Hello, it seems I cannot access to the firefly home page in any of my current navigators (google chrome and microsoft edge) and I don't know how to fix this. 

I am not able to create an image with the reference image and not able to find the options for effect. i have attached the screeshots as well.

Hi,When using the free version i could make the people in the picture move like in a movie. When i had used my two free tries and was happy with the result i bought the paid version. When i had paied and wanted to make more videos i couldnt do it because it said that the video does not meet the user criteria? I feel a bit scammed since i just paid money for a thing that worked when it was free but now it doesnt? I do not understand what in this picture is not ok?  Pls help, i have a deadline.Thx!

I UPLOAD A PICTURE OF MYSELF AND ASK CAN YOU TURN ME INTO ICE GOBLIN  -  BUT NO YOU CAN'T.I PAY SO MUCH FOR THIS HOT GARBAGE, AND IT WON'T TURN ME INTO A ICE GOBLIN.WTH. It was a totally normal photo and that stupid. monkey pops up. Have to write an essay just to get a bug fixed. I'm gonna cancel.

Hello! I have just purchased a FIrefly subscription but it is not working. Non of the generated images cant be used since it generates very weird results.For example I was looking for a simple beauty shot of a woman but it shows me woman with a mustache. It doesent generate prompts well and there are always huge mistakes that cant be fixed. I want a refund asap.  Thank you

Olá, estou enfrentando dificuldades para editar meu conteúdo no Firefly. Trabalho com lingeries e costumo fazer fotos em manequins, mas gostaria de transformar essas imagens em algo mais humanizado e realista, substituindo apenas o manequim por um corpo humano mantendo a lingerie original intacta.Preciso que o foco permaneça no produto, sem perder os detalhes das peças, mas com um visual mais profissional e natural. Já tentei algumas edições com IA, mas não consegui resultados satisfatórios.Existe alguma forma de fazer esse tipo de substituição diretamente na plataforma, ou algum recurso que recomendam para esse tipo de necessidade?

Why can't I generate images with females in them? This is absurd

Todas as imagens que inserir, de todos os tipos, ingênuas ou não, não são aceitas. E quando são aceitas, os vídeos não podem ser mostrados. Esse programa para gerar vídeos é uma fraude.

Firefly online video (beta)Windows 10I signed-up to test it, and to create some transitions for my video work.I try to create a smooth transition for a creative video. it starts with woman's face, i ask then to zoom in on her eye and go through eye to reveal next clip.Simple enough, yes? However, it tells me it can't render because the photo - first frame reference image - "does not meet community guideline standards".And yet, it is a close up of a woman's face. Is it anti-DEI? Because woman is of black origin? or exactly what? Firefly is seemingly getting worse at following simple instructions. I'm not sure what's going on, but there are free services that work better than what I've been getting with this program lately. You all at Adobe really have to get these ongoing issues resolved. Simple prompts aren't followed. The composition sourcing isn't working well at all. Please get this fixed. I'd like to continue using this app, but it's getting more and more frustrating. 

Despite the prompts I give the generator, it still does not follow the guidelines and gives you images you are not looking for, thereby wasting time and effort.It needs to be tweaked to follow the prompts that the user gives it.For example, my prompt is:"I need an image of a bare eye, thats CLOSED, with a dramatic black winged eyeliner that has been smudged along the lashline"This is what it gives me: 

I made a generation and had 1 last credit to do it. The message complete appeared but it had an error and the generation didn't show up. So in the end I spent my credit and was left with nothing

I was referencing some previously generated images and they are not the same ones that I originally saw. They all appear to be different from what was shown. Because of my work, I have screenshots of most, and can confirm they are not the same. I'm curious why this is happening, as it was not the case last time I checked, the history was identical to the originally generated images. 1. Firefly current2. Mac OS 15.43. Select the History button in Firefly and compare results to screenshots taken at the time of image generation.4. Expected result: the history shows my actual history, with the same images I generated.Actual result: the images shown in my history are different from what was generated.

I upload a png to Generative Fill / aka used to be called inPaint (https://firefly.adobe.com/generate/inpaint), type commands to insert specific backgrounds (ie: put this on a plate blah blah) , all i get are random black squares. Reporting a Bug 

Firefly doesn't follow at all the structure reference.I keep watching all these videos and do exactly step by step the same and never get Firefly to do the structure i asked about. many of my colleagues tried as well. What seems to be the problem?

I asked Firefly to generate a video from a still image of some stars and planets (diy mobile suspension of cardboard stars and planets). It does that perfectly, making the stars and planets move very slightly, as asked, but keeps adding some weird fireworks and shooting stars effects. For the next prompt I specifically asked for it to stick to the image as seen, and not add or do anything else. Still, fireworks. Then I specifically asked for it to keep the angle fixed, make the stars move very slightly and do absolutely nothing else. Result: more fireworks. Then I  asked it specifically to NOT generate fireworks or special effects, to use only the given image and not add any effects. And still: fireworks, more fireworks. What is up with that? Four generative requests wasted on ignored prompts.

Hello, the text image is not available. I tried several times and it doesn't work, but the rest of Adobe works fine. Please help me.

I generated several images through the web interface, when I found an image I liked, I pressed upscale, but it chose the wrong image. After that, it kept choosing the same wrong image each time I tried to upscale.

Creando videos desde la herramienta image to video, me consume créditos y no crea nada. Se queda pegado en el proceso.

Today I have generated 6 videos with Firefly, ta on download button, not a single video downloaded. What's the problem?
