This is becoming a program that I can't really use. Is there something else I can do in my preferences or something to make this program work?     {Thread title edited by moderator}

Using Bridge 11.0.2.123, and Photoshop 22.4.2 on Windows 10 pro 64.  Photos do not always load onto the date taken.  Yesterday I loaded a dozen or so photos taken on 6/12.  I found half in Bridge photo folder 6/12 and the rest in Bridge folder 6/10. This started after loading the latest round of Adobe updates, including 22.4.2 Pshop. Thanks, Bruce

Salve, il mio problema si presenta solo quando lavoro sul notebook, Bridge perde continuamente le impostazioni dell'area di lavoro, qualunque essa sia.In pratica pur selezionando un area di lavoro tra quelle di default o personalizzare, dopo qualche minuto autonomamente ridispone i pannelli come gli pare.

I'm currently unable to upload files to Bridge CC from my Nikon camera.

All software is up to date with latest versions, just suddenly not updating.  Selecting original  RAW image into ACR does show the adjustments, but still not back in Bridge.  Have cleared the cashe & rebooted to no effect.

In the Essentials workplace, I have all of the Filters checked, but only four are displayed. What have I missed? Thank you... Todd

Hey all, I please need some help understanding how I can automate part of my workflow.  I photograph real estate. Each final photo is made of three images merged together. Similar to HDR. Some images are just a single image and need no further editing. Once the initial edit in Lightroom is done, I export and they open in Bridge. I use Bridge to automatically stack them using the capture time. Now I select the stack and have a macro setup with my mouse to perform the task of opening the 'Tools' menu and opening the selected layers in Photoshop as a file. The a certain action runs on the stack that is opened in Photoshop. I may have 40 stacks to do this on. How can get Bridge to automatically stack the files after Lightroom finishes the export. Then open every separate stack as layers in Photoshop. Then Photoshop to run my specified action to align images and set several other layer properties. Thanks in advance for any light you can shed on is query.

Among ten thousand other issues with bridge, which I would ditch in a heartbeat if Affinity had an image browser, Bridge will not let my external hard drives sleep. When I initially experienced the problem, I tried to solve it myself,  to no avail, which prompted a call into customer service. As an aside, I pay almost $700 a year for the creative suite, I call in 1 time for support and I get a bunch of buffoons who are so lost they eventually remote into my iMac and see if they can fix the problem-after 15 minutes of watching my mouse move back and forth across my screen, I ask the CSR "Um, what exactly are you looking for?" response "I'm trying to locate the file that's keeping photoshop from letting your hard drive sleep."  - it's not photoshop, it's bridge, there aren't any files open, no files selected in bridge and I could've one that myself" thanks, click, disconnect. Hi therI am kind of stuck, because Bridge has stalled and I cannot force it down with the interruption tool. I cannot remove it from dock, neither does it disappear when de-installing. I have tried several times to re-install, also with older versions, but it stays in the dock, completely stuck.What to do?PS I have of course also tried to restart my computer....Help is much appreciated!

I have a script that renames files and then passes them across to photoshop. the only problem being that it doesnt update the filenames, so the photoshop script cant open the renamed files.How do i refresh the filenames/ paths of a selection in bridge i see something called refreshInfoset() in the bridge SDK but cant get it working. //this is the thumbnail object im trying to refresh sel1[0].core.immediate.name 

I use Bridge daily for years rarely experiencing an issues. Now it lags and takes way to long to move to a different folder or location. I have uninstalled and re-installed several times. Any advice would be nice. Thank you!
