Bridge

Not sure why, but since my latest update Adobe Bridge freezes consistently, is extremly slow. Its obvioiusly a serious performance issue, but I cannot tell why this is. The old versions where all working fine.  This is latest Bridge under Windows 11.  Any ideas?

Any files that have that use and alias are not showing on Bridge.  I have v.14 and have purged the cache.  Please see the screen capture and advise how I can fix it.  

I've downloaded old .NEF files off of my Google Drive and imported them to the most recent version of Bridge 2025. The files are set to Read and Write and are located in my iCloud Drive. When I try to export them as DNG or any other file, they do not export and show as "Error Files". I've cleared cache, restarted computer, force quit Bridge, reinstalled Bridge, no change. Camera Raw and Photoshop are up to date. I literally can't do anything with these files. The file previews do not load and when I click on the preview it turns into a NEF thumbnail. Live support was no help and the conversation was closed before the issue was solved.2018 Macbook Pro, Sequoia OS. 

In Bridge, the Date Created field no longer shows AM or PM after the time information, as shown below. How would I fix this? 

Seit dem neue PH 2020 ist meine Bridge extrem langsam geworden. Dh wenn ich eine Datei mit ca. 200 RAWs öffnen möchte dauert es mehrere Minuten bis sich die Miniaturen aufgebaut haben obwohl ich bereits die Option "Eingebettete bevorzugen" eingestellt habe. Cache habe ich auch schon geleert. Gibt es hier Abhilfe? Sollte ich die Bridge neu installieren? Gruß Gerd

I updated to Bridge 2024 this morning, now I can't rotate any image previews (clockwise/counter-clockwise). The files are .NEF, I haven't had this issue with them in the past. I'm on a Mac Ventura 13.5. Things I've tried so far:-Tools>Cache>Purge Cache for Folder-Settings>Cache Management>Purge 100% Previews in Cache and Purge All Local Cache Files-Resetting preferences upon startup for Bridge-Restarting my Mac-Giving Bridge 2024 full disc access in my Mac preferences-Tried to give files and folders access in Mac preferences as well, weirdly Adobe Bridge 2024 is greyed out. This might be because it is already granted full disc access(???). Further information that could be relevant: I sometimes have the issue in Bridge where I can't create new folders (seemingly randomly), but after doing the above the folder button is currently working. Unfortunately it did nothing for the rotation button. Photoshop 2024 is also not recognizing the .NEF files (again, ne

I'm on an M2 Pro MacMini running Ventura 13.5 and the Photo Downloader will not open when an sd card is connected to a card reader or when my X-T5 is connected directly. Clicking on the Downloader icon does nothing, it is set to open when a camera is connected in preferences. I can bypass the Downloader by selecting "import from device" from the file menu, but this is not ideal.  Resetting preferences does nothing. Any clues? 

Anyone else having issues with Bridge 14.1.1 crashing on launch? I'm using OS Sonoma 14.3.1

Mac Mini 2018 Ventura. Bridge 15.02

I'm a jr. network administrator and I have multiple users of Bridge 2025 running MacOS Sonoma reporting that when they load Bridge, all of their SMB network drive mappings disconnect.  (SMB maps are connecting to Windows servers).  Inversely, when they have Bridge already operating and try to (re)connect a network drive, Bridge crashes out.  There are no error messages in Console, and no popups or anything on screen stating a problem, just things closing/disconnecting.  This issue occurrs whether the comptuers are using ethernet cables or wireless, in-office or remote. I'm told Bridge used to be able to read those network drives, and I'm told this started happening when they updated to 2025," but 1 the system is auto-updating Adobe software, and 2 the team involved didn't report the issue until it had been ongoing for apparently several months, so I can't point to a specific update.  However, since this issue is applying to all our users with that Bridge20

I have just had a problem with my PC (now running W11....it was W10 until changed to W11 to try to resolve the problem). Eventually my PC was reset resulting in all apps including PS and Bridge being reinstalled. It turned out to be a corrupted hard drive, which couldn't be resolved / repaired, so have had a new drive installed. Now when I try ro rename a file in Bridge, I get the error message: "invalid type conversion". I have never had this problem before. I have tried resetting Bridge preferences, as suggested by web searches, but this has not helped. This renaming problem only occurrs in Bridge.Can anyone help please.

