Hi, I discovered, that in latest release of Bridge (10.1.163, from June 17th 2020) the transparency from any file type (I tried SVG, PNG and PSD) becomes solid black background after exporting to .JPG file. As .SVG files with assigned keywords in Bridge cannot be searched from macOS via Spotlight I need to convert them to any file format that is searchable (for assigned keywords) from macOS via Spotlight. I’m finding it as a serious problem. Is it a common problem or is it specific for my Mac (iMac 27, late 2015 with macOS Mojave, 10.14.6)?

Selecting some files in BR (may vary from 3 till 16) then Merge in PS with HDR PRO, selecting 32bit and Tone in ACR, the resulting file is completely wrong/corrupted, generally under-exposed but also without any color/dinam range absent. What could be happened ? before the update everything works well. Thanks in advace for every kind of help, Regards. 

Good afternoon.I had to reinstall adobe bridge and now it does not rename me the names of the batch files, if I try to copy them into another folder it tells me that I do not have sufficient permissions.It also happens to me that I delete a photo and it continues to appear in the content window, before it was deleted from there.Can you tell me how to solve these problems, thanks

I have a collection of about 8,500 PSD and PSB files, organized in separate directories per date. I recently moved the photos  to a new drive, so I ran "Build and export cache" in Bridge, which took many hours to complete.Unfortunately Bridge seems to be ignoring the cache that it spent so long building. When I click on a new directory for the first time, it generates the thumbnails from scratch. Restarting Bridge doesn't help.I've verified that there is a .BridgeSharedCache directory in each directory, with subdirectories called "256", "1024", "data", and "full". In most cases the 256 and 1024 directories contain small .png files, but in some cases they are empty, even though the parent directory contains photos. Bridge seems to ignore the cache regardless of whether or not the .png files exist. I'm running Bridge 11.0.0.83

Every action I do in Bridge is very slow, I do something and it doesn't respond for a few seconds, and my computer is more than enough to run the programs that work normally, except Bridge.Windows 10i7 7700GTX 1060 6gb16 GB

As I have said before, they made it take longer to crop, as you can't move the box, but must move the subject into it, which may take several drags if its far out.  And you can't modify exposure or anything till you uncrop.  2 steps, where before there were one and the 1st takes longer so multiple times longer to do a series.  So 1 hour of a download may take 3 or more.   So the trash basket was removed.  Before I would highlight a whole column, and keep unselecting the top, going down the line.  Clicking trash would put all below as possible trash, but when I came upon I didn't want to lose, I'd click trash again and all below would not be trash.  Now this doesn't work and by clicking trash on the row and clicking again, then they remain trash.  I couldn't get rid of the trashcan on all of them, and next thing I pressed done, missing cancel and 17 flying Short-eared Owl shots were deleted.  Because I download manually they we

In Camera Raw, I used to be able to edit and then batch save crw files to jpg's. Now I can't seem to be able to save them without opening them all in PS. I only have an option to click done.  Any help appreciated.

I have the latest 2021 bridge and have an up to date 27" imac and catalina software.  At my work, we work with tiff/psd files and we remove the background of the photos so it is just the product we are selling on transparency.  Usually, in bridge, the thumbnauls show the product on white backgrounds (although the background is transparent) but since the last update, i've been getting these weird streaks that go to the right or down  from the product (although it's not in the file itself).  When i select the file i need the streak goes away and when i select antoher file, it usually comes back.  I've tried purging cache and compacting cache to no avail.  Please advise.  Usually i need to look at a lot of product photos all at once which bridge works great at, but this new update is hindering everything.  Due to this being a business computer/situation, i cannot post a screenshot, but if a developer needs a screenshot, i could possibly email you on

Couldn´t find any posts on this and the documentation is a bit cryptic about this.I´ve build a small panel for bridge with a button that should replace some metadata in the xmp files of selected thumbs. Bridge cannot open jpg files on iPhone 11, no previews, no exif data, 0MB file size. The files are actually fine and not corrupted when downloaded and opened by W10.Any suggestions?Thanks a lot

I've just updated to my Bridge in Creative Cloud to v11. Before this when I started my computer, Bridge started up automatically, now since I've updated it dosn't. How can I to set it to start automatially again when I start the computer?Thanks for any helpA Hall

Bridge Download does not show a thumbnail image of Olympus files.  I can download and once downloaded the thumbnail images show when I open Bridge.  The attached image is what I get.

