old files will download, anything created after 5/22/24 will not download

Every time you interact with an element in Adobe Express the menu on the left side of the screen tries to open to the applicable editing tools. The issue with this is that as you're trying to grab different objects to arrange them on the page the menu is continuously trying to open and close which is also shifting the work area, making it very hard to move elements as needed. I'll attach a video to show what I mean. I think opening and closing the menu should be a manual option. It should stay closed until you re-open it. This would make using the application way more friendly, and would reduce my frustration by a million percent. 

When opening any Adobe Express document it is showing me below dialog. Looks like app has stuck in a cycle. See the attached video. Why is it showing same dialog again and again to me ?

I created an invoice and I want to download it as a PDF. It downloaded a few hours ago but now it won't download. I cleared my entire history, cache and cookies but it's still stuck on 90%. 

When trying to import a photo into a project the app resets, but it does not import the photo. I have tried PNG and JPEG

Hello, I am running Adobe Express here on my iPad 10 IOS 18, in the latest versin of express. I am unable to upload photos to my pages anymore. I was able to do this previously and now I am not. I tries looking at other comments but nothing seemed to help. I have the newest version of everything. Whenever I try to upload a picture, it just refreshes my page and nothing uploads. I use express for my business as my only platform of graphic design so I would really like to figure this out asap.

I cannot move shapes by dragging them anymore, and I cannot size them either.  They can be moved with Shift - Arrow but not by dragging.  This is in both Safari and Chrome.  And it's been a couple of weeks now, GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER!!! 

Ow my god!! All my text suddenly is gone in our created magazine 90 pages+ How is this possible??!!  What kind of bug is this? How can this be solved?? We worked 2 months on this magazine, and now.... nothing left.

I was trying to upgrade adobe wxpress on iphone ios 18 and in the process lost my files. Help. Please. 

I have no "pages view" or whatever you call it today (the grid showing all pages in a document). I already hated the recent change that made this not the default view. I just see the current page, and the only way to switch between pages is to use the arrow button to scroll through them. Browser, Chrome and Firefox, Apple Sequioia.

I have a 1.2 second clip that I am trying to remove the background of and when I upload it on the web app on my laptop (Mac OS 10.15.7, Firefox 123.0 [64-bit]) the Remove Background feature is greyed out. I have tried re-uploading it to no avail. I have tried waiting a few minutes to see if it just needed more time to process to no avail. I closed the project, exited the app, and re-opened the project, but a loading circle appears in the upper right hand project window and remains circling indefinitely. I tried signing in and re-uploading the video on a different browser (Chrome 121.0.6167.139 (Official Build) (x86_64)) and the exact same thing happened. I pay for this service so it is not blocked b a paywall. Please advise.

This font style is now no longer an option. The rest of the Future PT family is still there, including Demi  Oblique.

It is normal when editing, but downloading images randomly degrades the image quality.

I can’t download recently created visuals as this notification shows up, even though I'm an Adobe Express Premium Member. Would very much appreciate some help as I cannot use the assets I created. Bonjour, depuis que j'ai la nouvelle version Adobe Express sur mon iPhone, en plus d'avoir perdu des créations, je n'arrive plus à télécharger de PNG avec fond transparent... J'ai bien sûr supprimé l'arrière blanc afin qu'il soit vide, et choisi l'option PNG transparent lors de l'enregistrement, mais au final j'ai quand même un fichier avec fond blanc.Quelqu'un a trouvé une solution?merci!

Long time user.  Suddenly on both my iphone and iPad, if I try to start a project by uploading an images it looks like it's uploading but the project opens with a blank page.  I tried deleting and reloading the app.  Same thing.  If I start with a template and then try to upload a local image, the same thing happens.  It's no longer letting me use images on my local photos app.

The worst thing I ever did was switch over now I can no longer put photos in photos add squares rectangles text I can't put shapes or icons in memes and photos anymore, Using just my iPhone anyhow that's it 🤚

Hi! My desktop app and web app are not syncing or showing everything properly in my brands. Whenever I create a new subgroup or add new things in either medium (web or desktop), they don't show up on the other... And this isn't just a one day issue, it's been like this for months. Every day I wake up and try opening up my web app and desktop app and everything is not exactly the same.

When I open an existing project to edit, it crashes with the "Aw Snap" message. Please help. Thank you.

Trying to add an image from my phone to my project and the app just reloads and the image is not placed. I have tried re-installing and logging out and back in. Also tried changing the file and still no luck. 

Been trying to add an image to the canvas as I've always done: by dragging to the canvas, by using the Add menu, and by replacing an image that's already on the canvas. I get a gray rectangle. Too many basic features are incredibly buggy now. What's going on? I LOVED this product, and it's a constant nightmare to use now between these fails and the unhinged and unintuitive frequent changes to the UI. Seriously, who asked for this behavior:Add an image to the canvasDrag the imageAdobe Express selects a second image and drags both the newly added image and that second image WHY. Who would expect anything other than dragging the image they just added? Do you guys even test your own software? 

I've update Adobe Express. The Local Brewery font has disappeared! What happened ?
