Bug Reports

Any prompt that includes "girl plays guitar, guy listens lovingly" or similar will result in 99% images of a man either playing guitar for a woman, or a guy teaching guitar to a girl. This isn't the beach scene in the Barbie Movie where everyone sings "Push". Let's make "plays guitar" a less gender-specific ML trigger phrase please.

Firefly keeps cropping my structure reference image "And I don't know why."  Any ideas? Thank you.Cropped  

Firefly will not generate images.

Selecting effects in the mobile version of Firefly is problematic.Some categories are more touch sensitive than others, and close the panel without selection being made.possibly more space for touch scrolling is required?

After removing background im not finding an option to write the prompt.Is it a new update or issue with the software?

After entering a prompt, the images are generated but within the settings on the left everything is missing...- No Photo/Art selection- No Composition Gallery- No Styles Gallery- No Effects  This issue is effecting both Chrome & Safari. All my other collegues computers are working as normal. I have restarted my computer, cleared my cache and nothing has worked.  I am running a Mac Studio M2 Ultra, macOS Sonoma V 14.5

It is the strangest bug I have ever seen.I have written several prompts to draw the Statue of Liberty with some changes, including an empty prompt to draw the Statue of Liberty; Firefly hasn't.I used Firefly to draw it in March 2024, and it worked well. What have you done in the code that prevents it from drawing the Statue now?I tried opposite words: force and socialism. The prompt with 'Statue of socialism' provides the Statue of Liberty.Why is the Statue banned in Firefly under its original name but stored as the Statue of Socialism? 

I created an image in Firefly and downloaded it and then altered the prompt to create a second image and I am unable to download the second image.  I have more than 900 credits availalble, so I'm not sure why I can't download it?

I uploaded a jpeg of a neighborhood. I selected a house I wanted to replace with field of grass and trees. it just gives me new houses.

Where has the background remover gone? It was the best tool at all I could find. 

mostly its not downloading the image. that is naking me to left the adobe products please fix that problem. thanks.

Hello. I would like to report the errors I encountered through the query below.I say that the father is overweight and the daughter is of normal weight, but both appear overweight in the results.I say that the father is beardless, but the father has a beard.I say that his hair is black, but his hair can be red.It also doesn't size the birds according to the character in the photo. "In the forest, a photographer father and his photographer daughter are taking bird photos, with birds flying around. The father is a bit overweight, wearing a baseball cap, holding a camera, and has black hair. The daughter is of normal weight, has long black hair, and is holding a camera. a little white and yellow bird landed on her head." I wish you good work.

I created a superhero character with an image I drew. I was able to create 4 images.  All of a sudden it didn't allow me saying I violated the terms of use.  Can someone explain why I am getting the violation? Nothing nefarious or wrong with my query.  Supplied 2 images showing my issues.  Thanks!

Cannot upload an image

It's really really bad. Firefly mushes the features of black persons, particularly if you want digital art Please address this, this is costing me money.

I am trying to make furry type in a name I've chosen. I typeset the name and outlined it and saved it as a black outlined png. I've uploaded it into the structure section and set it at maximum.strength (turned everything else down. I've tried may combos). When i generate an image, it seems to ignore my structure reference.  Any ideas what wrong. the structure reference does not work at all.

Automatic select all areas and I can't redo it

Your software rejects many images that are not innapropriate in any way. In fact many of the images it rejects I already made on firefly, so what gives? Really limits my possibilities. ALso when I get creative with my upload pictures the software cannot handle and can't seem to make it work. I think it needs a bigger brain.examples below of images I made on firefly it rejects.

So... my PC just crashed... Was exploring the possibilites of the generative fill function...  After booting again, I can't seem to find the image anymore... upon clicking around I found some hint at "saved in browser"? How that? I did download an early version of the image a couple of hours ago... left it to do some work, then returned and fiddled with the tool for another couple of hours... is the image lost? If so , I will return, once I don't risk losing invested time using this tool lol 😛
