I used Ray 3,  10 sec, 1080p video . This was the prompt. “A futuristic abstract cosmic background with a deep space star field and floating dust particles. Blue and warm gold glowing particles slowly drifting in zero gravity. Soft volumetric light rays and faint holographic orbital rings barely moving. Atmospheric depth haze and bokeh light specks. Je ne peux pas générer d’image, lorsque j’essaie, à chaque fois ça écrit “un problème est survenu, veuillez reessayer” sauf que ca utilise quand même mes crédits

Le di generar video y puse imágenes adicionales que supuestamente está permitido y se puede poner para que genere más personalizado el vídeo. Y no lo logro hacer y me cobró mis créditos del mes

The system states "adobe generative ai features are not available in your account", though my account is an active subscription from an Enterprise. In fact, there is a constant advice stating “you don`t have access to Firefly”. Regarding the broader Adobe Creative Cloud, the generative IA features stand also unavailable in applications included in the account as Photoshop or Adobe Express, despite the indication of existences in generative credits.

Tried to use firefly to create a video and get an error that says "Something went wrong". I just upgraded my account and currently have plenty of credits left to generate the video.Edit

I have an image of people paddling Coracles across a river. The paddles used just have one blade, however even after telling Firefly not to use two bladed paddles in the prompt it goes and does it. I cannot use the video it produces. Your AI is just not working.

Adobe firefly is not using reference image , its just randomly generating scene 

followed instructions, uploaded reference video, gave brief text description and application caused browser to hang for extended time eventually crashing taking credits and video.

back of right of image appears to slope and needs to be leveled. the program sucks! it does nothing. I want my all my credits refunded. 0/10 stars for the tools sucks! 

I can't duplicate any text boxes or create any, when I do and type something in, it appears they just go into oblivian. 

On Edit image after uploading and putting in text and hitting generate… the screen flashes back and forth between two pages then crashes saying “ page is either temporarily down or has permanently been moved. ‘. This has happened all day today.  I’ve cleared cache, restarted phone, and tried incognito mode.  All the same result.  On iphone 16e.

I tried to create four videos with firefly. three were created. the forth was not. But i was charged 4 x 400 credits. how do I get my 400 credits refunded.

My profile says that I have 500/500 regenerative credits remaining, but then I’m told I have insufficient credits remaining when I try to create an image. [PII removed by mod]

Keeps generating the same image. like a loop! even though the description of the prompts are being changed. nothing is changed on the image it generates! WASTE OF CREDITS

I was in the middle of editing an image with firefly (Browser) and the page refreshed on its own and went back to a new project - erasing my history and my work completly

firefly gemini 3, 4K photo shows that uses 0 credits, but actually it cost me all my 4000 credits before I found it it still takes the credits. Just wanted to try

I'm using my own generated images to try and use as a style prompt, but get the error message 'We can't process this prompt because the reference imagedoesn't meet our User Guidelines. '

When generating a video recently, the system continues to show generation screen without confirmation of completion of video. Generation can be displayed for hours. User has to manually stop the generation. No video is produced at times and credits are removed from account. Animated toy continues to display with no completion of task.
