I dont like this new update. it was better before IMO. I need a completely transparent background. The background becomes transparent, but there is still a solid white color behind the text Im trying to create. This is really frustrating because it came out perfect before the update with everything transparent. Now I cant update this image to my website because there is a solid white color behind the text. Doesnt look good and not what I need. I was able to do it before. Please advise.

I have been trying to make a graphic using Adobe Express, but every time I go to download or open a file that I have already created, it doesn't load or crashes

Hello, my supervisor shared the brand he created but Adobe Express will not allow me to use the fonts. I've tried uploading the fonts myself but it says I need to be a premium member (which I am). How can I upload the fonts? Thank you!

Hi, unfortunately we are experiencing problems with the new verison of Adobe. We are no longer able to save or download which is causing us great problems. Can you advise if this is a known problem and if so, when you anticipate a fix? Thanks

All new.express.adobe.com webpages coming back with 500 error when attempting to publish.

So when the old version of Express and the new version combined, it brought my files from the old version BUT now when I try to open them to edit them they won't convert. It says "Sorry, something went wrong". I am devastated.

When you click on Share, Schedule Post, and then exit the Scheduling dialog box without posting, it redirects you to the "schedule page" and when you go back to your project, it disappears and you lose all of your work.

When I open the file, it tells me it is converting and then that I don't have access to the files. I recently made the copy for desktop.

I am using the dynamic text feature in a flyer and when I download the text, it does not show up in pdf.

Since the new version of adobe express launched, I haven't been able to remove the background from images I have imported. When I hover over the remove background button, I get the message "use this feature once this image has processed". The image appears with a warning triangle in the top left corner (attached). Advise greatly appreciated.

I can't download my slideshow, and I paid for Adobe Express and Creative Cloud... keep getting error notices.

Doing a test multi page social post project and the images keep disappearing. They’re on the page but the image isn’t visible in the object.

Wont let me verify my email in order to share the document, just keeps saying there's a problem.

We use Express to create reports and still do not have access to apply our brand.

I cannot type an emoji as before

No matter how I try to open an image/ project, I get "Hang tight, we're opening your project..." and then that's it, forever, it never loads no matter how long I leave it there. I'm updated to the latest version on mobile iOS, I pay for premium, I'm on reliable wi-fi, other programs work, but I sure would like to be able to access the images in here. Help? Thanks. 

You can no longer change the length of the arrow icon. You can make it bigger, which blows it up, but you cannot drag out the length of the arrow only without making the arrow huge. This was an old feature on the old version of express. Is this a bug? Or did you make a mistake in getting rid of that feature?

I spent time talking to one of your reps today. they asked me to follow the steps in the chat, I did. I only have one file in my your stuff folder. Where are my projects! Help please!

J'ai créer mon CV grace à Acrobat Express et je viens de rouvrir l'application quelques mois après. Je me suis rendu compte que le texte n'apparait pas, même s'il est bien présent (du moins les zonens de texte) et je n'ai aucun moyen de le modifier. Je ne trouve pas le paramètre pour modifier la couleur du texte.Lorsque j'exporte le document en pdf, par exemple, le texte réapparait mais dans tous les cas, il m'est  impossible de modifier ce document.Avez vous déjà observé ce type de bug ?Avez vous une solution ?Je vous remercie.Bien cordialement.Olivier

since the new version i cannot delete just parts of my project. even when i add something i cannot delete it. when i hit trash it deletes my whole project!

I can't find the button to replace shapes on the site. I found the button for replacing images, but there doesn't seem to be one for icons. The only ones I see are lock, duplicate, and information. Any ideas where to look?

Please help me find my school newsletter. I have had a couple years of newsletters on Adobe Spark and now they are not there
