Bei Image to Video kann man bei der ersten Generation das Bildformat nicht einstellen. Es ist standart auf 16 zu 9 eingestellt. Erst nachdem man diesen standart gerendert hat, kann man auf 9 zu 16 umstellen.

I am logged in as a professional creative cloud user and I've used firefly before without issue. My account has 3000 credits remaining and I'm unable to create a text to image. I'm NOT looking for a video at this time. I've cleared my cookies and cache, and restarted. I tried a different browser. Generation works fine in lightroom and in photoshop. My co-worker, also on a plan, is also unable to use it. Is there some sort of bug we can troublshoot that's rendering firefly inactive? I'm currently on Mac 15.3.1 (24D70), and am attempting to access the web version of Adobe Firefly via Chrome and Safari and neither is working.

All my favorites in Adobe Firefly are gone. Is there a way to get them back?

Hi,how come that my credit is low. And I barely used firefly? Almost to 0 used actually. Is this a bug? 

Why on earth won't it heed my request to design a logo with a WHITE BACKGROUND?! The designs are useless without a white background. There are no settings to set the background.

Boa tarde, comprei mais creditos no valor de R$ 124,00 no Adobe Firefly para ter o plano Adobe Firefly Pro, já que estou no plano básico que não me dá direito a fazer vídeos e pago o valor de 23 reais. O valor foi debitado no meu cartão no dia 13/03.  Gerei no máximo uns 12 ou 15 vídeos  e na semana seguinte, não só perdi meus filmes gerados, como perdi o direito ao plano que paguei e poderia gerar até 70 animações de 5 seg mês. Além disso, minha assinatura, continua como o plano básico de 23 reais. Quero ter acesso não só a minha biblioteca criada e perdida, mas também, aos créditos que paguei.Aguardo contado de vocês!

Clico para gerar as imagens e só da erro e pede para tentar novamente, mas nada acontece.

Hi, I'm trying for a long time to create 'image from text' of a a Jewish boy with the following:kippah (yamaka/ yarmulke) on his head, payes/peyot (the distinct curly sidelocks in front of his ears),and tzitzit strings. BUT firefly does not create it - WHY firefly does not know these common terms?What should I write to create this image?Thanks!

Not sure why but I tried to generate some images yesterday, I wasn't able to due to too much traffic being online. I refreshed the same page a couple times throught the hour as to not lose the last images I had ( which also wasn't showing up in the generative history). I figured I would come back a different time, today, and upon refresh about 300+ credits are missing as if It took them when i refreshed the page. I generally keep track of how much is there after I finish generating for the day completely. I got 1000 renewed on the 17th, yesterday was 700+, today it was about 380 from doing nothing. From february to march I was generating constantly and couldn't finish th 1000 credits so it's no way I'm at 360 right now having only used it one day since renewal...

Hello,I recently started using Firefly, and although I suspect this might be an error on my part, I still needed to report it. Here’s the issue: whenever I try to create a video, a message appears stating that I have accepted the Terms of Use. When I click on the blue “Terms of Use” text, I receive a “page cannot be found” warning. Even when I click “I accept,” my video does not upload. As I understand it, there is some form of protection regarding the copyright of the images used. To overcome this problem, I created my latest images with Firefly, yet I still encounter the same error. Could you please resolve this issue? Thank you in advance.Best regards.

I'm unable to click on the "generate" button for creating an image. I have the "all apps" license. When I click on "buy now" a message with "unsufficient credits" appears. I repeat: I want to create an IMAGE, not a video.

It's not fair to pay for a subscription that includes Adobe Firefly when Adobe says "it's not available in your country" but lets me use the free trial and also suggests finding partners in other countries and paying for it. Should I pay double?

When I click on Audio Translate, it says I cannot access it.

I have reported before how FF seems to have a problem with the word "Zombie", when right when FF first appeared it was ok to use prompts with the word.Now, apparently even words like "bones" and "skulls" are being blocked.What is this?How is this even "ethic AI"? If you can't ask for something that is not even remotely offensive or whatever.Just hindering criativity left and right.

image to video doesnt work it keeps saying something went wrong

everytime that I am trying to generate an video it says that the same cannot be done, due to high demand. why am I paying my subscription fee if I am not able to use the product end of the day? 

We paid for adobe firefly and subscribed to create AI videos. but everytime we run it, it shows an error. This seems deliberate and perhaps I would love to involve the ombudsman. PLease look into this immediately and solve it.  We are infact unable to post it on here
