Recently I have noticed that the app would crash every time I edit videos. This was not the case before. I thought it was just a one time thing and specific to my phone but it also happened on my other phone. IOS and Android phones.

when I click something, my screen changed and it is annoying to edit anything. please add pin option or other idea.

I want a refund of my subscription of 480 rupees

I am unable to download any images I have created in Adobe Express. They are all royalty free or Adobe stock. I have tried Safari/Firefox/Chrome, cleared cookies in each browser, tried incognito mode. When I go to download, it will attempt, then tell me the asset failed to upload and to delete the asset marked with a red caution sign. However, none of my layers have the red caution sign.

I'm trying to create a flyer in Adobe Express. I'm getting a message that says, "Can't save" - "You no longer have access to Adobe Express. Contact your admin for details." BUT I AM THE ADMIN. I tried to do another 30-day Trial (thinking I might be able to get access that way), but I got a warning saying that the purchase isn't supported because I already own Adobe Express. (See the screen shot.) I just need to create a flyer for an Open House happening TOMORROW!  PLEASE HELP! Thanks in advance!

Hi, when generating an AI image, there is a function to increase the size of the image. Indeed, the size is increased, but the number of pixels is not really increased as the image is very PIXELATED. Can anyone tell me whether there is a way to increase the resolution of AI generated images with HIGH quality or is this simply not possible?

I  have been working on a webpage edit for the last 5 hours, WITH NO WAY TO MANUALLY SAVE. relying purely on the unreliable cloud and adobe experience. And I lost 5 hours of work on a project due tomorrow. With what seems no resolution or way to recover this work. HOW DOES AN ERROR THIS HORRIFIC continue to happen!?

Hi there, I've found a few versions of this where the file I've spend several hours on now wasn't autosaving. I cleared my cache, tried duplicating it. I found the version history, but the last one was my original un-animated version from hours ago. It just will not save the one currently open in my browser no matter what I do. Renaming does not help. Ya'll REALLY  need to fix this. If it exists in that browser, you should be able to force save it- it clearly exists somewhere in my cache or yours.  I love Express but honestly, I would have just done this in After Effects had I known I was going to waste hours of my life.
