Upload option not available

Hi, Since the transition to the new version of Adobe Express, I don't see the possibility to upload fonts. After clicking the menu button brands (branding), I can only choose from a list of existing fonts. Drag and drop doesn't work either. Is there any way to get our font back into the system? Thanks!

Experiencing an error/ crash when duplicating any element.

Hi there. I've downloaded a font on Creative Cloud, but it is not showing up when I look for it in Adobe Express. Did I miss a step?

Hi there! It seems that all our templates are gone. I'm following the walk through to "move files" and don't see any of them.

Det har alltid gått veldig treigt å bruke adobe express, men etter denne nye versjonen kom er det helt ekstremt! Jeg får nesten ikke til å bruke det fordi det går så tregt. Jeg har en ganske ny MacBook Pro så det er ikke maskinen min, og jeg må ha mulighet til å ha andre nettsider oppe selv om jeg bruker denne. Er det et gjennomgående problem eller er det noe som foregår til meg? Det er ingenting annet som er tregt på min maskin. Det ta litt tid å starte opp Adobe programmene som InDesign og Photoshop, men det er jo store program så det forstår jeg, og de er ikke trege å bruke, men det har Express blitt.

I am trying to kick off a student club using the templates from last year, but I cannot find them.

I am not able to create anything on any project. This is so frustrating. I can't add or edit.

my video will not load!!! I need to listen to the voiceover and everything seems to be loaded but it keeps on saying it needs to load

The ability to "design" and have the app create different versions of a graphic is missing, and is KEY to my use of this app!

my previously created files won't pull up. When I select the Your Stuff icon, it looks like it will load the files then comes back blank. These files are critical and need to retrieve asap. I have premium therefore not sure what the issue is. Please advise

Your update is cool and all and adds many much needed features but it has made my templates from the prior version hard to work with and has disrupted my workflow.

I have created my logo that I want with the images I had and some I picked from the site but it will not let me download the PNG. Its giving me an error code saying I can't you images.

When I try to open some of my files/projects that I've been working on they now send an OOPS! alert stating, "conversion for this file can not complete, but you can download." please assist as I need these projects updated/edited for my business and to recreate them would be too difficult and take weeks to achieve. I upgraded to the creative plan but it still will not let me download premieum images in my thumbnails.

I try to edit the text of a pin I had done some months ago but I don't find a way to select or to type something new in inside the text box. The box is not locked.

I cannot access my old files from Adobe Express in the New Adobe Express. The option to import stuff in my files doesn't exist, I can't download them from the cloud, and I couldn't convert them from the old Express and only ever got an error message (I can't even get to the old Express anymore.) The chat customer service has been thoroughly unhelpful and I am potentially going to have to recreate all my files from scratch if this isn't fixed

Hello, I am getting a message that the storage is full but it is empty. what shold I do?

When I try to download and print my flier, it says it cannot download due to paid content. I have a paid account through my school district.
