Bug Reports

The software is overloading my computer. Whenever I start making a webpage, video, or even open up the website, my laptop begins lagging in CRAZY. I believe it's from the complex structure with some of the updates you made. My computer is heating up rapidly, and I am unable to successfully use the software. Please fix this as I see the problem only occurs with Adobe Express. Thank you.

以前は画像の置き換えを指定すると、ファイルが表示されサイズ変更もせずに置き換えが出来ていましたが、現在は表示されず、メディアから写真ファイルを呼び出し、サイズを変更している状態です。

When I select an image from media, I just get a grey box. This has been happening a lot over the past few weeks.

Cannot download files

When I zoom in to see my design better it won't let me move the document side to side. I can only move it up and down, only allowing me to see the middle of my document. Before I could use the arrows at the bottom of my keyboard to see all of my document.

On the Connections Settings page there are no icons, or links to add social media accounts. Is there a bug, or problem with that page?

Als je inzoomt op een afbeelding is het niet mogelijk om te scrollen waardoor je niet onderaan of bovenaan de afbeelding geraakt om wijzigingen te doen.

I have tried to reconnect my facebook account/refresh my facebook token several times and it just isn't working. see attached screenshots. Am i doing something wrong? Hope you can help Damian

Followed the steps weeks ago and didn't work and just tried again. Fails to connect every time.

When I open Adobe Express I am unable to use any of the functionality except for viewing previous creations. I have read online that this is an ongoing issue. Has your team been able to find a resolution for this yet?

Når jeg forsøger at downloade som pdf siger den fejl når man når de 90%???

I've just starting using Adobe Express and none of the media (video, images etc) load in thumbnail view. When I try and add one of the Adobe Stock images, I get the message that thje "File is not compatible". I can upload my own images but these also do not display as thumbnails, although they are visible when I add them to the canvas. I have an Adobe Express Premium subscription and am working on a Windows laptop. I've tried Chrome and Edge as well as using Incognito mode but no luck. Can some help?
