hey, adobe firefly isn't working good, it generates image then refreshes the page and the generated history is gone .

Generating images using gemini 3 and the servers are too busy. I dont get the generated image but you take my credits away

Veo models, along with some others, have been failing for days.It says, "Something went wrong. The model you're using is currently unavailable. Please try again later."

Hi,About generating video from pic:Today seven of generated videos didn't start from the picture. The startpicture was a cartoonish animal playing different instruments and instead I got real men playing instrument. This is unusable and just waste time, effort and money. its had been 10 days already still not fix yet..I can not generate video anymore... Keep saying Something went wrong even though I closed and open browser again and again still the same....

Von der Probeversion am 24.01. auf bezahl Abo gewechselt und jetzt soll ich bis zum 31.2. warten, bis ich neue Credits bekomme. Dann aber am 24.2. wieder zahlen.Was soll das?Bezahlen und Warten macht keinen Sinn.

Firefly nust be an incredibly lucrative source of revenue.  Being charged for misunderstood text prompts makes the service unaffordable for students or those of us who are learning Firefly,  I have many times been misunderstood, or through jy fault, have not communicated effectively.  To be charged hundreds of credits each time an edit is made will force me out of the Adobe system when it comes to AI.  I have been using AI products for decades without complaint.  I hope you hear me on this one.

I can see options for English (US) and English (India) but not actually English (UK) in the voice generator - try as I might I cannot lose the American accent!  

I'm really fed up with the Adobe algorithm that's acting hunchbacked and ripping off my credits for nothing, certainly not on purpose. What does this output have to do with the input? This has been happening again and again lately. I guess they know what they want to achieve with this!! I won't let anyone make fun of my money like that.

If I edit an old image in photoshop and then then try to upload the saved file to Firefly as a Reference it refused to take it. If I use the old one it's fine. If I resave the old one with no changes it also refuses to take it. It doesn't matter if I drag it into the window or click "Add Image."

The generate button glitched, wasn't working. I clicked on it 5 times and nothing happened. After a few minutes i left it and now it's generating 5 videos of the same prompt and got 1000 credits from me. I didn't want it to generate 5 times, where can I get my credits back?

Dear Adobe Firefly Support Team,I am writing to report a bug I encountered while using Adobe Firefly’s video generation feature and to request a refund for the credits that were consumed as a result.While generating a video, I explicitly selected and set a still image to be used as the source. However, despite this setting, the video was generated without using the selected still image. This issue occurred multiple times, and credits were consumed even though the generation did not behave as expected.I attempted the generation a total of two to three times under the same settings:The first two attempts resulted in incorrect video generation where the selected still image was ignored.On the third attempt, I canceled the generation before completion.Because this behavior appears to be a system bug rather than a user error, the credits consumed during the failed attempts were wasted unintentionally. When I put in a prompt to generate a video, I am consistently getting a response that 'something went wrong' and appears to be unable to provide a video. I have 8000 credits so should be able to accomplish this task. Please help! 

I tried to generate a video four times, and I got a message that said there's a problem, try back later, all four times. 

prompt is not working perfectly , what i command thats not showing else / and remove background is not working 100 % / please make some update to improve technology  for adobe photoshop / photo designer  will happy , Thank you 

I'm a constant user of firefly. And it's been enjoyable for the first half. Now all fo a sudden, firefly is making every reference image use a image that SOMEHOW goes against the policy. Crazy thing is the reference images I'm using from FIREFLY ITSELF. I generated the image from firefly software and use THE SAME software to make the video. I just wanna know what I'm doing wrong honestly...

Hello,I am writing to report a recurring and serious issue with Adobe Firefly.For a long time now, Firefly frequently fails to generate images and instead returns an error. However, despite the generation failing, my credits are still being deducted. This is not a one-time issue — it has happened many times over an extended period.At one point, all of my remaining credits were completely consumed due to these errors, without successfully generating the requested images. This is extremely frustrating and unfair, as I am losing credits without receiving the service they are meant to provide.I rely on Firefly as part of my creative workflow, and this ongoing problem is seriously affecting my work and trust in the system. I kindly ask you to investigate this issue, restore the credits lost due to failed generations, and ensure that credits are not deducted when an error occurs.Thank you for your attention. La regeneración de imágenes me ha gastado más de 200 créditos y ha hecho exactamente la misma imagen sin cambiar absolutamente. Se supone está usando la versión PRO en la que se gastan hasta 40 Créditos por imagen, para que al final haga absolutamente nada. ¿Cómo puedo reclamar de vuelta mis créditos? esto es un total robo y un grave error para quienes estamos pagando por esto. 

Everytime I try to generate a video with Veo 3.1 is says there was a error, that I should try later.

Is there a current outage in Firefly? Many messages an concerns generated as of 10 minutes ago and continued for errors and I'm receiving them as well as very slow service and responses to anything I click on to move forward with in the same application of Firefly.