When is this application going to be sorted into something usable?I installed Bridge 2025 and it opens. As soon as I click on anything to navigate it comes up with the message 'Not Responding'Have tried myriad things to get it to work.The only thing that gets it workable is deleting the Bridge 2025 folder in Roaming Data.That lasts for one session. Re Open Bridge and guess what?'Not Responding'Seriously,Fix the program or delete it from your inventory.Thanks

Surely there are a few thinking the same thing. Having worked in Photography for over 10 years and more recently in video for the last 5 years I feel completely let down by Adobe and the quality drop. Despite running all apps to best practice on machines that are kitted to perform the ongoing issues across the adobe programs are horrible. The amount of lost time waiting for the programs to respond makes it almost impossible to work on as someone who charges for their time. I've already transitioned away from premiere and AE for video but can now no longer keep my photo workflow as it's just not sustainable. I can't be the only one!Adobe bridge 

I'm having a problem in Bridge where every time I try to batch rename I get a ^SEQN^ error in the images I tried to batch rename. I've attached two screenshots of the issue. If anyone has any idea how to fix this that would be great.

On Windows 11 pro Version 10.0.26100 Build 26100 Bridge Beta 26.5 and on previous versions if I run "reflection removal" and there are no reflections detected my Graphics Procesor is disabled.  If this happens I must close Bridge and start over again.  Is there any remedy for this?  The error message says "unable to remove reflections there was an unknown error"  Then from Camera RAW " The graphics processor has encountered an unrecoverable error. Due to a run-time error GPU accelleration has been disabled for the remainder of the session"NVIDIA Quadro P600 is my GPU acceleratorAny help?

For my purposes, I need exactly square images. Luckily Bridge lets me sort by orientation or even more precisely by aspect ratio. However, Bridge is not exact, and has a tolerance for images that are close to square, but are not actually square, that it will filter into the square category. I have not found a way to make the filter be exact, nor have I found what the tolerance is. My preference would be no tolerance, but there is no way to edit this in the preferences, let alone find out what the tolerance is before it starts listing the image as portrait or landscape. This is also true of aspect ratio, and while it is slightly less reasonable to list every exact ratio, I would still like to be the one setting that option rather than not having any option or insight into what the exact cross-over point is. As an example, this image is listed as both square and 1:1. When im using the mouse scroll wheel, to scroll through a Bridge window, the scrolling is not smooth, its kinda choppy. No matter how slow and gently i slide my finger on the pad or magic mouse, the scrolling movement is not slow. Is this a matter of some setting?

BridgeからCameraRawでRawデータの加工を実施し、jpegに書き出ししてBridgeを終了した後、もう一度Bridgeを起動しようとしても起動できません。タスクマネージャーで見ると、バックグラウンドタスクとして残っています。これを終了させるとBridgeを起動できるようになります。 この状況は必ずではなく、たくさんのデータ、或いは長時間操作していた後に多いように感じています。 Bridgeのバージョンは、2021,2024,2025、OSはWindows11です。原因と対策をご存じの方いらっしゃいましたら教えてください。

After processing RAW data with Camera Raw from Bridge and exporting it to JPEG, I cannot restart Bridge after closing it. When I check the Task Manager, I see that it remains as a background task. If I end this task, I can start Bridge again. This issue doesn't always occur, but it seems to happen more often after handling a large amount of data or working for a long time. The versions of Bridge I am using are 2021, 2024, and 2025, and my OS is Windows 11. Does anyone know the cause and solution for this problem?

Adobe Bridge does not seem to be capable of viewing or previewing .mov video files that were recorded on my Nikon Z6III camera. These are not files from iOS, but from a Nikon camera. Bridge only displays a thumbnails with a play icon in it. The videos are 4k 30P format.Lightroom does not have any issues and nicely lets me play these movies and shows me a proper preview thumbnail.All apps are latest versions as of today.Is there any way of enabling Bridge to view these files as well?Windows, Lightroom Classic, Bridge

I am having an issue using bridge where it wont generate thumbnails for 4k .mov files. Bridge opens with an Error Window - you click ok and it closes the app. I have removed the app via CC account and reinstalled - cleared cashes and preferences. Still the same. Any ideas?

I have a large NAS server with all my photo projects stored. I use Bridge to view, sort and rate photos in my projects. My server is not the fastest (I prioritized safety), so when I work with a project, I copy it to my local machine and do what I have to do, and put it back on the server afterwards.But sometimes, instead of moving all files back and forth, I want to just move the ratings and labels, which may have been the only things changed. But how do I do that. Where is this info stored, and how can I export it? 

I'm using multiple workstations on the same network, sometimes on the same Adobe account, sometimes different accounts.  I'd like my Bridge lables and ratings to transfer between machines. Is there a way to share labels and ratings?
