firefly takes my credits but generates nothing. The generation process freezes, doesn't create any images, and the credits disappear. This has been going on for a long time. For longer time i can't upload reference images either. What happened?

My prompt is: woman lying on a cloud, realistic watercolor illustration. I got this message five times in a row: Can't load. We can't display the generated image. You can edit and try again.

When I try to create an image, it says the program is unavailable. Please fix this problem.

I’d like to report a bug I’ve noticed in Adobe Firefly's recent outputs. Compared to earlier results, the current image generations consistently include very complicated and detailed backgrounds—even when simpler or cleaner backgrounds would be expected based on the prompt.This change in behavior makes the results harder to use, especially for design and compositing purposes, where a less distracting or more neutral background is preferred.Please look into this issue, as it significantly affects the usability and efficiency of the tool.Thank you for your hard work, and I look forward to future improvements!

I hade 4000 credits and 7 videos later they were gone.  

Hi, In image to video in Adobe Firefly, desktop app, I should be charge 100 credits, but I'm being charged 500. And resolutions lower than 1080p are not available. Please help. Using Macbook Pro.  Thanks,Andrew

wouldn't give me anymore monthly credits and it is 2 weeks into the next month already. 

In Firefly V. 4 I am noticing on occasion that pressing the 'Generate' button after having generated 4 images, the next set are identical the previous, and the prompt has not changed. Of course this eats into available generative credits, so it's something to look into.

Like, literally did nothing. What the heck am I paying with credits for? It should only take out credits if you download the generation that way. If it generates trash, it doesn't cost us because it just used up 1000 credits for absolute trash. Guys, this is not acceptable. I'd rather take my chances elsewhere if this is what I'm paying for. 

When attempting to "Add artwork" to an image through a prompt, the system incorrectly flags the image as violating User Guidelines and removes it. This occurs despite the artwork being innocuous and not violating any discernible guidelines. It is just an image of my arm (rest of body fully cropped out).  I want to use the software to aid tattoo design. Has anyone else had this issue?

I'm uploading my own illustrations - of simple characters - which I just want to render in different materials, yet Firefly says I'm violating the guidelines - I don't understand. Please help.

Firefly image 4 havent been working properly in my mac OS 15.4.1 (24E263)  for quite sometime already, all last time i have try using it doest give results to a bvery basic prompt. there is one in specifil i've been using for the same kind of image and worked amazing in the past even with the past model, now is not wroking at all and i am jsut concerned cuz i need to generate this new image in that same style and haven been able since the past week.

I can't access previous generations and or favourites, says that there are none available or that I should try again later.

Firefly has recently started constantly bugging out with the message "One or more images were removed because they violate our User Guidelines" while I'm just fixing up dirty patches on furniture and other house photos. See example of where I try removing just a couple of spots on some curtains. It makes zero sense that the photos could be against guidelines. Any ideas would be very welcome!
