@Kalvyn Rasquinha sorry, I didn't tag you in my previous messages, so I don't know if you got notified.

Hi Kalvyn,

I finally managed to upload a log with the Adobe Log Collector Tool! It's been very difficult, because the tool relies on Creative Cloud managing to log in. I've spent the last two days trying to uninstall Creative Cloud, but I had to uninstall all the Adobe apps first, and this has taken many attempts because it always disconnects or simply fails to log in.

The log file uploaded is as follows:
AdobeLogs_20251120_103902_993-win-GS.zxp

As I have now managed to uninstall all the Adobe apps after several days trying, and all the time I have wasted every time I've had to do this, I am now ready to cancel my Premium Adobe Creative Cloud subscription and go back to using pirate software —which doesn't cause me all this trouble, this constant waste of time, and all the money I'm losing because I'm simply unable to work with the paid software.

I'll wait for a day or two more to see if I get some form of response, but then I'm going to really have to get back to spending my time working instead of wasting it trying to get the Adobe software that I'm paying for to work, which seems to be impossible.

I look forward to your kind response.

Thank you for your reply. Since my Creative Cloud struggles so much to log in, the Adobe Log Collector Tool's logs are only appearing to store locally, although I noticed that a couple of them managed to upload to Adobe. Anyhow, here is a Google Drive link with all the log files I've stored over the last couple of months during which I have barely managed to use any of the Adobe programmes that I'm unfortunately paying for: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1TLFHA2CLMi7DYBZOpCN5Fy55qkHzyge-?usp=sharing

The names of all these log files are as follows, since I know that some of them definitely managed to upload to Adobe (some of the rare times that Creative Cloud managed to stay logged in for long enough):

I think you in advance for your attention since I would really, really like to get this working so that I don't have to resort to cancelling my subscription.

Hi @Jesse Naylor . Sorry you're having such a bad experience. Can you collect and upload a log file and share the uploaded file name here? Instructions on how to do that are here: https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/apps/troubleshoot/diagnostics-repair-tools/run-log-collector-tool.html

Yes, I have to sign in more than once per month, and also more than once per minute, unfortunately.

maybe something else then, if you have to sign in more than once per month (with a monthly payment subscription).

As I specified in my first post, disabling EG / AV had no effect.

something on your computer (eg, av) may be removing or affecting your stored local credentials.

Hi again. In the end, chaning my default browser to Google Chrome had absolutely no effect.

My current work day consists on spending the first two hours uninstalling all the Adobe apps one by one because they fail to log in (meaning I can't use them), so that I can uninstall Creative Cloud Desktop, then I can reinstall everything again and then everything works again, until it decides to log itself out and stops working until I uninstall everything again, which I normally try to wait until the next day to save time.
