Hello, I am using the current version of Firefly. I am using the frame of the video I already made to start as the first frame of the second video, as a continuation of the first video. So with the image as the starting point, I want the video to zoom out from the subject. But Firefly cannot do that, and only zooms in again. Even when I selected the camera motion type as "Zoom out", Firefly zooms in instead. At this point I am just looking for different ways to explain to it that I want a zoom out, that's all I want. Can you please look into this issue?  BestMehdi

  

I just started using Adobe fire fly, and only made 2 videos and it says all of our 1000 credits are used up, how is that possible

Hi - I noticed even when uploading a reference photo of black individuals and asking firefly to change the clothing colors they are wearing Fire Fly ONLY produces images of individuals of European or hispanic descent. Naturally, this is less than ideal and represents a major functional issue.

Absolute rubbish. Created 5" of complete nonsense. 

It keeps giving me this message: Something went wrongThis image produced an error. Please try again.

Time after time, my selfies bounce back saying they violate the guidlines, im sorry am I that ugly?  This happens 9 times out of 10, even when the meta data has my name as the author.  Making it close to impossible for me use, so Im going to cancel my subscription. 

Hello! I was attempting to use Firefly to take a photo of me as an awkward adolescent, my 7th grade school photo, and transform it into me as an adult. But it keeps saying that my email doesn't meet guidelines. I"m not sure what might be going on. 

I would like to point out that since last week, when I try to generate a video from an image with Adobe Firefly, I get the message "A problem occurred, please try again later" (in Italian, "Si è verificato un problema, riprova più tardi"). I am using Adobe Firefly via Firefox, version 136.0 (64 bit). Could you please fix this or if there is any problem with my account could you please let me know what is wrong? Thanks!

only 5% of images work! send a refund this program doesnt work correctly. Fix thre errors you cant even use most pictures

I've paid for it, but it doesn't do the right job. I would request a refund.

I'm not getting Adobe Firefly photo based video to work.It says it is temporarily unavailable.

there is an alert in firefly video creation - and the menu has only delete button - i cant see any why that error and why there is no animation happening
