Adobe Firefly does not upload my jpeg reference image, it was working fine previously, pls help, thanks

Quería consultar si existe alguna caída del servicio de FireFly, debido a que tanto desde el Photoshop como la web, no cargan. Revisaba la cantidad de créditos, pero aún no se vencen pero simplemente no hace nada. Actualicé recién la versión de Photoshop Beta, y me permitía hacerlo arrojaba error de Conexión de Internet.

Hello, I have been using Firefly on for about 3 months and I am loving it!Though I think there is a bug somewhere because I've been able to continue generating images even though my credits are at 0.Can you please look into this and notify me so that I can continue using Firefly without fear of getting a terrible bill in the end. Im using Firefly on Windows 10 through the Firefox web browser, version 127.0.2. Thank you for your great work!Best regardsJonas

Hello I can't get the tool to improve the face of an old photo in a way that preserves the appearance, the physiognomy of the face. It always generates results from very different routes and even from other ethnicities. I've tried different settings and even different original photos, with different qualities, but the result is always unpredictable. I tried to upload my image and provided a prompt, but the image was not created. What's the problem? Please check and remove this bug.

Its still making non white people images for white historical figures.....  so it this an art program or a propaganda experiment.  It just looks ridiculous and so biased.  This is art tool let the artists do their thing in neutral way.  I don't want black people images changing to white or asian becoming vikings or Jesus being and blue alien.... Let us create and you all just make the software to give us more tools without all this manipulation.

I get a false positive on an image i want to use as a refference, the image depicts the shape of a shoelace i need.

when i click on the generate button under text to image it opens up a blank screen and nothing happens, earlier when i purchased the cloud apps it ws working but after 2 days it's not opening , not sure what the issue is , tried clearing cache and data also tried in incognito mode and other browser still same thing happening.. please help me out attaching the screenshot pz help me to resolve this issue

Firelfy webapp will not download generated images. I click on download and nothing happens.

I was making a sign with letters made from cookies and chocolate, and firefly is saying that my reference image violates the guidelines.Prompt: Cookies with chocolate drops, liquid chocolate dripping, isolated, white background, in the airReference image  

I create a picture and save it but the picture is not saved and the picture can be opened in new state

This is one example.  Effects set to black and white yet I always get color.cute fluffy kittens in house, white background, well composed, clean line and spaces, coloring book page, No dither, no gradient, strong outline, No fill, No solids, vector illustration, adult coloring book concept, no grey, no red, no colors, no designs, white background.

I was creating an image in Firefly and wanted to remove the background but export the main featured object as an image with a transparent background.Firefly removed the background which resulted in transparency but when I exported the image the original background was still present.How can we export the image with a transparent backgournd.Thanks,Simeon
