For Image to Video, Image is just not getting uploaded, I have to repeat the process of clicking on upload - upload, 20-25 times, then it is getting uploaded, plus the prompt is just not followed at all. It seems Firefly is living in its own world and has nothing to do with the uploads and prompts. this is such a time wastage

The letters, numbers and words around the circles are not readable, I have asked it 3 times to fix it, and it is charging me 40 credits every time it is “Fixing” the image I shouldn't be charged 400 credits for it not to fix the image

Problems all the time!!

Text-to-Video generation was cancelled before completion. The video was never generated, but all 260 generative credits from my Airtel-redeemed Adobe Express plan were consumed. Please restore the credits.

When I scroll through my generated images firefly crashes everytime as im having to scroll through thousands of images, I need a bulk download function for everything on firefly

I wanted an image converted to Illustrator vector. It took my credits but did not do the work I made 2 attempts and it took 20 creditsno vector

Hi, after generating a first video, I ask firefly to edit it, according to new prompt informations. It’s generating the exact same video, and my credit goes down. Which is very very frustrating. How come this happens? Can I get credits back due to this ongoing issue (it happened 4 or 5 times already) between generation and edit. Thanks

In sufficient credit error showing when am not even use single credit after getting subscription on Adobe Express premium.

The AI generation, using the simplest of instructions has gone off on a tangent, ignoring uploaded images and basic instructions generating content.  Previously, the system functioned much better.  What has happened lately?  In the last week?

dobe Firefly keeps reporting error trying to create image to video on Veo 3.1 fast, I think there were some credits not refunded. This keeps happening for days now. What's the problem??

While generating an image I am getting an error: Sorry, our servers are melting right now.Too many people are generating - standby and we'll be back soon.But in the meantime my credits getting deducted. What kind of scam is this ? 

ived  used over 1000 credits just to make one video Its a continuous issue. Why should i have to use all my credits for one month to make one 8 sec video ? i need to be credited back my credits 

Unable to generate the videos for past two days. Same error message keeps popping up.

Again. Catastrophic ignoring of user input, both prompt and images. I hope this is what is happening is punishable, because can there be so much coincidence here?? To me this is a problematic business model that should not be tolerated.

Most of the time it shows "Something went wrong...The model you're using is currently unavailable. Please try again later."Why?

I keep trying to generate videos but a try again message keeps appearing.

I hvae prompted multiple ways and the video keeps generating the same thing. I'm wasting credits tryign to get it do something different.
