3 problems with Bridge today: 1   A few, not many but few thumbnails not showing previews:   I opened in PS, still same .  2  Some have white label.  Bridge often mangles color labels over time and replaced with a generic white, fine, but wont go away even when I select label, no label. how get rid of the white label? 3.  no screenshot need but , most annoying:  Tifs for some reason wont take label, no problem jpegs, dngs, but tifs just wont take a label, worse, when click keypad to add label then jumps to top of the thumbnails. thanks!

So, I've recently switched cameras, I've changed from Nikon D800 to Canon EOS R and now when I am about to transfer pictures from my card to my PC via Bridge, when I click ''Get photos from camera'' standard Photo Downloader window apeears, and then when I click Advanced Dialog to see whitch photo I want to download I dont see my pictures as you can see in the attachment. But when I open the same photos from Bridge directly on my SD card, all photos are fine, I see them perfectly. Does anyone knows what is the problem and how to fix it, because I ofter you this metod to transfer my photos. Thanks in advance. 🙂

Hi all,When I'm whittling images, Bridge has started doing this annoying thing of when I delete an image and then press the forward arrow to look at the next image it then jumps forward two images instead of just going to the next image. I have restarted the programme and the mac too and this has not solved it. I've reset bridge as well. As a professional photographer and long-time Adobe Bridge / Lightroom / Photoshop user, I have ALWAYS been confused by why there is frequently a one+ second difference between the same image file's "Date Created" and "Date File Created."-- I am *NOT* talking about "Date File Modified" --I have searched for the answer to my question online and have not found a satisfactory explanation.I want to Batch Rename my image files according to the exact HHMMSS I pressed the shutter button and thus the file was created, which should take care of the dreaded _ (1), _ (2), _ (3), etc file extensions 95% of the time.Is there an option to Batch Rename according to the mysteriously more accurate "Date FILE Created" instead of the mysteriously inaccurate "Date Created?"Thanks,Scott

Today I updated to MacOS Monterey knowing there would be problems, and here is the first problem: Bridge crashes instead of opening. I looked at some of the previous posts and gave Bridge permission in the System Preferences, but it still crashes when opening. Photoshop 2022 opens normally, however.What to do?   

This is the message I get from the Output Workspace. Sequoia 15.4.1. Bridge 2025, up-to-date. My Home folder is on an external drive, I hope this is not the issue.  

Since I installed the new version (Bridge v15), some of psd files are not displayed anymore. I unistalled the new version and went back in the old one (v14), but the bug persists. 

Since the recent updates I haven't been able to run any batch actions on files from Bridge into Photoshop. Initially it ran the action but didn't open the files so I got errors that the steps couldn't be run because there was no files open. I uninstalled both and reinstalled, Bridge being first then Photoshop after, and now the action dialogue doesn't even open. After un and reinstalling I don't know what else I can really do. thanks in advance.

I use ACR w/ Photoshop 2026. My workflow is to open RAW files from bridge into ACR. Its hard to get a general feel for some images without opening them in ACR and making a few edits. But for images that are open in ACR, is there any way I can save the rating, even if I don't open the image in Photoshop? I may want to come back to the pics later based on rating without opening them in Photoshop.

Hi everyone,I am tearing my hair out because I can't seem to overwrite a metadata file.  I have created a new one and then try to replace and overwrite the previous details, but it still keeps the old camera EXIF data and not the new one which I require.Does this have anything to do with Document Ancestors? Do I have to run some kind of script to get rid of old data? I have been on this for days now and it is getting me frustrated. Hope someone can help. Thank you.Best regards Paul

Each time I open Photoshop the color sync setting I have chosen in Bridge turns off, and all apps revert to emulating an older version of the respective app with CMS deactivated. I have tried to restart Bridge and reset preferences, settings, cache etc. to no avail. Is there a fix for this?

Adobe Bridge can't see or download iCloud Drive files that have not been downloaded to the local drive.I locate the iCloud Drive files in the folder ~/library/mobile documents.Not enough room on my hard drive to store the contents of iCloud Drive. So, iCloud Drive has the files stored in the cloud. Adobe Bridge can't see the thumbnails of the files stored in the cloud (it can see previously downloaded files. If you go to view menu and click show hidden files, files appear and are named as follows: .P1020665.RW2.icloud. The actual name of the file is P1020665.RW2. If you click on the file, it will not download or open.This appears to be a problem with Adobe Bridge. If you try opening a file directly with photoshop, it will download it and open it in Adobe Camera Raw.Has anyone found a way to fix this?

After selecting an image in the content pane so that it appears in the preview pane, pressing one of those keys should immediately apply the desired star rating to the file.Actual Behavior: When an image is selected for the first time, a small "Loading High Quality Preview" banner appears over the image in the preview panel. While the banner is visible, my keypresses to rate the file are ignored, even if pressed multiple times. This means that I have to wait 1-2 seconds on each file so that I can rate it, dramatically slowing down my workflow.Notes: This is not a problem when I use lower-resolution files or a faster computer, as the preview typically loads fast enough that the delay is minimal. The images I am experiencing delay on are ~40mb, 36MP NEF files loaded from disk. I have an i7-7700k and 48gb of RAM.

When I let a photo be processed in Adobe Bridge by a created workflow, the creation date is deleted if I use the JPG file format. If I use the same workflow with the PNG file format, the creation date remains. How is this possible, I prefer to use JPG because of the file size? JPG file Same, but PNG 

Windows 10 on a very souped up custom built for photoshop computer. I use a Canon R5.I used to be able to open Bridge, choose my card reader's DCIM folder and Bridge would begin rendering all the files immediately. It was wonderful because after a few seconds I could start looking through the images and rating them quickly.  Now it only renders each file as I click on it and I have to wait for each one. I have selected:Preview size: embedded (fastest)preview quality: standardpreview generation: always generateI have not selected: always generate 100% preview Is there a setting somewhere I need to change? 

The Trash in Bridge in infuriatingly broken. I had never understood the reject files option. What is the keystroke to do that, and where to the reject files go????Can I make a folder myself and control that. Thanks.

Hello everyone!There has been a very useful modular export tool in Bridge for some time now.However, I noticed that it is still missing several file formats that would be really useful to add, like PSD and WebP for example.