Anyone can help me redownload the 2019 bridge? Im still having same problems with the thumbnails ... I totaly hate this . this is sucks they canot do anythink about it??

the edits I made on camera disappear from the raw preview and are there in the metadata (which I have trouble understanding how to access since I didn’t have this issue before they would just be visible on the raw after)even when the edits don’t “disappear” they don’t show on the raw images when I make a contact sheet which again I was able to do in the past.I was happy that after three times of trying my edits didn’t disappear but when I closed and opened bridge again just now strangely only some of the starred images disappeared again but I realized that the number of xmp files were increased as the starred files disappeared. I tried to convert to dng since the raw wasn't working and the dng files worked (were visible) for like three minutes but have just been showing the dng icon since. there is either a bug or virus with my bridge or I might have messed up some setting please help without knowing which believe me I really don't think so.  

Hello Adobe Community, our Team is currently interested in installing Adobe Bridge on a Windows Server 2016 - Version 1607 with the newest Version currently availaible (v.11). I know it is not really supported to run Creative Cloud Products on Windows Servers but we are able to run the other Products from the Creative Cloud without any Problems on our Servers. The only issue we are having is with Adobe Bridge.The Error states, that we will have to upgrade the System to Windows 10 Version 1903 (Which of course is not possible).We already tried to install an older Version of Adobe Bridge but it does not support our Windows Server Version. I have Screenshots attached for both of these issues. Does anyone know a workaround to get Adobe Bridge working on our Windows Servers ?

Hi, I have this problem where I can't export PSD and PSB files using the export panel in Adobe Bridge, I keep getting unsupported Format error. It worked fine before and I am not sure what is the issue. I have reset the preferences and all of the creative cloud applications are up to date. Thank you in advance!

I downloaded Adobe Bridge (free version) which also downloaded Creative Cloud so i open cloud and open adobe bridge put pictures in there see them but can't do anything more than just view pictures - don't see any way to do minor edits - Have windows 10 64 bit microsoft edge

I'm just starting to use PS again after being away for awhile and just updated everything to 2021.  I'm using a Mac running 10.15.7.I could swear I used to be able to bypass CR and open files directly from Bridge to PS but can't seem to do it anymore.  No matter what I try I always get CR first for all file types.  Am I remembering this incorrecctly ?Thanks for your help in advance.

When editing keywords in Bridge 11 they do not get saved.  This is not an issue with permissions open the files as the keywords are saved if I edit them in Bridge 10.1.1.  The same also applies to image rating.  Does anyone have any suggestions?

Bridge won't include some of my illustrator files when I create a contact sheet using Output. I get the error below. I tried resaving the missing files but it made no difference.

I just did an update for Bridge to V9.1 and now I get a error "unable to use the camera raw plug in. not compatible with this version of bridge. Would love your guidance

Hi there, I installed the new Bridge verison (2021). Folders and subfolders from my external harddisk (LaCie 2big Dock 20TB) fail to load. It works fine with Bridge 2020, so I don't see what is going wrong.Who knows the answer to my problem? I have 177 folders on the external HD. Subfolders not included ...No miniature is coming up ...Thanks a lot!Patrick

Just installed Bridge 2021 and the desktop folder is blank, shows no contents.All the other areas are accessable and show contents except the desktop folder.What the heck?Anyone else experience this?Anyone know how to make the desktop folder ACTIVE?

Some years back I successfully used a couple of startup scripts in Adobe Bridge (pre-CC days) which allowed me to import and otherwise wrangle photo metadata. I'm now trying to do something siilar using Bridge 2021. Specifically I'm trying to install a script  VRA_Export-Import_2_0_2020-01-03 that facilitates the import of metadata from an Excel spreadsheet. I have placed the .jsx file in the startup scripts folder, but after restarting the app I got no prompt to allow the script to run, even though it shows (and is enabled) in the Preferences > Startup scripts window. I am not entirely clear as to how the script should be run from Bridge (Tools?), but in any case I see no sign of it in any of the menus. Can anyone advise whether that script should run in CC Bridge 2021 or whether I'm chasing a lost cause. If that's the case, can anyone recommend alternative solutions? I know Exiftool is an option but from previous experience I find that a bit of a mind bender. Gratef
