At times the Download of Files in the as PDF doesn't work. The program loads fully before a error message appears (see attachment).

I am trying to download my project but it either doesn't finish or says "download failed"

i can't download the file , i have been two days trying to download a file , my connection is great . please i need help here

Why are all of my downloads blurry and pixelated?? The only file that downloads clear is a PDF but will not convert properly to PNG or JPG properly on my mac. I had this issue a few months ago, stepped away from this program, and then came back only to get incredibly frustrated. There is no way for me to export my projects, and it will not allow me to link my instagram and post directly from adobe.... so like.... what am I supposed to do?

My MP4 export is not working. I have tired downloading different sizes, splitting up the file into a smaller ones, and it just stops at 20%.

Says something went wrong and ask to refresh or go back home I cant open my file which has taken me a week to perfect?

Again Video has Crashed.

Elements not loading. Everything else is working.

my file has gone missing from my student account, and I cannot find it, although it appeared to be saved. This is a school assignment worth 25% of my grade.

i subscribe to download i transparent png but don't have the option

I just got a new Pixel8 from Google and Adobe Express is showing SEVERAL bugs! It doesn't export animations, the color picker disappeared, zoom is missing too... Why you don't fix these issues?! I worked several year with you, since Adobe Spark, on my old iPhone... now that I changed my mobile to Android I'm having all these problems... Please, work on these asap!And when I can share my projects through accounts again?! Go guys! You can do it! Don't let me down!Thanks! 

I am trying to make a presentation using adobe express for my presentation to coworkers about why they should use adobe express in their classroom and it is not working 😞 I keep getting error messages and I can not figure out how to preview my slideshow. I just want it full screen or to be able to go into a "present" setting and it has no options that I can find. Basically I can't actually use it for my presentation. I have wasted so much time trying to figure it out its making me sad 😞 Errors popping up include but not limited to not being able to load templates at this time, not being able to insert video, and actual presentation disappearing to a gray screen.

When I click the 3 dots on a recent project at the bottom of the screen, it opens the project rather than giving me options to delete it etc.

When I export a project file as a PNG, it frequently adds this white line to the bottom of the image. There is no white line in the editor, the background image even extends far below the canvas just in case it only added a single pixel or something. This doesn't happen to all PNGs, but it when it does happen, changing the image and exporting again doesn't change the white line..

Hi there, I've used the software before and it removed all the white background before but now it's still there not removing the background at all

When I upload an image to resize, it used to resize the image to a specific dimension and fit the edges of the image to the page. Now, it is cutting off parts of the image when I go to resize it exactly as before. For some background info, I am resizing something to new dimensions to scale it down by 5x. My images are 5x the size of the page and I scale down to fit to an 8.5x11. Since my ratio is the same, I don't understand why recently my images are being cutoff. Thanks!

Every time I try to download my image, I keep getting the error "We're working on your file. You'll be able to download it soon.". It is also not saving my image either.

Can't upload the video, reardless of changing different files.

as of yesterday I haven't been able to create through Adobe express - O't wont allow me to upload onto the platform or edit.

La funcion de busqueda tiene errores con algunas palabras o etiquetas, la ultima fue al buscar "diciembre". Los elementos del resultado empiezan a sufrir transformaciones en escala. Replicacion del problema: En el menu principal elegi la opcion: 1 - Redes sociales -> Instagram -> Reels 2 - En el buscador de plantillas escribi "diciembre" Nota (1): La imagen no muestra el problema si no el area del problema. (No pude subir un video) Nota(2): Este problema me ha surgido con otras palabras y otros menus como "Multimedia" o "Elementos", en otras palabras, cualquier lugar con busqueda.

Adobe Express has been unusable since 2 days ago. The creator tools and UI are not loading. I have tried using Brave, Safari, Arc, and Orion browsers, and turned on and off my VPN and DNS apps to no effect. Please resolve it quickly because I am considering whether to sub to the new Express or Canva.
