Every video I generate is terrible, ignoring prompts and doing its own thing and costing an obscene amoutn of credits for the privlege. There's no quality control, purely at the mercy of its whims.Adobe should not be charging for this pre-alpha trash.

I already bought the subscription but when I try to make videos, it says that I need to buy, and it shows the plan that I already bought. It is so annoying because I just paid 240 lira And still can't make videos. It says the same thing with every prompting tool. Help.

why my generative fill doesn't work well?

After editing a (not so loved) picture for a newly married bride for approximately 15 minutes and using some of my freshly purchased credits to do so, I needed to access another app (quickly) to respond to an sms. Upon returning to my Adobe Firefly tab, my edit is gone. The only proof I edited anything is my missing credits.I am currently running the beta ios 26 on iPhone, this may have contributed to this error occurring since the app also continuously signs me out. Is there anyway to possibly get my credits back?

Adobe generative AI is working poorly and not upto expectation. It fails to do a job. I asked it to change the background of the photo and it was generating real life good background and now the background is absurd and no use of it. please help

When using a style, in my case a pen drawing, elements from the style reference image get included in the generated image. For example, I initially used the gallery pen/pencil image that has a tiger and flowers in it as my style reference. After describing my image it generated a couple of fair representations in pen/pencil style however there were tigers and/or flowers in all of them!! Not what I wanted in my steam locomotive picture.I then used my own pen sketch image which included some people as well as various other items. Although I described an image with no people in it, even specifically stating that, it would constantly include characters – and poor ones at that. Distorted, twisted, blended together.Even when I refined the prompt and was quite categorical, it continued to simply redraw the previous images with only slight changes. It's bizarre and quite frustrating.Has anyone else discovered this?.

I have over 2000 credits to use in Firefly but it won't let me generate anything. The generate button is greyed out. I'm on the latest version and latest Mac software.

So, I've used the reference image technique in the previous version of FF, always to some degree of success.Now, in FF4, the process is no longer returning the same kind of results.My process is:1. Create prompt with initial base idea ie: cube made of glass, dark background, light refraction (using presets Hyper realistic, Beautiful, Futuristic, Studio Light), and Generate.2. Pick up the most adequate result and use it as Style Reference3. Upload my own Structure reference. Generate.4. Results are basically variations of the Style reference, totally ignoring the Structure reference.I play with the Strength sliders, but to no avail.What happened? Why isn't this working anymore?

The generator is not following the prompt. I ask for two individuals in a pictuture and we see them from behind. One is looking forward and one is looking back. I get everything but that....so frustrating. I´ll give it 30 more days but please fix!!!!

My whole content disappeared mid work. It doesn't appear in history bar either

Hi,I just spent 5 animations with the same results. I wanted to create cinematic videos, however the system continued creating 2D cartoons. I would like to get the credits back please. I am sure I chose cinematic as setting for style.I have provided feedback to the mentioned videos, they did not work as the prompt asked, and did not follow the style requests either.Thanks.Dulce

I am currently logged in to my Firefly subscription but when I try to access the collection of my history project, it prompts me a message "Can't load - Please check your connection and try again" Also when I try to access the Boards section it prompts me the message"You’re Disconnected - Continue working in files you opened or edited within the last 24 hours or create a new file"

please remove "harmful stereotype or bias" from the list of errors. It VASTLY limits/hamstrings creativity.

En Adobe Firefly al descargar una imagen de mi tablero de 8310px x 10684px, la descarga en 1792px x 2304px, incluso compiandolo a otro tablero. El Artboard se descarga completamente negro.

could you find a way to restore credits immediately after a faulty generation. Seems super tedious and wildly innefficient at its current fuction.

It keeps giving me the same type of image. I even added a picture of composition reference and it's still generating the same images, face towards the camera, smiling, sunset. nothing "real".it does ot respect my composition reference.

The AI doesn't work properly. I made an specific command targeting an object (an specific statue, easy to identify by it name and location) and the AI made a representation of something completely different and inaccurate. And it took 100 credits from my account!!! that's bsht. It cheating and making us as user lost our time and credits. I want my credits back
