Tengo problemas para eliminar el mensaje de "Es posible que tengas acceso limitado a las aplicaciones o servicios de Adobe. ¿Cómo lo puedo solucionar? He seguidos todos los procedimientos que me salen en la ayuda y aún así siguen saliendo el mensaje. Ayuda Gracias.

Ich kann Illustrator Beta auf meinem MacBook Pro nicht installieren. Es kommt immer eine Fehlermeldung und Vorschlag, es noch einmal zu versuchen. Photoshop Beta ist bei mir installiert und läuft gut.Was kann ich unternehmen um Illustrator Beta zu installieren? 

Good Day,I have been struggling with a bug that shows duplicate folders when saving a project to Adobe Creative Cloud. However, everything looks normal if you go to the exact location in "Your Files". This image shows that this directory only has 3 folders: Concepts, Print Files, and Print Files Scaled. However, when I want to save a project to this directory using the "Save As" function, it shows multiple duplicate Concepts folders. Because Creative Cloud "File Sync" is being discontinued, I am moving all my files to "Your Files", and I have had this happen multiple times. The only way to fix it is to close all the Adobe apps and relaunch everything. It has occurred when I used "Save As" in both Illustrator and Photoshop. Although this bug is not system-breaking critical as it does not seem to actually duplicate the folders, it does make navigating the files quite tricky, resulting in mistakes happening and a slower pace of work. My Windows, all my drivers and

I can´t use my adobe programs anymore, when I log into my account it tells me that I need to purchase the adobe creative cloud abo. What I did years ago... so I have not ended my subscription or anything. Usually it continues automatically if you don´t cancel it... so is it a current problem that moreusers are having or whats wrong with it?And yes I restarted my mac book, logged in and out already... etc.Let me know! ThanksRuby

I am fed up with apps breaking overnight!! InDesign is the latest one. My 2020 i5 Macbook Pro, Monterey 12.7.2. Yesterday, it was fine. Updated to InDesign 19.1 and it's unusable! Contextual menus no longer work as they should (appear 2 seconds after clicking and then the menu is inaccessible), the only menu item at the top of the screen that is accessible is the 'InDesign' menu, next to the Apple menu - all of the others do NOTHING - and that's if I get as far as actually being able to get to my artwork, often it just beachballs! COME ON! I'm paying shedloads a month for this and I can't stand to have to deal with this level of detriment to my productivity in this way! If I didn't have a secondary Mac, I would be screwed!

Hello, we are using Windows Server 2019 (datacenter) for our needs. The last supported creative cloud version on that OS is v5.5.0.617. Despite being included in my plan, when I launch Premiere / Media Encoder from the creative cloud, it fails with the error "Sorry this product doesn't seem to be licensed". If I use the same account on a different OS (Mac/Windows) with Creative Cloud version v.6.1.0.587, both Media Encoder and Premiere work fine. This account used to work on Windows Server 2019 (with v5.5 creative cloud) up until 01/16. We are looking for immediate assistance and guidance to ensure we can launch Premiere and Media Encoder from creative cloud (v5.5.0.617) as we have a valid license. Kindly advice. Aditya Ippili. 

As per subject, any application or Creative Cloud I start when I turn the PC on will ask mail and password to my account.If I shut down the PC, I'll have to access again. This has started a couple days back.I removed all devices and kept only the one I'm on  now.Any clue?Thanks!

Wir haben Probleme mit unserem Adobe CC Account. Der Telefonsupport konnte uns schon mehrmals nicht helfen.Folgendes Problem:Nachdem Jahreswechsel waren wir von der CreativeCloud abgemeldet.Beim Versuch uns neu anzumelden mussten wir feststellen, daß das Passwort nicht mehr präsent war (die CC Bestellung lief 2023 telefonisch ab!). Wir hatten nun versucht das Passwort zurückzusetzen. Der Code auf die Mail kam an.Im nächsten Schritt sollte ein Code aufs Handy kommen, aber dieser kommt nie an, obwohl der SMS Empfang bei dieser Handynummer sonst einwandfrei funktioniert! Könnte es sein, daß diese SMS mit dem Verifizierungscode nicht aus Deutschland kommt? Wenn ja, müsste die hinterlegte Handynummer in 0049 und ohne die Null geändert werden? Der Support kann aber angeblich nicht die angegeben Handy-Nr. ändern! Oder gibt es eine Art Blockierung der Handynummer?Wir können die gesamten Adobe-Programme nicht nutzen und damit wäre das Cloud-Abo nutzlos!Was könnte man noch tun???

When I try to log into Creative Cloud, it does so for about 30 seconds, then the error pops up: "Something went wrong, please refresh the Creative Cloud app to continue" and when I click refresh it just logs me out and the cycle repeats. Similarly, when I try to use an app (Audition) it asks me to log in and I so I do, but then it says "Are you sure you're connected to the internet?" and the following:We can’t verify your subscription status.We can’t reach the Adobe servers. This may be because you’re not connected to the internet. Check your connection and try again below. If you’re still having issues, please see our connectivity troubleshooting guide. I chatted into customer service and they replied:  Anyone have a similar issue or know how to fix this?  Thank you!  

