I tried to share a presentation with another teacher, but the teacher cannot open it, it just spins. Also, last year, I could embed a presentation into Canvas so students could make a copy of it to edit, but now I cannot do that. Our tech team has been trying to fix it, but nothing seems to work. Please help! I need students to be able to access the presentation.

I do not have the option to share my library of templates as a public link. I do not want to invite individuals to be able to download my template. I want to allow students to access the template so they can make modifications and customize. Before the recent update in August, I could share my library with templates easily with one link to students. I tried sharing through Google classroom also, but it only allows the students to view. Not save to edit their own copy.

Hi guys, I'm having issues when saving a project as a PDF. Some of the graphics are duplicated, smaller, and layered over one another in the top left corner of the PDF. Not having this issue when saving as JPEG or PNG, but need the quality of PDF.  Have tried downloading the file on several different browsers, in incognito mode etc. Have also checked these "layers" don't exist on the work itself. How do I fix this?  

Projects from the previous Adobe Express when converted are only showing as 1 page. The other pages are missing! Even when downloaded the project is a sinle image of the first page. how can i access the other pages of my project? Please tell me the rest of my project is not lost!

I have created a Project using Adobe Express but when I am downloading it, I am not able to Download. It keeps saying download, but again I am not able to Download.

No option to replace pictures once you set up the grid. I've looked at the video guide provided in Support and 'Andy' is clicking an option under the image that doesn't appear on my account. I am testing out creating video with images slide show. On download i see notification of download but its not in my folder.

I use Adobe Express via my Creative Cloud subscription. In the Brand Library, I see the option to add a custom font but whenever I click on it, it only opens the font list. When trying to drag and drop the fonts in, it only redownloads the font instead of uploading it. How can I add the fonts?

The option to export with a transparent background is not available

If I try to open an AI file that I've uploaded to edit it Illustrator hangs on downloading the image and I have to force quit the app.

This started happening after the recent update. It looks fine on the screen and then after I export the file for use, the logos/images are all pixelated. I've never had this issue before. What is different now? Is there a preferred file format for imported images/logos now? I tried to export in different ways and that didn't work either. Is anyone else having this problem?

When I create a Firefly render and go to the option to open in Adobe Express. Express loads the page but no image is shown

I tried the text-to-image feature and like a few generations. I hit the download button but missed the modal popup regarding format and confirmation. Needless to say I generated a handful of ideal compositions that are now lost. User error for sure but not without blame for a lack of generation history, something that is common in every other text-to-image service.

This new update is soooo glitchy. Everything is way slower now.

The older version had a simple to use function that created automatic collages from a set of photos. That functionality was replaced with a much clunkier version that is difficult to use and modify.

The resizing while working on project is horrible. When editing the entire work area shifts causing the inputted work to be shifted.
