I used images during the trial to create a video. Now those same images are being rejected now that I have subscribed. How do I prove I have rights to these images?

I'm having a problem in Firefly, after countless attempts and editing to create the image model I want, I succeeded but when I want to upscale the image my image changes, it is no longer the same image that I need and that I upscale. Please help me because I need that image. How can the problem be solved? Thank you!

Hello, I've been using adobe firefly for quite some time now but for the past few weeks I've been facing a problem. After putting in the prompt only a few images generate, maybe 2 or 3 when usually its suposed to be at least 4. The empty boxes look as though they're loading but they never do. In the rare case that 3 or 4 images generate and I use the upscale feature, again it looks as though its loading but it never does. I'd like all images to generate and be able to upscale.I'm currently using the latest version of the app. I'm using Firefly on a web browser, Microsoft Windows 10 Pro. 

Hello, I reopened Firefly the day after I made some renders, and now they are all a different style. This is so strange and has changed all my developments.How can I solve this?Thanks

my generated image history has dissapeared. and prior to it disapearing the images were re-created but each of them were altered it was very strange.

I was easily upscaling my images till yesterday but suddenly it does upscale but the quality is low. The images were 20 mb but now it is just 2 mb or lower. Also they were saved as png but now it is jpeg. Please help me.

When generating a full-body picture of a person, the model's face is obscenely distorted.After stopping generating full-body images, it is also affected when generating other images that only show up to the waist.

I repeatedly requested participants at a networking event. NOT looking at the camera -- but every version had them looking forward, not at each other as requested.

I keeps producing the same exact images. It is so iferior to other apps out there

Riprova.*Ho chiesto la generazioni in base ad un'immagine caricata e per diverse volte ma non ha prodotto risultati lasciando questo testo di errore.Però ha comunque utilizzato i crediti che da 1000 sono passati a 993. Ok che sono tanti ma questo non è corretto. Soprattutto se la generazione non funziona per questioni di server o di incomprensione. Non credo sia giusto vengano utilizzati crediti a vuoto senza la restituzione di un risultato, nemmeno di un risultato di bassa qualità, proprio zero.

Not able to generate image due to misuse, i haven't misused anything 

Bom dia, apos tentar por varias vezes gerar imagens realistas com o Adobe Firefly, observo que todas sao de extrema baixa qualidade no que trata a gerar personagens fotorealistas, ou seja, o ambiente e background sao perfeitos e em foco, os personagens estao sempre desfocados ou em relativa baixa qualidade. utilito esta ferramenta de forma profissional e preciso de imagens fiaveis de forma a criar publicidade identificada como sendo gerada com AI, e pelo valor que estou a pagar, não estou nada satisfeito. Existe alguma forma de corrigir isto?Ja tentei com prompts especificos e esclarecedores e nada funciona.. Agradeço toda a ajuda..