Desde hace unos meses al instalar el programa en el nuevo ordenador tengo un problema. Según instalo photoshop me va sin problemas, pero a los dos o tres días, cuando quiero abrir un proyecto o empezar uno nuevo, el programa no responde. No saltan errores ni nada, simplemente no hace nada. El ordenador es bastante bueno y según el programa tengo todo actualizado y sin probelmas. La solución que tengo de momento es desinstalar y volver a instalar, pero claro, esto está bien cuando tengo conexión, cuando no tengo me deja tirado. Que puedo hacer para solucionarlo?

I have received an invitation to REFER A FRIEND . I am signed in to my Adobe Account.  I click REFER A FRIEND . It opens up FAQ . I click link in hat...it loops back to the frst REFER a FRIEND . Please fix URGENTLY  MAC OS VENTURA 13.4 M1 Imac   

My Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop is version 6.1.0.587. I am using Windows 11, OS build 22621.2861. I use a Samsung 980 PRO nvme ssd as my boot drive as well as the drive where I have creative cloud programs.  I have Creative Cloud Desktop and all of the Adobe Applications I use already downloaded to the Samsung 980 PRO. I recently picked up another Samsung NVME SSD so I decided to change the labels on the drives to distinguish which one was which. Up to this point, my drives have all had no label. I went into System > Storage > Disks & Volumes, and after I changed the label on the Samsung 980 PRO, I was suddenly unable to sign into Creative Cloud Desktop. I had a technical support agent assist me about one day ago, and he remotely fixed my Creative Cloud Desktop application by changing folder names with .old attached to the ends, and then following that up with the Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool. Once he completed these things, I was able to sign in with

 Hi everyone, I recently downloaded Creative Cloud to use in my course, but every time I start an application, Photoshop, Illustrator and all the others, an error 205 is shown, I've seen several videos on how to solve it, I logged out of the account and I logged in again, uninstalled the programs and installed them again, turned off the anti-virus and nothing solved it, honestly I don't know what to do anymore... could someone help me please?

hi, i have a problem with the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app,  it can't count the cloud storage amount and shows ((getting storage information ...) for a long time and it doesn't change, also sometimes the ((libraries sync error )) occurs, also I don't have access to ((your files)) and ((shared with you)), also the fresco doesn't work and also the AI options don't work in photoshop and illustrator what's the problem? thank you

Hello, I uninstalled the Substance 3D painter a while ago but I keep receiving the notification on the Creative Cloud wherever i want to remove or keep the preferences. My problem is that even when I don't have the app on it pops out multiple times when I'm working or doing anything on my laptop. I tried to install it again and just keep it there but the problem continues the same. Thank you so much!

When creating a frame around an image by increasing canvas size, no matter which colour I choose, the frame produced is always white? Any suggestions as to how to fix this

If you move selected images from an existing library and want to create a new library for this purpose, this newly created library does not appear immediately. You must first cancel the process and then reopen the dialog box for moving files. Only then will the newly created library appear and you can move the selected files into it. 

When I rename files within my Creative Cloud Files on Windows 11 in file explorer - I then have to re-upload the files. This is a major problem for large PSBs or MOVs and shouldn't be a requirement. Can you please allow for moving and renaming of files in Creative Cloud Files in file explorer without a full re-upload. Thank you!

Desde hace un tiempo Creative cloud deja de reconocer que tengo instalado Photoshop e Illsutrator. El problema es que no puedo actualizar los programas, y llega un momento en el que Photoshop deja de funcionar, no puede abrir archivos dejando el mensaje: "No se ha podido abrir "elarchivoquesea" porque ha habido un error de programa" No puedo desinstalar Photoshop desde CreativeCloud, no lo reconoce, tampoco desde "Agregar o quitar programas", ya que intenta hacerlo con Creative cloud, y no funciona. En el pasado lo solucioné instalando la versión nueva de Photoshop, con el consecuente espacio en disco utilizado al tener dos versiones instaladas, hasta que volvió a ocurrir y ya no estaba dispuesto a tener 3 versiones de Photoshop en el equipo... en ese momento me puse en contacto con el servicio técnico, lo solucionaron ejecutando varias veces "Cleaner Tool" y llevándose por delante todas mis configuraciones y plugins. Habrá pasado un mes justo, y vuelvo a tener el mismo

I'm running Creative Cloud via Remote Desktop.All the interfaces on my Creative Cloud apps are working fine, but when I select the Creative Cloud Desktop app itself, the interface opens wonky and all the button clicks are offset. For example, I have to click about two inches to the left of a button and one inch above it in oder to select it. For the life of me, I can't figure out a way to fix the offset issue that *only* appears in this one app. I have attached a sceen grab -- normally, the white box that holds the Creative Cloud Desktop interface would be all the way up in the top left corner, but it's not displaying that way. Any ideas?

I have installed Permiere Pro Version 24.1.0. However, the old version - Version 22.6.2 - does not appear amongst my list of installed apps in Creative Cloud so I am unable to uninstall the old version in the normal way (by clicking on the 3 dots and clicking 'uninstall'). In my Applications folder, I can see the old version of Premiere under a folder 'Premiere Pro 2022'. Whilst all my other Adobe app folders contain an 'uninstall' icon in them, this one does not. I would be grateful for any advice as to how to uninstall this old version.  I am running on a iMac, M1 chip, running OS 13.2.1. Thanks
