en fire fly no me deja hacer nada con una imgen de referencia en lines simples . me sale una alerta que infringe las pautas... pero no dice cuales son las pautas.. muy frustrante

Lots of Generated images are crap and you dont need to count that as Credits!

Hallo Comunity,Ich bin neu im Adobeversum und habe Probleme mit meinem Account.ich habe ein Adobe Express Abo und benutze vorwiegend die KI-Funktionen über Firefly. Seit einigen Tagen funktioniert der Dienst aber nicht. Die Seite wird nur unvollständig angezeigt und auf keine der KI-Funktionen kann ich zugreifen. Bei Adobe Express (im Abo enthalten) ist es das gleiche beim versuch ein Bild zur Bearbeitung hochzuladen gibt es Fehlermeldungen, auf KI-Funktionen kann ich auch hier nicht zugreifen. Wenn ich mein Konto aufrufe wird mir dort angezeigt: „Abos konnten nicht geladen werdenVersuche es noch einmal. “Das ist bei allen meinen Browsern (Chrome, Edge, Opera) so. Selbst die Firefly App, die ich extra heruntergeladen habe funktioniert nicht.Wenn ich die Adobe Seiten über den Thor-Browser aufrufe (VPN) werden die Seiten normal dargestellt und die KI-Funktionen arbeiten normal. Das ist aber kein gangbarer Weg durch die Verzögerungen durch das VPN ist das wie arbeiten mit angezogener Hand

I am unable to add credit or debit card details on your subscription firefly page. the credit details section is greyed out. 

Hi, I played quite a bit with Firefly. I use it in Safari on an Mac Mini. Even thou I used it in several sessions it keeps asking for more and more space an my mac. It seems to accumulate all the sessions. Now it already asks if Firefly can use 6gb on my mac. Is there someway to stop it or reset that? What is it saving there?

It seems like Firefly can't generate words correctly; spells wrong even though it's spelled out in the prompt field.

I've saved multiple generated images that are now nowhere to be found, what an awful UX!

I can't see all of my downloads on FIREFLY. I also can't save FIREFLY images to favorites.

My free credit are expired but i didn't use. I used one credit but next day i saw all credit have used.Can't a person use all 25 credit? Please say the reason. How all credit have used? 

While iam starting to use the adope firefly beta genarative fill the the brush is too tiny and i increase the size. But this time also too tiny

If use for example the prompt "A quiet beach at sunrise with palm trees, gentle waves, dog running on the beach" you get wonderful images of a beach at sunrise. Also the dog that is placed within the image is light up perfectly, shadows are good. BUT behind the dog there are now paw prints in the sand or when the dog is stepping through the water the water is making no waves from the paws.    As another example when using the prompt "mountain landscape on the beach with palm trees and a ski jumper driving through the sea" there is almost no interaction with the water and if there is some the physics do not match.    Please work on that. Thanks. 

Hi Team, I am unable to use generative AI fill, it generates via basic prompts provided, however when I try changing or adding another reference or object fill it shows "unexpected error occured try again". Pls help or suggest how to fix this!

When a iselect an image to upload than only black screen showing . All other options are available but image is black

Egal welchen Prompt man anwendet, die KI kennt kein Handball. Es werden IMMER Baketball Szenen generiert.

 i just used Adobe Firefly, then I went for coffee and when I came back to Firefly, my uploaded image was not showing up. The image was blank. Please check for that bug.   

Hola cunado le solicito a FireFly que genere una imagen con estilo Picasso u otro pintor y lo hago por el nombre , me sale la advertencia que no cumple con las normas de Adobe, en otros sitios generadores de imagenes IA puedo generar imagenes de ese tipo, porque sera esto aqui. slds y muy bueno sus productos, desde siempre los mejores.

What on earth can be wrong with the following prompt?Are you kidding me?"macro shot of strange insect with dragonfly wings, ultra realistic, detailed, isolated in black studio background, scan, top view" Seriously... just drop this AI business, you're failing.

It keeps saying "Something went wrongThis image produced an error. Please try again." The internet connection is fairly fast at office. Version of the app: Web versionPlatform and OS version: Microsoft Windows 11 Enterprise Basic steps to reproduce the problem: After giving a basic prompt, it says"Something went wrongThis image produced an error. Please try again."Expected result and actual result: It should display AI generated image options. 

I'm trying to generate an image of apples floating in syrup with some cinnamon sticks. Firefly won't accept my composition reference image. What am I doing wrong?

I've recently started using Generative Fill in Adobe Firefly but only just realised there's no settings button. I watched one of their videos walking through how to make art from an uploaded photo and you need to click on the settings to adjust 'preserve content' but obviously I can't do that as it doesn't exist. Any ideas why it's not appearing? I'm on Mac OS Sonoma 14.4.1  Any help would be much appreciated and by the way I'm not techy at all so tips on how to resolve this in simple lingo would be extremely useful! 😉 TIA
