I am searching for items related to Rev. Martin Luther King Jr.  I am confused by the imagery available in templates/backgrounds/elements. I am not sure I'd be putting the American Flag together with MLK Day considering why we celebrate this day, but it is all I am getting. I'd let it go and use another option if I could find one. Could there be more variety here? Thanks. 

When I try to shape an image with rounded corners, it does not make any changes. The corners remain rectangular. The other shapes are working properly.  I have tried it on Firefox and Chrome, but it doesn’t work in either.

Hi,I went ahead and updated the Adobe Express app to the latest version and now one of my projects has mysteriously gone missing. All of my other projects are still available, but this specific one is gone. What's more infuriating is that this specific project is one that I use on a regular, since I'm a part of a discord-server and make images where I've created a template that I can just shove around minor parts in. I've checked in the cloud and everything, but the project is nowhere to be found. I've also tried to log in on the site on my computer and it's still gone. I'd gladly appreciate some help on this!

I have been browsing the wide selection of 'Instagram Square Post' templates and favorited a bunch of them but now there's no way for me to access them? How can I find this collection of favorited templates? Is anybody else having this problem?(Chrome on Windows 11 Laptop, happens every time) 

Hola, ya tengo 3 meses con el paquete de Adobe y quise probar el Xpress, pero lamenteo informar que es muy lento, tiene mucha capacidades y hasta creo que mas que Canva, pero lamentablemente es muy lento, cosa que no me pasa con Canva y eso me causa estrés y ansiedad. Qusiera que me informen si solucionan ese problema ya que yo creo que este software tiene mucho potencial y más que yo hago contenido para tiktok. Entonces les ruego que me avisen si solucionando o me pueden decir como puedo solucionar el problema. Gracias

App keeps crashing or freezing when inserting objects and when using the other features. Also very slow. Has crashed 3 times. I've searched for app updates many times and there is none right now. I've restarted app and phone both. This just started today. Clearly an app issue as all other apps on my phone are working properly.

Hi Team Today i got purchase my premium version Adobe Express, but when i try to use Generative AI Template, system doesn't landing the page and unable to put my Prompts.  Its landing to the same page.

For some reason my Facebook posts in scheduler will not schedule even though it says it is connected. Every time I try to reconnect it and it says it's connected, but it always says "post failed."

As an Adobe Creative campus, we'd started encouraging teachers to move to Express presentations  (vs MS PPT) as a quick and relatively simple part step away from just relying on PPT.  Central updates being pushed out, better UI/UX and sizing in our LMS using iframe share (than PPT file uploads) being the main positives. Express presentations (bundled into an Express project and shared with the whole program team) were then each iframed into our LMS courses using the iframe/share function in Express (we use Canvas). This was all working well until late December 2024 when everyone viewing the Express iframed content started being prompted to sign in to Express to fully view the relevent content. UI/UX was severly impacted in Chrome and Edge desktop browsers tested to date (even when the "continue as guest" option was chosen). Edge being the worst to date with the persistent white banner on the RHS you cannot get rid of without signing in and that impacts a studen

We kindly ask you to implement proper RTL language support. It has been a frustrating experience to have to seek turnarounds /tricks to properly edit RTL posts. Thank you.

My native language is Portuguese. When creating a prompt that includes inserting Portuguese text into the image, the application translates it into English. Thanks.

Something's missing...your system is not supported. This error is shown when I am trying to open Adobe express.I wanna tell that I am using window 11 and using chrome browser. All the requirements are complete which are given in this link  https://helpx.adobe.com/express/system-requirements.html#system-requirements-new-mobile. So please don't say me to check system requirements just give me a solid solve.

Adobe Express has become unusable in a recent update it seems, at least for video editing. Uploading videos to edit often doesn't work, and opening video's I've previously edited also don't load properly. Constantly having to refresh in the hope that this time it will load everything properly. Makes using Express rather impossible. Here's an example of a video I've previously edited:  And then after refreshing, another part doesn't load properly:

Instagram has rolled out a feature where it is now possible to post +10 photos at once in one Instagram post. So far Adobe Express is not in sync with this update. Thank you for implementing it.

This was working until recently. Channels are still visible and connected when I go to "Manage connections" within the project calendar, but are not visible when trying to share or schedule a post within the project or project calendar. All I'm able to see are the channels connected to my personal calendar.

While generating Ai images, the side "media panel" immediately switches  to the "image panel" after clicking on generate. Therefore, click "generate more" does not appear, since the panel switches and can't switch back to the previous image panel. 

I have been trying to download my project in PDF file format but have been unable to due to the below error message:  Download failed. A network connection error occurred while downloading your file. Please check you internet connection and try again.  I am on Windows and am using the desktop web version, have tried using different browsers (Edge and Chrome), have cleared my cache/cookies in both, have tried incognito mode on both and nothing has worked. I have internet connection with no issues accessing a network. I am on a work computer and have addressed this issue with our IT department (to no avail), have had others try and download the project in PDF format and they also are not able to. It seems to be a problem on Adobe's side. I am able to download in PNG and JPG format, just not PDF.  Could definitely use some help on this. 

Hello,  This is my first time posting here, I can usually sort these things out on my own but this one is stumping me. I have a video project in Express and am running into a consistent issue with relinking images placed in a scene. A fellow employee also working on this project is also having this issue, so it isn't relegated just to me. Here is what happens:I place an image in my video scene - specifically a PNG logoRelinking the logo causes it to disappearImage is present in the layers, so Express seems to know it is there, but it is not visible on the canvas and is not selectableRelinking the logo via Libraries, Brands, or from my machine all present this same issueIssue is localized to this one scene, other scenes work as intended I am on a MacBook Pro 2019, running OS Ventura 13.7.1. I have attached a screenshot for reference but have blurred the logo for privacy.

I opened my Adobe Express yesterday (11-19-24), and all my files and projects are gone. Has this happened to anyone, and how can it be fixed?

Hello, I am new to Adobe Express and have spent days trying to learn the webbased app - creating and saving dozens of text to image projects. I have revisited the app multiple times and could see my files available. Today, the app asked me to "sign in" during the middle of one of my edits, had me verify my account email (I use a government account). When I signed in again, all of my adobe express files were gone. I was taken through the login as if I was signing up for a new account. I have visited the assets page (https://assets.adobe.com/cloud-documents) as recommended on other threads - and still no files. Can anyone assist? Thank you.
