The generated image is based on a reference that clearly shows the face, forehead, and hair. However, no matter how many times I generate it, the top of the head is always missing. I keep getting the same issue with every generation, even after clicking 'unlike' and providing feedback multiple times.

Creo que yo pague para animar imagenes, las cuales son 100% de mi autoria y veo que algunas no me deja animarlas que por politicas, pero ya lei las politicas y no deberia haber ningún problema, creo que son EXAGERADOS, si un personaje tiene la camisa desabrochada o la piel sucia o con raspones lo prohiben como si fuera grave y es cero grave, revisen eso porfavor, porque no deberia tener tanto problema generar un video. adjunto la imagen de ejemplo.

Ich habe selbst Bilder in PS erstellt und dort teilweise die generative Füllung verwendet. Alle anderen Komponenten sind aus Adobe Stock oder envato. Ich habe es jetzt mit 2 meiner Bilder versucht, kann daraus aber kein Video erstellen.

Se pide una imagen de perro sin collar y siempre aparece, se le indique lo que se le indique. ¿Es acaso una política sobre seguridad, convivencia social o algo po r el estilo?

I am unable to unlike an image in my Adobe Favorites by clicking the star icon after navigating to the image generation page. The star is not a dark color - wich means it is not even seleted. So cant unselect it

I recently purchased an annual subscription to Adobe Firefly, but my account still appears as a free account. As a result, I am unable to access premium features despite having an active subscription.

Just signed up for adobe express.When i try to generate something it promtps me to sign up again

When I try to export image after removing background using Remove GenAI function, the original background is restored in the exported copy. Same behaviour is observed regardless of export destination - Adobe Express, download or copy image.

When issuing an 'on no...' error message, PLEASE BE CLEAR in stating the problem. Like you, we cannot spend "all day" trying to figure out what this "intelligence" thinks is blocking your willingness to work and respond with a picture. This is unfair and unprofessional, as it disregards the person using Firefly.

Do I really have to go to TikTok to see a video made by a member of the community? Come on!

Hello, i've not been able to use the video generator since yesterday, anyone else ? My previously generated video are all blank

it has been generating for about 1 hour and nothing happens

Bonjour, lorsque j'appuie sur la petite étoile pour conserver mes fichiers firefly favoris, l'application me dit "enregistré dans les favoris" mais quand je vais dans dossier "fichiers > favoris" le dossier est vide. Aucune des images que j'ai cochées ne s'est enregistrée.Que faut-il faire ? où est le problème ? Merci J

Hi, I ran out of credits. It says that the next reset is on March 16, but I didn't use Firefly at all in the last few days. Even before that, I didn't use it much. Is there an issue, or am I missing something?Thank you very much for your support. Mike

Es werden nur noch wenige oder keine Bilder mehr erzeugt. Upscaling funktioniert auch nicht mehr seit einigen Wochen!

I cannot generate images with an error after logging out and restarting. What is the solution?

I attached a valid audio file, but the recording does not load because I get an error message stating that the file must be over 10 minutes long. My file is 48 seconds long, so the message is irrelevant.Why is this happening and how do I fix the problem?Also, I am a new subscriber to this Adobe service and am disappointed with the product.

I accidentally asked for more credits (which I don't need) and now I can't generate anything because it says I am waiting to see if I can get more credits, when I have loads left. Pls unfreeze me! And add and option that if someone asks for credits, and has some, it says you have enough and leaves you alone. Thank you.
