Hi, In image to video in Adobe Firefly, desktop app, I should be charge 100 credits, but I'm being charged 500. And resolutions lower than 1080p are not available. Please help. Using Macbook Pro.  Thanks,Andrew

wouldn't give me anymore monthly credits and it is 2 weeks into the next month already. 

In Firefly V. 4 I am noticing on occasion that pressing the 'Generate' button after having generated 4 images, the next set are identical the previous, and the prompt has not changed. Of course this eats into available generative credits, so it's something to look into.

Thanks for the empanada, but I was looking for black holes.  LOL.

When attempting to "Add artwork" to an image through a prompt, the system incorrectly flags the image as violating User Guidelines and removes it. This occurs despite the artwork being innocuous and not violating any discernible guidelines. It is just an image of my arm (rest of body fully cropped out).  I want to use the software to aid tattoo design. Has anyone else had this issue?

I'm uploading my own illustrations - of simple characters - which I just want to render in different materials, yet Firefly says I'm violating the guidelines - I don't understand. Please help.

Firefly image 4 havent been working properly in my mac OS 15.4.1 (24E263)  for quite sometime already, all last time i have try using it doest give results to a bvery basic prompt. there is one in specifil i've been using for the same kind of image and worked amazing in the past even with the past model, now is not wroking at all and i am jsut concerned cuz i need to generate this new image in that same style and haven been able since the past week.

I can't access previous generations and or favourites, says that there are none available or that I should try again later.

Firefly has recently started constantly bugging out with the message "One or more images were removed because they violate our User Guidelines" while I'm just fixing up dirty patches on furniture and other house photos. See example of where I try removing just a couple of spots on some curtains. It makes zero sense that the photos could be against guidelines. Any ideas would be very welcome!

Liebes Firefly-TeamIch habe mich kürzlich für die Nutzung angemeldet und mich – um unnötige Kosten zu vermeiden – direkt wieder abgemeldet, da ich das Programm nur für einen Monat nutzen wollte.Nun stelle ich fest, dass ich noch Credits auf meinem Konto habe, diese aber nicht mehr verwenden kann, ohne dass ich dazu aufgefordert werde, ein neues Abo abzuschliessen. In den vergangenen Monaten war die Nutzung vorhandener Credits auch ohne aktives Abo möglich – nun scheint das nicht mehr zu funktionieren.Wie kann ich meine verbleibenden Credits nutzen, ohne ein neues Abo abzuschliessen? Ich finde es etwas ärgerlich, da ich bewusst so geplant hatte.Ich danke Ihnen im Voraus für Ihre Rückmeldung.

When using a reference photo, it does not seem to be working as far as composition or anything. 

Hello everyone,  I don't know what happened but yesterday April 8th the reference image function for the structure stopped working. Even though I set the maximum power for the structure, Firefly ignores the layout of the reference image. I even tried using already predefined reference images inside Firefly, but the result at maximum power was completely different. I am using Windows 11 Pro v. 23H2 build 22631.3296 and the latest version of Google Chrome 123.0.6312.106

Hallo, ich wollte einen Fehler melden. Immer wenn man bei Kamerawinkel die Makroeinstellung auswählt, wird das entstandene Bild dunkel, obwohl man, Helles Licht eingestellt hat. Ist das nur bei mir so?

Olá,Estou entrando em contato porque tentei utilizar o Firefly para criar uma imagem, porém as referências de composição e estilo não são exibidas, acredito que seja por estar conectado a vpn corporativa, porém utilizamos um plano empresarial do creative cloud.Envio anexo uma referência do que está sendo exibido quando acesso o gerador de imagemExiste alguma forma de contornar esse problema? Moin, ich kann seit ein paar Tagen/Wochen Bilder nicht mehr hochskalieren. Firefly friert dabei ein und ich kann nichts mehr machen, außer zurückzugehen, zu den LowRes Vorschlägen.

This is annoying me for the past 3 days. I've been asking the same prompt, (no mention of adding a hashtag) and the image generator kept on generating images with hashtags! It's wasting my time. Please fix it

Over an hour I'm waiting for the program to come up with a result. Simple prompt, simple vector graphic, so it seems... The prompt went: "Create a sphere with a diameter of 48 metres as a tensegrity structure."
