I can't find any of my projects that I've been working on

Major bug: can't edit video as it stops at 10sec, the play button shows a loading sign. Same for other team members, when I export it stops at 10 sec

The screen stutters every time I select / deselect something, because the menu tab opens/closes/refreshes and at some point is a slightly different width.

Nicht sicher, ob das nur bei mir der Fall ist, allerdings sind animierte Seitenübergänge ("Gleiten", "Auflösen") bei mir sehr holprig, die Animation beginnt gut, allerdings kommt bei "Auflösen" gegen Ende ein richtiger "hard cut", quasi ein Blinker, nachdem dann die Folgeseite des Videos kommt. Bei der Animation "Gleiten" kommt dafür gegen Ende statt dem alten Video im Hintergrund plötzlich ein großer, breiter, weißer Balken zum Vorschein, welche ebenfalls wie ein "hard cut" plötzlich gegen Ende der Übergangsanimation des Videos zur nächsten Seite auftaucht. Sowohl bei der Desktop-Version von Adobe Express, als auch beim final heruntergeladenen Video. Die eingestellte Dauer der Übergangs (1 Sekunde, 3 Sekunden etc.) ändert bei diesem Problem ebenfalls nichts.

My projects keep getting hung and it will tell me to refresh and everytime i refresh, it does nothing and loses my project. This has only been happening today and very very very frustrating I can't get anything done.

I've just spent about 40 minutes creating two versions of a simple holiday openhouse invitation, and another 40 minutes trying to figure out how to download or print the file so that I can distribute it to my neighbors and friends. I can't find a way to do it..."share a link with everyone" seems to require people to have an Adobe Express account and downloading the file and emailing it to myself is creating some strange Outlook file that appears to just be the Adobe logo. I'm disappointed and frustrated that I've wasted my time and will now go back to doing it in Word the way I usually do. Please let me know if this an operator error.

I can't drag layers this morning using Adobe Express with Chrome. I've refreshed, quit, restarted and still not working. Issue is not present in Safari so I've switched to that browser for now but Chrome is my default browser.

I have a design file which includes a number of content in different sizes. For the past 2-3 weeks I am unable to open the file - it stays on loading page for approx 15-20 minutes then comes up with an error page and requests me to refresh. Have done this multiple times over multiple weeks and still can't open

Hi there, I uploaded a custom font in the branding section of Adobe Express. Its uploaded and I also can select it the fonts selection when I want to change the font in a document.Unfortunately not all the letters are shown correctly, so the font is not working properly. Any suggestions what we should do that this custom font is usable in Adobe Express?sunny regards,Markus

A função remover fundo pressente no Adobe Express não está a funcionar. Ontem quando fazia upload da imagem, aparecia logo cortar para depois fazer o download. Hoje simplesmente dá a mesma imagem só que em .png

I generally get a little pop up menu to delete or edit items but now when I click the three dots it just opens up the item. I can't delete it, which is what I wanted to do.
