I've been having the spinning wheel issue for a while. I use the Creative Cloud Cleaner tool to uninstall all CC apps, then after reinstalling the CC Desktop app, it works fine until I restart the computer. The spinning wheel returns the next time I open the CC Desktop app. Currently running macOS 12.7.6 on a Mac Mini M1 and Creative Cloud Desktop App 6.3.0.207.

Apropos of what I don't know, but I keep getting these Allow-or-Don't Allow inquiries about CCLibrary.app. What am I supposed to do with this? I'm on a Mac Mini running Sequoia.
tengo un mac 2020 27 pulgadas, con ios sonoma, con 64 de ram 4T ssd y una grafica radeom 580x 8G. Desde que instale el panel de retouch4me, ha dejado de funcionar camera raw 16.4 por no detectar la aceleracion grafica. He desisntalado todas las aplicaciones y reinstalado pero sigue sin detectarlo. en photoshop en preferencias graficas si lo detecta y esta en verde. Pero camera raw nada. es desesperante ya que ayer funcionaba bien.
I have not used this in forever and do not need it, and certaintly not appearing on my taskbar. So, i went to uninstall and instead only get creative cloud asking me to update. Clearly i dont want toupdate it, i want to uninstall it (cursing removed).
Hallo, ich habe erstmals Creative Cloud Desktop unter Windows 11 installiert. Sobald ich Photoshop installiere, wird die Seite Applikationen nicht mehr geladen. Komplette Neuinstallation und Abschalten der Firewall behebt den Fehler nicht. Wenn die Standardinstallationssprache von Deutsch auf Englisch umgestellt wird, lädt die Seite wieder. Ebenso wenn Photoshop deinstalliert wird. @adobe Can you fix it?Viele Grüße Markus
Indesign Ver 19.5Platform: MacOS Monterey 12.7.5 Full of frustration here from Adobe support chat as I keep getting the runaround.I have Adobe Indesign open and navigate to File-Open pdf file. A window pops up requiring Registration information. Does anyone know how I bypass this as I have an Adobe CC subscription which does not use serial numbers and support on this is non existent.The only thing that happens in support is that I get the message of being forwarded to another person when I mention this problem. This happens for about an hour then support says that Im trying to open a protected pdf and then I get disconnected when I say to them I have not even selected a file to open yet but they keep insisting that Im opening a protected pdf then we go around in circles until I get disconnected. I have tried to find a phone number, email or even just open a ticket with support but there are no longer any of these options so trying here.Screenshot attached.

Also for me the Creative Cloud Desktop does not work anymore since the application has been updated automatically today (July 28, 2024). Application is not able to load application desktop. What the hell is going on?

It Is clearly a bug, given that nothing we do makes it go away, nor can we set our region in any way that sticks. The previous posting was put under Ideas, which may mean it doesn't get seen much. @Kevin-Monahan Kevin, I apologise for pinging you directly, and I doubly apologise if this area is nothing to do with you. But the complete lack of traction for the above problem is very frustrating. Its been there for at least a year, probably more. I only ping you Kevin, because you have been responsive in other areas, and I'm hoping that even if this isn't your bailiwick, you may be able to poke someone in the web team.
I run 2 versions of creative cloud, 1 on my desktop and 1 on my laptop (both Mac).I havent used creative cloud on my laptop for 1 year. Its asking me to upgrade?? yet i have a full subscription which is active. Any ppinters would be greatly appreciated 🙂

When I go to download creative cloud desktop, It downloads a .dmg instead of a .exe. I'm running windows, fyi.
I solved this but i thought the devs should know. From my macbook: I saved a file on photoshop (beta) to creative cloudswitched to my Desktop: Creative Cloud Desktop App>Files>Click to open saved projectError Message: "Must install photoshop" And prompts you to install it, and starts the download quickly.Because Creative Cloud Thinks of the files as "Photoshop 2024" Native files, and it doesn't clock that "Photoshop (Beta) 2024" is capable of opening the files too. A small bug that can be worked around by opening Photoshop Beta and clicking the file directly, but could cause a headache for some users-Gar

My bank is getting charged every month for my creative cloud subscription yet my adobe account shows zero billing history or that I have a creative cloud plan. I have zero access to apps I once did and it is asking for me to purchase them or begin a free trial instead. I still recieve emails to my account and get charged and haven't had access to what I am paying for in 2 months now.

Bonjour, je possède Lightroom Classic en abonnement depuis 2017.Depuis 2 mois, la réduction du bruit fonctionne une fois sur 2 et j'ai des carrés sans pixels qui se créent voir la PJ.Parrallèlement à ça, depuis que la fonction Réduction du bruit existe, le ventillateur interne de mon ordinateur fait du bruit lorsque je l'utilise. Je suis sur Mac.Savez-vous ce que je pourrais faire ? Merci

I can't get Creative Cloud to open on my computer. It says initializing forever and then eventually says it cannot communicate with the Adobe servers. I enabled a VPN, and suddenly it worked. Any ideas what might be causing this issue?
My mouse cursor is stuck as the default Windows cursor when I'm using Adobe products (Animate & Illustrator), and is twitching/glitching when I move the cursor over line art, edges, or window panels. Is there a way to fix these issues? Just to explain, I'm using Adobe Animate to do Clean-up work on an animation project, but my cursor is not changing to any of the tools in Animate; it's stuck as the default Windows cursor. The tools still function as needed, but it's very inconvenient to use some tool like the Brush & Ink Dropper since the cursor's pointer is not accurate. The same thing was occurring in Illustrator as well. Also, my cursor seems to twitch/glitch-out when I move it over window panel, edges/boxes, buttons, or line art. It's really hard to bend lines via the Selection/Subselection tool when the cursor keeps moving on its own. This twitching/glitching issue also occurs when I'm navigating my Windows 10 computer and even this webpage, so I'm not sure if this is
